My daughter loved this even at two weeks old. She loves watching the lights on the aquarium and even looks into the mirror! I loved having something stimulating for her at such an early age. The mat is super soft, and it folds and can be stored back in the bag it comes in.

I bought this play mat for my daughter after seeing it in the bag at a friends baby shower thinking it looked educational and fun. The colors are bright and beautiful and it looks like it would be durable but it is more appropriate for a newborn or a baby that doesn't move around. At 4 1/2 months my daughter rolled over once and was off the mat already. She didn't seem all that interested either. For almost $60 I expected more. I'm bringing it back.

My 3 1/2 month old son loves this playmat! It's a great way to be able to get stuff done while baby is happy and enertained! My son will lay there for up to an hour cooing away!

I have a 6-month old who loves to play with almost anything. I purchased this because her original floor mat was no longer sturdy enough to survive her pulling and grabbing. Because, this item fastens differently to the mat, she can not knock it down or pull it apart. It has extra rings so that you can attach many more hanging toys. The music triangle is okay, but not to loud, so she pretty much ignores it. All in all, it does exactly what I want it to do and you can purchase extra links from your local Walmart store to hang even more fun things.

I am a mother of three; I bought this for my two month old. I already have the Tiny Love-Gymini with lights and music. The lights broke on it the first time I used it. I set up the Neptune baby gym today and my daughter loves it. In fact my three year old and my one and a half year old have enjoyed sitting next to their sister and playing with her. Most importantly my two month olds face lit up! I needed something to entertain her and this sure does the job, not only with her but my other two as well!

I bought this for my 3 month old son for christmas. He is just at the age to be able to enjoy this and boy does he ever!! Love the bright colors and real like look of the fish. Comes with a few detachable toys which is a huge bonus. And let's not forget the removable music thing...It only took Si a few tries to realize when he kicks around he can make the music play! This is probably the BEST product I have bought between all 5 of my kids! I love it and so does Si! Thanks to Baby Einstien!

My son is 8 weeks old and this is his favorite toy. He loves the lights and sounds. All of the toys are easy to remove so you can take them with you on a stroller or car seat. I definately recommend this product.

I was worried it would over-stimulate with all the colors, toys etc. but that's not the case. It's a lot bigger then the pic and doesn't look as chaotic once you have it set up. This is also a very sturdy playset. My 4mo. old grandchild loved it! You can change out toys and hang them as low as needed so your baby can kick or grab them. The music box that comes with is a delight! The music plays for long periods of time and is NOT annoying!! Colorful lights slowly flash with the music and the music box is detachable so you can take it with you in the car, crib or stroller because it has velcro straps to hold it in place.

my daughter was 2 months old when we purchased this and it is wonderful. we have this mat set up so the light up module is facing toward her and she changes the songs when she kicks it. she loves to look at the flashing lights and change the songs on her own. She is not easily entertained and this product is one of the only things that will keep her engaged. we used site to store shipping and it got here in 3 days. great product!

My son got this when he was seven weeks old and was beginning to focus and reach out for objects. He absolutely LOVES this play mat. When the music is on he kicks his feet non-stop and nearly everytime wears himself out. It is light weight, travels easy, and breaks down easily to put out of the way when needed.

This product is helpful. With it, our baby is able to spend agreable time alone while being in a secure position. Baby doesn't have to move too much to be able to play.
Certainly by adding a real motion activation sensor (the one installed needs to be touch to work) will be very helpful.

My two month old loves this play gym. He has a lot of fun batting at the hanging items, looking at himself in the mirror, and he really enjoys the music. I like that the music has several options so it can play continuously or play when they move the gym. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My son loves this playmat, we started him on it at about 6 weeks old and weeks later he still plays for atleast a half hour on it everyday! Walmart.com has the best price online! We are very happy with this product and will gets many more months of play with it! It's great for tummy time!

I chose this play gym for my 3 month old son based on product reviews and features. The lights and music make this toy better than the standard play gym. My son loves to tug the plush octopus and it has a rattle and ring teether connected to it also. The whale pillow material is slippery and isn't much other than decoration. Overall, the play gym is very colorful, cute, and fun. I would choose this gym over most others and it seems to be better than other einstein gyms out there. It entertains my very active son for about 20 minutes during play time.

My 3 month old loves to lay on her back and play. This gym is perfect for her. She usually plays for around 20-30 minutes at a time. This gives me time to do a little laundry or whatever else needs to be done.

I saw this one on walmart.com and I thought it looked cute and colorful for my 3 1/2 month old baby girl. Sadly, when it arrived I didn't care for it at all. I thought it would be good for boy or girl, which it is, but I just did not like the look of it. It had more realistic animals on it rather than animated (I like the animated type of characters for an infant. You might be different) and the colors were dull. When I put my baby on the mat she was interested for about 5 minutes. I will say, it takes alot to entertain my child so this could be the reason. Also, this baby gym has lights and sound on the side of the gym and my baby likes to look straight ahead to keep her attention. I returned this gym and I ordered the around the world baby gym because it has a light globe that hangs above. Hopefully she will like that one better!

My four-month old loves this activity set. Although it is a little bit pricier than the other ones, you do get your money's worth at the end of the day. He stays laying there kicking and goo-ing for a while everyday. Also, the pieces are all detachable so that is a plus. This is a great product.

I really liked this gym... how it looked, the features, etc... however my baby never did like it. Which is the important part. I got no use out of this product other than the detachable toys. I advise that parents get an exersaucer instead!

Within two weeks of buying this product, my daughter's motor skills developed by leaps and bounds. She learned to grasp the toys...and she recognized the cause and effect of kicking pulling them to cause motion. She pulls HARD on the toys, and the gym does not collapse. Easy to move from room to room. The best investment yet. Much cheaper at walmart.com than other places. Is nice outside to, with another blanket under it!

As soon as I laid my son down on this play mat, he got so excited. He rolled around and had to touch every single toy. Weeks later, it still keeps him entertained for hours. It may be a little more expensive than the other mats, but it was well worth it.

as soon as i put this together for my baby i layed him on it. he is 10 weeks old and he is extremely alert. he loved this product. if your baby likes mirrors and fun lights this is a great way to go...i've only had it a day but i think it will come in handy for a very long time.

I only have one complaint about this product. The box on the side that lights up and plays music is designed to face out. Why is that? When the baby is laying down in it, she sees the back of the box and the lights and fun stuff are facing away from her. It doesn't make any sense. We turned it around so she can see it, but the component is curved to fit the bars it hangs on, so now it looks awkward.

My son got this for Christmas from his grandmother. He loves it. On Christmas day he laid on the playmat and played for over an hour. He is 7 weeks old. We would turn the music on for him and he just laid there kicking his legs and moving his arms like he was dancing to the music. On Christmas day he spent about 2 hours total on the mat and never got bored. The day after Christmas he spent a few more hours on the mat throughout the day. He loves this mat. It is expensive but it is worth every penny! I can tell that my son will love this for a long time! I do recommend this product!
