Our award-winning infant car seats are ideal to secure delicate babies when they leave the hospital. The popular Flex-Loc has many great features such as a 4-point height adjustable base, 5-point safety harness, and EPS energy-absorbing foam. Baby Trend also carries single and twin strollers, the Diaper Champ disposing system as well as furniture. We construct our bouncers, high chairs, and walkers with the same careful detail that we put into our bedding.

Travel Systems

For babies on the go, bassinets, strollers and car seats are all necessities. Buying all three, however, can be quite costly, not to mention that bringing all three along can be quite a bulk, which is why it is a good thing baby travel systems are available. Baby travel systems are bassinets, strollers and car seats in one. By sliding off the base, the car seat can be converted into a bassinet that you can carry around with ease and then you can just attach the bassinet to a sturdy frame to use it as a stroller. We carry baby travel systems for your convenience. These are made by the top baby companies like Graco and Chicco so you can be assured that every piece is well made, satisfying the highest standards in baby safety. There are also different fun designs to choose from.

Bulky but nice

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I love the stroller, carrier, and carseat. The stroller is very bulky to put in car but I think all of those type are. Easy to maneuver and feels very sturdy. If you have small car might not be for you. Will probably get a smaller stroller for our vacations.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I got this travel system as a baby shower present for my daughter, now 14 months old. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews, but was going to give it try anyway. We have never had any problems with this stroller. That being said, I only use this stroller for outside activities, ie. walks and runs. I am not a marathon runner, but do like to do 2-3 miles a day, and this stroller does exactly what I need it to do. The infant seat was great when my daughter was a baby, I just snapped her in and off I went. When running you do have to lock the front wheel, but when walking, the swivel wheel is great. I still use it today, and am looking to get the Double Navigator as I have a baby due in October. There is plenty of storage under the seat and in the cupholder compartment. My daughter also loves her snack tray and cupholder...she just munches away while getting pushed around.

I really love this thing. It is slightly bulky and a bit heavy but I am not very strong! I think it is very easy to stear, great on any surface and can hop curbs. The only thing I do not love is the car seat handel is a bit tricky to squeeze and fold back. But the handle holding area is great. Its very easy to put car seat in the stroller also.My husband loves having the option to fold down the handels to push a different way.I love having the release button for the carseat straps too.It makes life so much easier getting the baby in and out at evey size.I am very happy with the purchase and I feel like I chose the best stroller out.

we got this travel system after we returned a graco car seat that did not work for my newborn, now he can spend a lot of time in the car seat and he seems happy, also the stroller is really good, although is a little big but is very confortable when you are going out. I really like!!!

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I use this as my everyday stoller and as my jogger for when I run. I really like it and a nurse at the doctor's office even liked the smooth ride. It is a big & bulky system, but I have a large sedan (Lexus ES350) and it fits in the trunk just fine. I also like that it is suitable for newborns, whereas most other joggers are designed for older babies. Plus it comes with a car seat...again most other joggers don't. Lastly, I have had no problems with the handle on the carrier. The carrier is heavy, but ALL CARRIERS ARE HEAVY duh. I would buy this stroller again, plus it's cute, I see all the other moms staring.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
My husband picked out this travel system due to safety, price, abilities, and appearance. We got a 20% discount with a coupon. My biggest problem is the base of the car seat. In result, of using base and car seat together my baby Dex head flops over. However, without base his head stays in spot without flopping forward. I'm still working on finding the easiest way to carry the car seat.
The stroller works fine. My issue is unfolding it to use. Overall, it is great for the price we payed for.

Not fun to fold

04/30/2010 by Shea's Mommy, Clifton,NJ

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I find the car seat to be a bit heavy, but otherwise good. The jogger provides a smooth ride; however, I dread folding and unfolding it. You really need to press hard on the large button in order to fold it. The hood does not protect babies well from the sun, so make sure your child has sunscreen and a hat on while using this.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I hope this helps. I bought this stroller and it's not all that bad. Yes it is bulky, very. I dont understand people having problems with the car seat Im a very tiny women and I can move the handle just fine. I have had no problems with the car seat itself. I can take it off the base fine the release in the front is not a problem. The stroller however is rather large and Im only 5'3 and its very tall. With the car seat attached I cant really see over the top. But thats what the husband is for. ; ) Other then it being big and bulky I havent had any problems with it. Its good quality and not a bad price.

