i was in love with this product when i found it online, so i ordered it right away! when it arrived railing was broken, the ring around the top was broken and putty'd together poorly! you have the screw the storage shelf on the bottom together which is fine except when the holes where the screws go only go halfway thru the wood!!! i emailed the company. no response. pitiful? i would say so. don't let them fool you into thinking this is an heirloom!
