This product is very boring.. there is not much to it..the toys are too far away for my son to grab. He is not intrested in this product at all. There are not a lot of toys he can play with, they have the connecters to add more toys but he cant even reach the toys..Not happy with this product at all. We went out and purchased a new jumper!
My daughter loves this

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
Once you get over how difficult it is to put together, it is wonderful! My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time in it. We had to put a box under her at first because she was too small, but it still worked well. It has really helped her leg muscles and grabbing at things. She gets very excited when she turns on the music & lights!
Okay, but not great movement

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My 4 month old is extremely squirmy. He hates to be set down and wants constant interaction and stimulation so I registered for this for a "meet the baby" baby shower. When we put it together and put my son in it we were disappointed with the range of movement of the seat. It does turn all the way around, but this product is supposed to be a jumper and be able to bouce and move from side to side. And frankly, it is quite stiff. We returned it for a similar product (fisher price model) and are much more satisfied as is my son.

My 6 month old daughter loves this! She spends about 2 hours a day in it playing and jumping! It is perfect for the baby that wants to stand and jump but just can't quite do it on his/her own yet! It strengthens the muscles need to help them do it on their own too.

Worth the $$! My daughter simply loves this. She enjoys all the toys, you can add your own to it, it adjusts height as they grow and helps them sit up or lay back if they get tired... great support.
Dont buy this for bouncing
09/10/2010 by andipo, chesapeake,VA
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
This product does not bounce like the Fisher Price jumparoos. the Sun chewy toy is barely reachable by a 6m old who wants to teeth on it. The spiny frog is the only thing my daughter enjoys playing with which will get old.
Versatile

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
We went to a BRU store with my 4 month old daughter in search of an upright toy for when she outgrows her activity gym. We took a couple of exersaucers down into the aisle plus this jumper. We put her in all three and she seemed to like this the best. We also decided that the bouncing aspect would strengthen her legs and this had no risk of tipping over. Note that this is product is for babies 4 months and older. She is now 5 months old and fits it better; thus, we use it more. One thing I like about this that the exersaucers don't feature is the following: this has links so that you can hang toys. It makes it more versatile because you can reconfigure things. We plan to move her activity gym toys to this one. The price for this product is reasonable and it is easy to assemble.
Wonderful Product!

When my daughter gets tired of playing on the floor this is her favorite toy!!! She loves being upright and is always turning and looking at the different toys. The extra hooks to hang toys keeps the toy exciting for my daughter. Love that it grows with her!
My baby loves to jump!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My baby loves his jumper. I put him in it in the morning while I make breakfast and he entertains himself with the frog that spins, the rings that slide and he plays the piano (without knowing) with his elbow, all the while jumping like crazy. It's his morning exercise. I have a few complaints. First, I had to remove the teething flower, because my baby got cuts on this corners of his mouth from the sharp edges of the flower. I just removed it. Next, the piano is too hard to push and there are areas that look like buttons that are raised which do nothing. And, I've seen some jumpers, same brand, same type that have four areas with toys and the one I received only has three and an empty tray on one side. The jumper part is the most important trait of this toy and it is great, keeps the baby busy and is good exercise for little legs.

Yes this is awesome, my kid loved it and it was a great activity for her for a while, until she started to crawl. Now try to put her in it and she screams, so for us, we only used it a few months.

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My son was always on the go, even on the day he was born. This jumper is the perfect toy for him, and it is a great place to store other hanging toys. I've noticed he has a bigger interest in walking and pulling himself up after playing in this toy. Plus, it's Baby Einstein so no complaints here!

My son began using this jumper at about 4 months old...He is now 10 months old and still enjoys it! It is safe, durable, and easy to clean! He also has a fisher price jumper at his grammy's house, which he really enjoys as well. The only problem with the Fisher Price Jumper is that he outgrew it...