Horrible Product

04/21/2010 by Peanut's momma, Colorado,

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
Unfortunately I didn't listen to the reviews that plainly told me that the car seat's handle was hard to move or that the stroller itself was clunky. The cover on the car seat broke on the first try and it takes all of my might to move the handle up and down. The 5 point harness is cumbersome and the stroller falls apart everytime I fold it up. I hate this system.

I love running with this stroller!

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I have used the stroller to go on long walks and have recently started running with the baby, it is awesome. Reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is due to how big the stroller is when you collapse it, it bearly fits in my car, I have to put the front seat all the way back and it's too big for my trunk. Granted I do have a compact car.

Nice Stroller and Seat
4 stars
04/12/2010 by Mom, Wisconsin,

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
This wheel system is so much better then any 8 wheeled stroller out there and this is the only one Babies R Us sells with the 3 wheel and car seat. I love that the car seat's straps are so easy to adjust there is a button and pull strap at the leg clip so you can make the belts very loose to buckle the child in (this way you do not worry about pinched skin)then just as easily tighten it up to the proper tension. The handle is something to get use to, we are still experimenting with the most comfortable way to carry it, but it is not too bad. Folding up the stroller does get a little cumbersome but it is easy to get into and out of the folded position. No problems with wobbly tires or difficult to move handle bar so maybe that was a few special cases?

Very pleased!

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
After months of research and trying out strollers in stores, my husband and I ordered this one for our son. We love how easy it is to maneuver, especially since we plan to use it on so many different types of terrain. I love how easily it folds up. The storage baskets and pouches don't hold tons of stuff, but for us that's ok because we don't carry tons anyway. It was simple enough to put together, only took about 10 minutes and my husband didn't even have to read the directions (of course, cautious me was standing nearby watching his every move and comparing to the manual, lol) but like I said he had no trouble putting it together. The only downfall for us (hence 4 not 5 stars) was that the seat is lowered with a drawstring type device which seems like it might get aggravating to use with baby in the seat....but in it's defense our son isn't here yet and we haven't used more than just pushing around for fun, so I can't truthfully say how well it will work.
I feel comfortable putting our baby in the car seat, and we are both pleased with how easy it is to move the carrier from base to stroller and back. Since we are first timers, we are getting help from an experienced friend to install the base in the car, but I've read the manual several times and it seems very informative and straight forward...I'm sure we could handle it, but I'm not taking any chances with the safety of our son when he arrives.
Overall we are satisfied with what we got for our money and since it's a neutral color we plan on using it for future children as well. Maybe it's not as fancy or have all the bells and whistles as other more expensive systems, but if you are in need of a basic travel system that functions smoothly and safely and won't empty your piggy bank, then this is the one for you.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
The car seat is okay, but the latch isn't the easiest to hook up. The stroller's front wheel wobbles way too much[...]It's very heavy and not easy to fold. If the wobbling stops then I would only recommend it to go jogging or for an outdoor activity, but NOT for an every day use. Too much of a hassle. Oh, and too bulky. I have a hard time getting around isles, etc. I'm looking for a lightweight stroller and gonna sell this one!

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I have found this product to be extremely reliable. I have three children and now that I am on my sixth stroller, I can tell you that I have finally found what I am looking for. Like other reviews, once you lock the front wheel, the wobbliness goes away. I have not found this car seat/stroller to be heavy by any means. It is much lighter than a Graco and Eddie Bauer combo that I have tried before. I am also very pleased with the support it has given my infant around the head. I feel that most would be very pleased with the price, as well as the durability, of this product....especially if you are an active parent and like to get outside with your children!

