I had registered for a different pattern all together, but one of my friends couldn't find that pattern in the store, and bought this one instead. After using it almost nonstop the first three weeks, I thought for sure some of the stains were set. The fabric is really very thin, and doesn't completly protect the boppy from some of things your baby is bound to do, however whatever gets on the cover itself seems to come off well! We've had spitup, diaper leaks of both kinds and a yellow stick medicine land on this boppy cover. It hides the mess well because of the pattern, and it cleaned up flawlessly!