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My baby loves this jumper and we use it a lot. She loves exploring all of the different activities. Also, it's super easy to clean. We've had to remove the fabric several times to clean it. It could be a little easier to get the fabric on and off, but overall, it's not too bad.
Happy with the activity center

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I registered for this item after testing out a few in-store. I put my hand in all of the stationary activity centers and bounced the seats up and down to see how loud they were, b/c I knew that soon enough that's all I would be hearing. Some have so many bells and whistles that it could become deafening. This one makes a surprisingly little noise despite having rattles and other attached toys. Also, the storage is very convenient, it's not a very bulky piece, though it is very heavy since the rails are metal. It has nice height adjust and the coils are covered for safety. My son is 4mos old and just began using this and he really likes it. I can get a solid 15 -20 minutes of play out of it, which for an infant attention span is pretty good.
just needs a little more excitement!!!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
Its a decent jumper! I think it could have more toys. My daughter like to play with the spinning frog and the bendy flower. It just needs to be a bit more fun. Its overall an okay system.

I bought this at [...] on an impulse because it was [$]. It was hard to assemble, but once it was all together, it was great! My 6 month old likes it, she doesn't love it. She prefers it over the exersaucer. She doesn't bounce in it, but she does spin. I like the height adjustments. Hopefully in a few months she will love it.
Boring
06/22/2010 by Jane, Los Angeles,CA
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
This jumper is boring, does not have enough toys to entertain my 6,5 months old girl. But the biggest issue is that the seat is too wide, no support for the back
Jumper is solid but spinning is too hard
06/16/2010 by Patrick, Fairfax,VA
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
This product is solidly constructed, however one of the main features is that the child should be able to spin around freely in the seat. Once we had ours assembled it became clear the seat was not spinning without applying significant force, much more than our 5 month old can apply. The only way the seat turns is if I turn it for her. There is not enough clearance between the fabric on the seat, it catches and creates friction and makes it hard to turn. Bad design I am bringing it back tomorrow, what a waste of my time this product has been.
Returned It
06/06/2010 by KellyD, Bellmawr,NJ
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I only had this product for 3 days...I returned it. It was a little difficult to put together. My baby is almost 4 months old...she was somewhat interested but didn't last long in it before she wanted out. I had to wrap a blanket around her because the seat is so huge. The main reason I got this is because it said it folds flat for storage. It is not easy to get this to fold flat...there are 4 parts that you need to take apart and you basically separate the top from the base. The toys stick up pretty high so it's not like you can really store it anywhere. I'm going to try Fisher Price since it got much better reviews. I can see how some would like this but it is not what I wanted or expected.
BUY FISHERPRICE INSTEAD!!!!!!
05/30/2010 by jays mom, CA,
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I hate this jumper! my friend has the fisherprice jumparoo and I put my son in it and he liked it. when I went to purchase the jumper I got convinced to get this one because you can slide it under the bed when you're done using it and I don't have much space in my room , also it was about $20 cheaper. But as soon as I got home and put my son in it I regreted buying it. The seat is so wide compared to the fisherprice, it feels unsafe. The toys are boring and don't keep him entertained long while the fisherprice play music automatically and has more toys. I hope I can exchange it, I don't mind paying the extra $20+ on the fisherprice because it is worth it.
My kids loved this!
05/27/2010 by MarieB, Springfield,MO
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I have five kids and they all loved this toy! They bounced to their heart's delight, and enjoyed the music and lights. I liked that it had lights and music, but not too much. Someone gave us an exersaucer that is just dripping with toys and plays music in 3 different places and I hated it. This jumper has just the right amount of toys, and the kids loved to bounce, bounce, bounce!
It also held up very well, and when I finally cleaned it up and sold it, it looked almost new!
Could be better

