Susan Brown, a young Colorado mother, was asked by her daughter’s day care center to bring in a pillow to prop up infants who couldn’t yet sit on their own. In one night, she designed a C-shaped rounded pillow ideally suited to this task. Today, Susan’s ingenious design still holds true in every Boppy Infant Feeding and Support Pillow. The Boppy brand has become vastly popular and now includes a prenatal collection to comfort the mom-to-be, products to support baby at play and on the go, as well as the original C-shaped Boppy Pillow that started it all. In 2008 The Boppy Company became part of the Artsana Group, a global leader in the juvenile products market and maker of Chicco branded infant products. Boppy goes global!

Comments about Boppy Pillow with Classic Slipcover Blue Boa:
The Boppy was one of those things I was SURE I'd need but didn't. The pillow fit around me fine, a bit snug even, and I'm on the small side. (Around 130 lbs. after giving birth). Problem is when trying to use it in any setting other than sitting indian-style in bed or on the floor (not exactly ideal, I prefer the sofa/recliner) the baby winds up sliding down in the hole that forms between you and the pillow. Wound up using regular bed pillows and sofa cushions to nurse. Much more comforable.
What's worse is I paid more for the extra cute, sage/cream furry one with the sheep on it. Ugh. Huge waste of money.
Skip the Boppy; just use a pillow.
Not blue, its aqua

Comments about Boppy Pillow with Classic Slipcover Blue Boa:
I bought this pillow in a store because the color matched my daughters aqua nursury exactly. The slipcover is super soft and I don't imagine wasing will be an issue. Imagine the color of a Tiffanys Box with the white ribbon, and there you go.
Don't use it as much as I thought

Comments about Boppy Pillow with Classic Slipcover Blue Boa:
The cover is a bit warm for the climate I live in, and I find it a bit difficult to position on my own but when my husband is here to hold the baby for me it works fine (once it's not too hot, or my baby will sweat!). It is very sturdy and supportive, and very pretty though.
