I have a 4 mon and a 2 yr old. I love this stroller. It allows one to be sitting up while the other child can lay back. I love that the front wheel swivels. The connection for an IPOD - was just the icing on the cake. It was a bit confusing putting together, but all in all it is one of the best strollers I have purchased.

My children are 18 months apart. I originally started off with a front and back double stroller, and found myself dreading the thought of going anywhere that required me using a stroller. So I finally broke down and decided to try a side-by-side. I eventually came across this Baby Trend stroller, and I LOVE IT! I'm a divorced, single mom, and anything to make an outing with my two boys easier is greatly appreciated! Yes I have come across 3 doors that this stroller couldn't fit through...but honestly, the stroller is light weight and the back wheels pop off so easily-I balanced the stroller on my shoulder, popped one wheel off, and fit it through the door with both boys still seated!! I might have looked ridiculous, but like I said before this stroller has become a life savor!!!
I would recommend this to anyone!!!
p.s. The sunshade is also adjustable, and can move to fit where ever the sun maybe shining most prominently or if the wind is blowing a little to much! I have found this very useful while on my outdoor walks!

I read the reviews for this stroller and almost did not purchase it. I am glad I ignored the reviews. As long as you correctly install the wheels you will not have issues with the front wheel. Secondly, of course you will have to refill the tires occasionally. They are bicycle tires, its a given that they will eventually deflate. Thirdly, if you are in the market for a side by side stroller you need to be aware that this strroller is going to be much wider then a single stroller. This is very obvious in the pics and should just be common sense. The stroller rides very well and has MORE then enough storage, unless you are packing it for a months trip. As long as, as a buyer you have realistic expectations you will LOVE this stroller. dont let other buyers cloudy expectations get in the way of this great product.

We purchased this double stroller for our 4 year old and 6mth old. Very nice, able to manuver in spaces. The first time we used it, it was unable to fit through a door at the State Fair! Very unpleased! The stroller is too wide. We also own a Honda Pilot and are unable to put the stroller in the back, unless we put down the third row, which defeats the purpose of taking our vehicle to functions with all the family and friends! We will be returning the stroller and plan to get the sit and stand.

im a stroller-holic. i have a joovy sit and stand, a graco double behind each other one, and just bought this side by side for my 3 yr old and 4 month old. while its true it doesnt fit through all doors (i actually had to close it to fit through some places!) it is by far the best stroller i have! my son doesnt like the sit n stand because he doesnt like sitting backwards, and the graco one is so long it is hard to push and even harder to turn. this baby trend stroller i can turn with one hand while holding the baby, and the ride is so smooth its like gliding on water! my 3 year old has taken naps in it because it lays all the way flat, and even my 4 month old is comfortable in it! i love it!
Definetly worth the money I spent.

I use this for walking around the neighborhood and trips to the mall. It pops out and up easily. It folds easily. You do have to remember to unsnap the clips in the back (used for adjusting the recline of the seat) or it doesn't fold properly. It's super wide, but so it goes with double (side by side) strollers. It can be hard to get in tight spaces because the front wheel is sometimes funky.
The speaker is not very loud at all, but still very neat. I can hear it if I'm walking with no traffic around, but the slightest noise drowns out the sound.
There is enough storage between the pockets on the backs of the seats, the compartments below, and the top tray with cup holders.

This stroller is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. But, the tires need to be inflated and don't seem to stay that way. When we go from one surface to another (like from street to sidewalk), the entire stroller rattles for half a block. Also, the sunshade is so narrow that it does absolutely nothing to block out the sun. We have only used it a few times and are returning it.

I bought this stroller back in 2008 when my daughter was born. I really wanted a double jogger, but I couldn't bear the thought of spending $600-700. I have never regretted it!
My kids are now 3.5 and 1.5 years, and I use this stroller 3-5 times per week, and it is still in great shape almost two years later. The mp3 speaker is pretty weak (it doesn't have its own power souce), but my 3-year-old still loves to listen to his music or stories while my 18-month-old naps in the reclined seat. We go all over!