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I like the look and idea of this jumper, but my little girl was bored in it and she could never (even at a year) turn herself around in it. I have read this on other reviews so I am thinking this is a product issue. My friends and family who have other jumpers seem to turn easily and my daughter had more fun with those that she could change activities. Also not easy to get between doors so had to break it down to fit through doors. Kinda a pain.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!!!!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I read a lot of horrible reviews about this product and I was very resistant to purchasing it. Well my son LOVES it. He has been consistently using it since he was 14 weeks old. He is six months old now and for the last two months he will stay occupied for up to 40 minutes in it....just enough time to get dinner on the table. We had to use a folded up blanket to tuck behind him because the seat is very wide and it kept him stable. As he got better at his balance, we took away the blanket. He can reach all the hanging toys we hooked to it and using everything...including the so-called "unbendable flower". He can bend it and chew on it with no problem. I would buy it again and again!!
Not that entertaining
05/03/2010 by JT, El Dorado Hills,CA
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I was dissapointed in this entertainer. I originally purchased it because I saw the old version on display in the store and put my daughter in it to try it out. There were a few more toys, instead of the snack tray and the lowest setting was lower to the ground (she could touch the floor at 4 months). I bought it and then got home to discover this is the new version and you can't get the old one. The lowest setting on this one is higher than the old one and this one has the snack tray instead of the toys. At 5 1/2 months and 27" tall my daughter can barely touch the ground with her tippy toes. I also felt the piano is a waste because it is hard to press the keys to make it work. They are very stiff. My baby gets bored in this entertainer after about five minutes. I did feel it seemed safer than the Fisher Price jumperoo because in the Fisher Price one it the seat has a lot of give and seems like if the baby leans forward alot they could tip the seat and fall out. I will return this and probably get a stationary entertainer instead.
Great!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My baby really loves to play in his jumper. This jumper has 4 setting so it is not easily grown out of. He is 6 months old and is tall for his age but is still not quite tall enough for the lowest setting. We simply placed a book underneath and let him bounce away. We love love love that it has bright colors and has space for us to hang all of his favorite toys! The only the that i would say was less than desirable was its appearance to be easily stored. As a busy mom it is necessary that i be able to clean up quickly for company. i planned to store it under the couch when it wasn't in use. But unless you have a really tall couch don't expect that to happen! The jumper does breakdown so that it is small enough to fit underneath his crib or even a bed though so it still surpasses most others!
Lots of fun!

My son loves this jumperoo. It has entertained him for months. Unfortunatley...he's now 26 pounds + and I'm getting leary to use it, as it says up to 25 pounds. He usually now just hangs out in it while watching some of his favorite shows. It keeps me sain while I try to get a few things done, I don't have to worry about him crawling or waddling off somewhere. I wish they went up to 30 pounds. :( This is great though. I would DEFINATLEY recommend this. It was easy to put together too. Easy to clean. YUP...LOVE IT!

The toys and activities are good, but even at the lowest setting my baby was inches from reaching the floor and I don't have a small baby. He is 4 months old, weighs 16.5 lbs and is almost 27 inches tall! Worthless unless you have a ridiculously tall baby!

We received this jumper off our baby registry and couldn't be more pleased! It is gender neutral so it can be reused for more than one child. My son loves all 4 sections of it and there is even a part I can set some snacks on. Easy to disassemble to carry to a friend's house and contains hours of entertainment while you visit. Definately worth the space it takes up!!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My son is 7 months old and we have had this jumper for 6 weeks and he has loved it from day one. I read a review that said a 27 inch infant did not fit but I disagree as you can adjust the length as my son had gone from 26-27 3/4 inches since he has had this. Not all the toys light up and make noise and my 7 month old has no problem making the piano part work just fine. He jumps in it all the time and enjoys it. Like everything else in life some kids will like it and some won't. My son does.
Like the Fisher Price Jumper Better
03/28/2010 by yoyogirl, Wisconsin,
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
We were very disappointed with this product. We had been very satisfied with all other Baby Einstein products that we had until this jumper. It is very difficult for the baby to jump and move in it... the best way to describe it is that it is "too stiff". The seat is also too large to be very supportive. At 9+ months now, my daughter can sit in it ok, but still not as well as I would have liked and still can't jump and move in it like we would expect. We also bought the Fisher Price Jumperoo and were 100% happier with that product. As was our daughter...she definitely enjoys the Fisher Price one more so than the Baby Einstein jumper. She also did not have the problems with being supported in the seat like with the Baby Einstein. She is also more entertained with the toys and music on the Fisher Price. At 6+ months I was actually nervous with her in the Baby Einstein seat and wondered if it was really safe. I wish we would have bought 2 of the Fisher Price ones.

