Love this so much - I'm buying a second!

We travel often - moving our household a minimum of 3 times a year for work purposes, not to mention shorter trips. I don't think I made a better investment on any baby product than this crib. Now that our second baby is due 19 months after our first, I will definitely be buying a second one. It is so easy to open up (20 seconds), and once you figure out how the legs cross when closing, it takes <60 seconds). Because it's SO LIGHT, when we travel by plane I often stuff it with jars of baby food and smaller heavy items to save the weight on other bags. Not that you couldn't bring as a carry on, which other reviewers have mentioned. I just find that it's more useful to reduce the weight load and I'd rather take a regular carry on, if anything besides a diaper bag. I've never written a review before but when I went to purchase my second one online, I couldn't help but echo the already glowing marks from other reviewers. You will not be disappointed. My only suggestion is to purchase a second pad cover (sold separately) so that one can be in the wash.
The easiest, lightest travel crib!

I wish I had known this product existed before registering for and receiving a Graco Pack N Play!
Like the video on the Baby Bjorn website shows, this travel crib really is "that easy" to set up. I had it set up in about 25 seconds, and it took maybe 90 seconds to fold back up for storage. It is lightweight (only 11 lbs) and comes with its own sleek black travel case.
Clueless, when I was pregnant I registered for a Graco Pack N Play as I thought that was all that existed. I thought I would need this right away for my baby! (I'm a first-time mom).
My mother purchased the pack n play as a shower gift for me and had it set up at my baby shower. She scared me when she said she struggled to get it set up and didn't add all the proper pieces to it. When we got it home, I bugged my husband to set it up for me as there were so many parts and pieces and things to assemble in a specific order that I didn't want to deal with it. When he finally set it up for me, I was relieved that it was ready to use when we came home from the hospital. He also said it was a "PITA."
After my baby was born, we tried to use the bassinet feature on the pack n play but our baby hated it and screamed at the top of her lungs. It felt very uncomfortable to the touch so after a few times, I stopped even trying to use the bassinet feature. I wouldn't want to lay in there either if I was her! Since babies don't crawl for several months, "penning" them up in a playpen doesn't become necessary for awhile after baby is born. So our playpen sat unused in our bedroom for three months before I finally decided it needed to be "packed up" and put away.
So.. Back to bugging my husband to disassemble the Graco Pack N Play.. and bugging him and bugging him. He never ended up doing it, which told me he knew it was too much of a PITA to want to deal with it. After several weeks of him ignoring it, and me i

This product is great. We have had this for three months and use it all the time. It is so light and easy to set up. It is also smaller than most pack n plays so it can fit in tight spaces. Much easier to travel with and take for an all day visit than the traditional pack n play. It doesn't have a bassinet feature, so it is much better for babies 4 months to 3 years. I would not use this for a new born. If you have a new born, you'll have to do a lot of bending to put them in and out of the crib and since they have no head control that can be tough. We use ours for nap times since our baby's room is very bright. We can set it up in a smaller space that is dark and she sleeps wonderfully. We love how quick and easy this is to use. I can carry our baby in one arm and carry this in the other hand easily, not something you can do with the heavy pack n plays. We love it and have even had friends buy one after seeing us use ours. We also made our own sheet for this, that fits like a pillow case for easy washing. We washed the entire thing before using and it all came out of the wash great.

We have used this once - we went to a friend's house for a party and wanted to put our 10 week old to sleep. We set this up in a bedroom and he liked it just fine. It was very easy to set up and take down. We also have a pack and play but this is much more mobile. I think we'll definitely get our money's worth.
Best Investment EVER!!!

Every friend I have who sees this wishes they hadn't gotten the Pack N' Play. It's easy to travel with (i.e. air plane) and sets up/takes down in under a minute. It's stable, and I haven't noticed any problems with my daughter fitting in at all (average height 18 month old). It was worth every penny, and I'm actually debating whether or not to get a second one for our newborn...
Great, but could be better...

Comments about BabyBjorn Travel Crib Light:
This crib is great because it is really light and easy to travel with, but the sheets that fit this crib are really expensive! Also, the legs of this crib stick out so when it is next to our bed I tend to forget and trip on them. One more thing, it isn't very soft. We usually place a rug or blanket under the crib for some extra softness. Hate to be negative, but this is my experience with this item.
Baby gives it 5 stars!

We purchased this product for a week-long trip for our 15-month-old daughter, who can be quite finicky about her sleeping arrangements. Anyway, when it arrived, it was smaller than I had pictured, so I was a little concerned. We did not order the specially fitted sheets, but my husband fitted a regular flannel sheet around the fitted mattress, and we also inserted a waterproof pad between the sheet & mattress. Our baby slept in some instances 12 hours straight in this travel crib w/o waking or crying -- she loved this bed, and I would recommend it to anyone. It also neatly folds into a travel bag that is pretty lightweight and easy to check at the airport. I would buy this product again.
Perfect for vacation!

For our first trip away from home I needed something sturdy and comfortable for my baby. This was the best product I've purchased for my baby thus far. It's roomy, yet fits nicely in a hotel room next to a queen or king bed without becoming a problem. My baby is seven months and there's still plenty of room. The mesh sides keep my mind at ease and the assembly takes seconds. We've given it to grandparents when babysitting and they've had no problem with it. The sheets can be found on [...]. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Comments about BabyBjorn Travel Crib Light:
We bought this to use when our granddaughter comes. The mattress is actually four inches longer than the pack and play we had borrowed. I watched the set up video on the Baby Bjorn website and thought it couldn't possibly be as easy as it looked, but it is so simple to set up. All the mesh comes off for washing as does the mattress cover. For sheets I bought material in fleece, flannel and cotton and made covers like a pillow cover with a longer flap to tuck under the mattress. Our granddaughter sleeps very well in it. It is very easy to take down and store. Also it is so much lighter than pack and plays, but the design makes it much sturdier. Love It.
Wonderful Item!

We have used the crib for both international and domestic travel. It's lightweight and compact, but very well constructed. Baby sleeps really well in it. The sheets are indeed expensive, but we have used both regular crib sheets, and portable crib sheets on it sucessfully.

Comments about BabyBjorn Travel Crib Light:
When our granddaughter was born we borrowed a pack 'n play from a relative to use on her weekend visits. Our granddaughter is now 1-1/2 years old. We had to return the pack 'n play to the owner who is expecting a new child. We also have a second grandchild on the way so we needed something. We looked into pack 'n' plays. The weight limit is 28-30 lbs and we wanted something for the occasional sleep over that would last longer. The Baby Bjorn Travel Crib Light seems pricey, but the child can stay in it until three years old. Although it is only about 11 lbs, the construction of it makes it so it sits firmly on the floor and cannot be tipped over by an older sibling. If you go to the Baby Bjorn website there is a video on setting it up and taking it down. I thought - can't be that easy. Well it is. It goes up and is broken down in a minute. It is light and packs into its own carrier which is about the size of a small suitcase. Also, the fabric and netting on the frame come off for washing as does the cover on the pad. This is a definite plus. On reading reviews it seemed sheets for it were expensive ($35) or the size hard to get from other sources. I bought some fabric for about $30 (cotton, flannel and fleece) and made three sheets like pillow covers with a flap to tuck under the pad. This worked great. Also the mattress is about 4" longer than a regular pack'n' play. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