Love the stroller, hate the car seat

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I really love my jogging stroller. It moves easier then the bigger stroller, and isn't as big when you fold it up. However, the car seat is something I do not ever plan on using again. As others have said, the handle sticks. Which, when you have a sleeping baby and can't get the handle out of the way without jiggling it around a bit, can be quite a pain. On top of that it really doesn't have much padding in the seat, and when you wash the cover (cold water, no heat tumble dry) it shrinks! It won't stay on anymore, every time I put her in the cover would slide with her and the plastic was showing. I am keeping the stroller, but replacing the car seat.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I absolutely love this stroller. My son is nine months now, and we use it all the time. Last weekend I pushed him in the stroller during a 5k walk race, and it was fine. I struggled with looking for a stroller that I didn't trip over while walking. I am over 6 feet tall and have a long stride. With the high wheels and high handle which also prevents me from having to bend over all the time, it is perfect for me! My son loves to ride in his stroller!

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
The handle is almost impossible to move. The buttons are soooo hard to push down. There is no padding whatsoever for my sons head. My sisters seat actually has foam padding for the head. The fabric constantly comes off at the bottom of the seat. The straps are difficult to loosen. I do like the handle grip though. The stroller is very difficult to turn sometimes and to fold it up the button is very difficult to push in. I do feel it is a safe carseat just very difficult to work with.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
At first I enjoyed this stroller. However the front wheel shakes vigorously if you go to fast. Its ok when you want to walk at a slow pace around the mall. But I am definitely going to have to buy a new stroller and baby seat. It looks nice and I have gotten compliments on it before, but if you get stuck with one like mine, you'll hate it. I noticed that not all of the strollers have this problem, so good luck with it.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I really wanted a jogger, but didn't want to shell out the $400+ for a BOB. This stroller is great, but I wish it folded a little more flat. Unless you have a hatchback it's very hard to get in the trunk. Our weatherstripping is coming off due to me struggling to get the stroller in our trunk. It fits better if you take the wheels off, but that's almost as much of a hassle.

One other thing I didn't realize is how much the carseat sits at an angle. Before my son could hold his head up, his head would always be hanging down due to the angle he was sitting. It was VERY frustrating. Once he's out of the infant seat I think the stroller will be a lot better.

Now that I'm looking back at this, I would have been a lot happier just buying the BOB.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I love this stroller and car seat combo. We bought this when my daughter was born, which was 20months ago. I love this system because you can completely cover the baby and let them sleep, while you jog, shop, go to church.. etc. Now that my son is born (7weeks) I will be looking at purchasing the double stroller version. The only down fall is we stuffed it into the car one time and bent the front wheel bracket. So now the front wheel sticks a little, but not so bad that's it's drove me to buy a replacement part. Hope this helps! Totally recommend it to anyone!

Use it as my daily stroller and I am able to jog with it at moderate speed on pavement and dirt roads. Love that fact that the wheel in front swivels. It is somewhat heavy and big so you need trunk space. Overall for the price it worked.

This stroller saved my son's life. We were walking in the crosswalk and were struck by a car, thankfully my son was not hurt. He was safe because the stroller was very durable and safe. I feel comfortable purchasing another one if needed. If we were to have any other "regular" stroller I'm sure that there would have been serious injuries. It's a wonderful safe durable stroller that I'd recommend to all my family and friends.

I absolutely love this system. It looks great, and it is a complete package. The carseat is easy to use, though the buckle can be a little tricky. I love the triangular handle; it makes toting a hefty little one much easier : ) The stroller provides a smooth ride for baby, and I love the way it feels. It even maneuvers easily through department stores. Great product. I would recommend it to anyone. I also love that it's gender-neutral.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
This stroller is easy to use. It did not look too difficult to put together. The car seat base was interesting to install in the car but once it is in it is easy to get the car seat in and out. One word of caution to people thinking about buying this...it is bulky and doesn't fold up that small. The stroller does not fit in my trunk nor did it my in-laws as well. Measure and make sure or you are going to have to be creative getting it from point a to b.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
I absolutly love this travel system! We bought a jogger because we live in the country and figured it would be easier to use on the gravel roads. I would NEVER get a "regular" stroller! We have taken this to many rodeos and one had big gravel we had to go over, it handled it without a problem! My son loves riding in it as well! The car seat is great, NO problems with the handle (dont know if they fixed the problem people are complaining about or what, absolutly fine!) and my son, who does get warm easily, does NOT sweat at all in it! The seat fits (with plenty of room to spare) perfectly in my Saturn Vue and the stroller is NOT heavy or hard to open! Very user friendly! There are only a few minor issues I have with the product, the latch to release the seat from the base is in the front and it can be hard for me to unlatch it when the seat is in my husbands truck but he has no problems with it (maybe because im so short!), the base that comes with the seat is kind-of a pain to install but the extra one we bought is a breeze!, I wish the hood on the stroller released from the stroller so I could pull it down farther, and there was some discoloration on the hood of the stroller but we were able to return it without any problems. For all you new moms out there that are debating on what travel system to get- GET THIS ONE!! You will NOT regret it! I spent countless hours researching different strollers and car seats. I am 110% satisfied with our purchase! Do not get a stroller with plastic wheels- not worth the money! NO im not affiliated with Baby's R Us or Baby Trend in any way [...]

