A helpful item in the early days

Comments about Boppy Newborn Lounger:
The Boppy Newborn Lounger is a great place to lay your infant in the early weeks of life. Our babies both enjoyed napping on this comfy pillow, but in no time at all, they started to outgrow it. We would start them centered on the lounger and they would manage to scoot down and sometimes all the way off the pillow, so you definitely want to keep an eye on your baby on this. I do love the lounger, even though it doesn't last super long. At 3 months, we still sit the babies on this, but they are definitely getting too big. We have occasionally used it during bottle feeding as well.
Best investment ever

Our newborn (now 4 weeks), loves this thing.. it's comfortable and gives us a place to put her during the day, instead of on the bed or couch, which seems dangerous.. It allows her to look around at her surroundings and see what's going on.. We have washed the slip cover several times, and still looks great. We usually have a receiving blanket over it as an extra layer of protection against diaper leaks and spit-up. Works great. Overall.. I'd say this is the best [$] we have spent on our newborn..
not worth the cash...

I am not crazy about this product...my daughter is able to slide off of it when she pushes with her feet. It seems that she has grown too big for it and she is only 7 weeks old and 11 lbs. I packed it back up, maybe baby #2 will get some use out of it. We still love the Boppy pillow though!
Not bad

This is basically a big, round pillow with indents for the baby. Got a 4 week old and bought it to give him a better seat to check out the world. Not what I expected. It serves the purpose, but not worth the $.
Love the Lounger!

We loved this item and used it until our baby grew out of it at about 4 months when he became more active. It was very easy to move around the house and he was very comfortable in it for playing and relaxing. I really liked to put him in it in the evening before bedtime to help him relax.
I would buy this product again and again

I purchased this product for my 2 month old and it's nice for her to lay on when she's on the floor. She was 10lbs when I got it so she was a little too big and slid down easily...would have been better if I had it when she was born!!!
Wonderful

Our son surprised us 6 weeks early and we were so happy someone at our shower had gotten us this pillow. He loved it from the start. It was great for naps and lounging. He has reflux and this pillow helped him be slightly elevated. He is now 4 months and is just starting to grow out of it. Get it early!! It is wonderful for those first few months. He always slept so peacefully on it. He still prefers it to the regular Boppy pillows. As your child grows make sure you don't leave him unattended on it. My son would start to slide off the bottom if he became upset.
Try this

A new dog bed works just a good and you can use it longer. I had a 8 month old in it the other day. Great for self-feeding! The padded sides act as a pillow for neck support! Sides as help to prevent rolling off!
Boppy is a MUST HAVE!