I use this stroller for pretty much every kind of walk/Jog. I love the single trend so my husband wanted the double but I didn't think we could take both boys (22 months and new one) running and I used my old stroller for shopping as well because its just too wide. I have a very hard time moving around in the stores and if I parked too far away from the entrance at our local mall I cannot go between the cars. I cannot pack the stuff I need for the boys without stuffing as hard as I can. I am very disappointed and I should have read the opinions first. And I have a hard time putting it into my kia without taking the back tires off and I have no room to put anything else in.

I planned to use the stroller for everyday use... not so much! First, you must have a big enough trunk space. I have a Ford Edge and barely have room for groceries if the stroller's onboard. I love it for Disney and special outings! It rides great... until the front wheel starts to act up and eventually keeps popping off. It's worth paying extra for a Bob or something like that...

My husband and I bought all of our baby things at babies r us on boxing day. (we were due in feb) After saving for a few months, we dropped $2000. We figured that since my sister was due around the same time, we would buy the dual stroller as we are always together. We used it a few times, (we live in the country) Going down a dirt driveway and road was great with the larger tires, the harness was great! But the front wheel has started wiggiling so violently that the kids are very uncomfortable in it. It seems like if we use it anymore, they will have shaken baby syndrom.. I have looked on both the baby trend website and this one, and none of the troubleshooting hints about it have worked. The MP3 hookup has not worked from the beginning, and now has come off, we are now out the $200. It does not fit through most doors, and most stores aisles are not wide enough to fit through.[...]

When I saw this stroller 2 months ago the reviews were decent and I really liked the "feel" of the stroller when I tested it in the store with my girls. However upon purchase, within 2 weeks all 3 tires went FLAT. My husband put air in them thinking it was a fluke but they were flat again. I returned it and exchanged it for a new one.
After about a week I was taking my girls out for a walk crossing the street when all of a sudden the stroller shook violently like it was out of balance. Checked the tires and even locked the front wheel but it still shook. Returned that stroller. Thinking I couldn't have bad luck three times I exchanged it for ANOTHER one.
This time, I tried to lock the stroller into place. The left side of the stroller is misaligned and does not lock into place. This time I will be returning it to get my money back. Such a shame because I did love that stroller.
So far, it's good

I bought this to encourage myself to get some exercise with my 2 year old twins in tow. It's still too hot to jog, but I'm giving it a whirl around town. It does not fit through standard doors like my awesome Combi Twin does. BUT if I were to just rate this as a jogger, I'd say it's excellent. It's really easy to collapse but it is a bit clumsy to open. There must be an easier way than I can figure out. Also, when it's folded, it rests precariously and rolls around in the back of my car. For a day to day stroller, I recommend the Combi twin. But for jogging, this steers like a dream and is light and rolls smooth. I bought an mp3 but the plug doesn't fit in it!!!!!!!!!! WHAT???? I loaded it with all kid music b/c the other reviews say the jogger can't hear it. I think there's plenty of storage when it's being used as a JOGGER. There are 4 areas and the flip up area on the handles. I got 5 bags of groceries in there this am! DO NOT PURCHASE TO BE USED AS YOUR ONLY STROLLER. Get the Combi Twin, it flips open easy and closes easy, it fits through EVERY door

After trying all kinds of expensive strollers including Bobs and Phil and Teds, I found that this fairly inexpensive double jogger was the easiest to push, to steer, and to run behind. I can put both my 2 yr old and 3 month old in it. I was concerned with the comments about the front wheel. People, if you know how to use a tool and can follow directions for assembly the wheel does NOT swivel. I was also concerned about the canopy being too small. Its not. I can move it easily as Im running to adjust for the moving sun and shadows. And I live in Hawaii, so theres plenty of sun. My recommendation? Stop looking for a double jogger. You've found the right one!