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I was expecting this activity jumper to be more exciting. My daughter is 5 months old now and her feet are now able to touch the ground, and she's figuring out the jumping thing; which excites her. Right now, she doesn't purposly play the music on the piano, but when it does happen, she's pretty proud of herself, HA! She's also fascinated by the frog - She wants to eat him. The seat seems to be a bit large, but my daughter is kind of on the petite side - The cover is also a pain to get on and off to wash. Overall, I think it looks pretty boring, but my daughter enjoys it, so that's all that matters I suppose :)
Love it!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My son is a bouncing baby. He loves to bounce and loves this jumper. He loves the keyboard and often triggers it by bumping it while jumping. He holds entire conversations with the frog that's over the mirror and he loves to chew on the teething flower. We have it set up in front of our fish tank so he loves to bounce and watch the fishies. :)
At first I wished the music was triggered as he bounced, but now I like that he has to trigger it. This jumper has been hours of fun with lots of squeals of enjoyment!
Don't buy this product!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
We bought this in Nov 2009, the baby loved it, then in Jan 2010 when the baby was only 14lbs. The springs broke. I got in touch with the manufacturer and they are BACK LOGGED and can't ship out a replacement until the end of FEB. I can only assume that the product is defective if they are backlogged in replacement. By that time the baby won't need it. I guess that's why they want you to buy a warranty for the product. I don't know about others by I can't afford to waste so much money on a defective product.
The best toy ever made!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
Holy cow. This seriously is the best toy ever created. Our little guy (now 8 months) loves to play in his "bouncy toy". He's been using it for a couple months now and just loves it. We like that unlike other saucer-type options, this version allows the baby to bounce and play - he gets to exert energy and realize how much he can move himself. He really does love it and I would call this the one baby item we could not live without.
Love it!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
I like that we can attach favorite toys to the jumper for the kids. The con of this being that it takes awhile for their tiny arms to be long enough to reach them. Until that point they were plenty happy just having a jumper. Their favorite part was definitely the sun teether...the piano was heard quite a bit, but was mostly accidental as it requires so much force to get it playing. Also love how quiet it is compared to other jumpers I've heard!

It's ok...Stationary is BETTER
02/01/2010 by Squish, Maryland,
Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
My in-laws gave me the jumper for my daughter who is now 6mo old and I if it were not for the fact that it was free and she will not be in it much longer, I would go buy the stationary.
The jumper is ok in the sense that it keeps the kid secure and offers entertainment at the same time. It did not come with a lot of accessories and the toys that are offered are VERY basic unlike the Baby Einstein stationary. My daughter has a very hard time pressing the keys to make the piano play and the knobs that are meant to be turned, twisted, and pressed are just kind of there and boring for her; she gets more of a thrill our of standing herself up and then quickly taking her feet out from under her to make her bounce.
With the stationary there is a musical feature that plays songs and offers animal sounds, there is of course the teether, a puppet...of which ultimately gets used as a teether, a book for them to practice opening and closing, a globe to spin, etc...Over all the stationary offers more stimulation which in turn offers more entertainment. Happy shopping!

There is quite a bit of room in the seat but she still jumps and spins without any issues. She will play in her jumper for about an hour. This says a lot since nothing else has kept her attention longer than 15 minutes!

We kept this in our kitchen for several months when our daughter was smaller and she was always entertained by it. When she was really small we put a small pillow behind her back so she could sit up better but she quickly grew into it. It was great for entertaining her while we prepared meals, did dishes, did laundry, etc...It was a lifesaver! Not super easy to clean but very durable and engaging. Once she became mobile (crawling and grazing) she wasn't so happy to be in it but until then it was wonderful!

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
As first time parents, we did quite a bit of research before purchasing this product- weren't sure if it was something we really needed or wanted to spend money on. It has been one of the most usable activity toys our son has had! We love it; he loves it! Although it's kind of cumbersome to move from room to room and doesn't fit through some doorways fully assembled, it's not heavy. He fit in it at about 5 1/2 months (with extra space in the seat) and at almost 8 months now, still fits and really loves the different activities. I'd highly recommend!!

This jumper is awesome.... From the time my son was able to hold himself upright, he's been in this jumper. The colors are vibrant, and the bungee chords that connect the seat to the frame allow him to jump like crazy. Also, it grows with him so he'll be able to use it for a while. It's a little bulky, but definately worth it.

Comments about Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper:
not a good product
- this jumper has no bounce or give which hinders my child from jumping whenever he tries
-- also, the seat is so big and wide, like it was meant for a two-year-old (and two-year-olds don't sit in jumpers) - I have to stuff the seat around my child with a blanket to help him sit in it
--- additionally, the toys for him to play with are too far away for him to grab and don't do anything like light up or make music - there is no stimulation
---- to sum it up, when I put my child in the activity jumper, there isn't much activity or jumping