Overall this is well made and we have had no problems with it. The stroller does fold up and I did not think it was any too bulky, although I have a van. We have fit it in the back of my mom's car as well. One negative about this is when the carseat is attached to the base in the car it tilts forward....babies that don't yet have head control wobble more in this. However, a baby that has head control will be fine. I have not had any problems with the front tire and was able to set up the system very easily by myself. Didn't think it was too heavy at all either.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
There have been times that I have hated this car seat - in order to get the buckle together and snapped at the crotch, the belts have to be loose - more loose than they should be! I really wish each leg belt snapped into the base seperately instead of having to overlap them - this would make it very much easier!!
No problems with the stroller though. We bought this one because it was the only three-wheel travel system we could find that had good wheels . . . would probably buy it again, just wish the car seat were a little more user friendly . . .

I read all of the reviews after adding it to my registry (problems with the wheels, the weight, the awkward handle on the car seat)...I really dont get it...its not rocket science its just a great travel system. It was easy assembly...the handle on the car seat is really easy to hold. It looks great and it is the perfect height for my 5ft frame.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition Travel System Stroller Stride:
For walks and jogging

Pros- The price is great and the look is nice. Plenty of space, cup holders and love the hid-away compartment for keys and change on top. for this size stroller it compacts to store well. So it looks good but....

Cons- The front wheel wobbles and shakes really bad. Wakes baby and looks like it will hurt baby. HAVE to keep it in the locked position which means no steering. So annoying. Thankfully I do not need it much, other than jogging. the five point harness is great but the straps attached leave marks on baby's head. So I put a blanket under him. The back does not go very flat and difficult to change diapers on the go. When not using the car seat the shade is useless, so I had to buy a second shade so the sun would not get in baby's eyes. The stroller handle is cheap, feels like it is going to break off. The viewing window shade does not stay open, using a hair clip to keep it open. The car seat handle is very difficult to maneuver back and forth. - going in the garbage once baby's new stroller arrives! Not even worth donating.

Save yourself frustration, $$ and your babies comfort and safety, buy a different system!!!!

got this for our first daughter. love the style of it- i like that it's gender neutral. it would be harder to get my husband to push the stroller with pink butterflies on it! the fabric isn't the best quality- a piece on the stroller tore while i was setting it up- my daughter wasn't even born yet! while jogging, make sure to lock the front wheel in place to prevent it from wobbling dangerously (found out the hard way)... when it is locked, though, it jogs great. i have a pretty small car, and it fits in my trunk perfectly. it's easy to fold and unfold. the carseat is easy to install (if you have access to lots of muscles), and is fairly easy to put in and take out of the car. i mean, no carseat is lightweight and completely ergonomical, so comparitively, this is a comfortable carseat to lug around. fits on or in most grocery carts, steers fairly well unless you're in a tight space (like a dept. store clothing dept!). all products have pros and cons, but with the price in mind, i would recommend this to anyone!!

The car seat and stroller are great! You get total coverage with the shades, and my baby could sit in the stoller alone at only 5 months! As long as they can hold their head up, your good to go! With a 5 points harness, I had no worries. Also the grip on the car seat is very nice, you don't get your arm in a cramp. Hmmm, the storage underneath is very roomy, and it has two cup holders on top and for the baby! The tires can go everywhere, and the ride is very smooth! Also, love the price! All in all, I give it 4, because nothing can be that wonderful. The downside is it's a little heavy too, around 20 lbs.