I bought this stroller after a lot of research. I have an almost 5 year old and a 20 month old. I walk about 3.5 miles a day with them and love this stroller. The 5 year old fits better in this stroller than all the others we tried, such as the In Step doubles. We just flew to Disney and took this stroller, it was wonderful for the whole trip. Worked great in the airport, no problem gate checking and was an absolute God send for the parks. Two kids slept great in it no problem. I have seen alot of them both at the Jersey shore this summer and at Disney. IMO you can't go wrong for the price on this one. I also love the adjustable sun shade. Stroller is also easy to fold, and light enough to use with ease. The stroller pushes like a dream on all terrain even with 75lbs of kids in it. I have several doubles including a Joovy Caboose and a Sit and Stand, both were a waste of money, they just were not comfortable for either kiddo or for the person pushing. I am so happy I finally bought this one.

I bought this less than a year ago and have taken it for many walks with my daughters down some pretty rough trails. A few weeks ago one of the tires went flat and I couldn't fix it. I contacted the company through the website, and received a response within a day that a new wheel would be shipped. Within a week I had a new tire, free of charge! I would definitely recommend this or any Baby Trend product.

I just purchased this stroller and am mostly happy with it. Here is a list of pros and cons:
Pros:
Took hubby 10 minutes to put together
Easy to fold - one motion
Maneuvers very well - no wobble for me
Sturdy
Only 30 lbs - not as light as a double umbrella but not bad
Great price for a jogger
Sun canopy fully adjustable to block sun no matter what the angle
Smooth ride for babies (I have twin 13-month-olds)
Seats recline nearly all the way flat, I can change a diaper in it
Seats recline individually
Fits in the back of my Prius with lots of room to spare
Has parent tray with two drink holders
MP3 player nice touch
Cons:
Major con is that it does not fit through most doors, despite other reviews. Our doorways are standard width and it will not fit through our front door, or the front door of our local large chain grocery store, for example. It will not fit through the doors at our hospital (we can fit through the double door entrance, but try making it into an exam room with this thing - not a chance).
Speakers for MP3 a little tinny (but glad they are not too loud for babies whose hearing is much more sensitive than mine)
Divider in cargo net below creates less usable space - no room for a diaper bag, which seems a pretty big oversight considering this is a product for kids

I bought this for my twins about 18 mos ago and it has worked great the whole time!!
Those who are having trouble with the front wheel need to remember that for any jogging the wheel needs to be locked or it will make for a very bumpy ride. I too thought it was broken at first until I figured this out.
As far as fitting through doors, I've tried other side by side strollers and they're all really wide and sometimes hard to get through more narrow doors. I think it just comes with having a double stroller. I just have to use a little creativity. Hint...going backwards is very useful for getting through doors.
The only disappointment is the speaker which is not loud enough. I think it was meant only for the kids to hear the music.
If you by this, remember it has bicycle type tires that can go flat. I live in an area that has a lot of fields with thorny weeds, so it's best to put some of that green goop stuff inside the tires to protect the tires

I like this stroller, and the price was reasonable. I have only had it for a few weeks now, but so far, so good.
I think that the basket on the bottom is too small, mainly because they have it divided down the middle so you don't get full use of it because it is separated in the middle. Also, the "speaker" for mp3 players is trash. It is so quiet that I can not hear a song on it unless I hold it right up to my ear, and even then it is very faint. I am very disappointed about this, as it was part of the reason why I chose this stroller. It is also almost impossible to get through a double door without someone helping hold the doors open for you.. it absolutely won't fit through a single/standard door way.
We use this stroller for our (almost) 5 year old son and our 5 month old baby and they both fit nicely with plenty of room to grow. The stroller is still easy to maneuver and push with both of them in it.

Front wheel wobbles so much that I can only use this stroller in the locked position. I followed the directions and tightened the nut so tight that if I tighten it anymore it will break. This stroller should be recalled. I wasted my money. If I wanted a stroller with a locked wheel I would have bought one. Swivel wheel is useless.
