I was kind of worried when I got this as a baby shower present, because I read more bad reviews than good ones about it. I heard that it was nearly impossible to assmeble, and babies weren't fitting into it, and it was uncomfortable. But when I brought my baby home from the hospital, my father had set it up. I asked him if it was difficult to assemble, and he said it wasn't THAT bad. And once I got my daughter in there, she loved it. She fits in it perfectly fine and it always calms her down when she is fussy. I'm so glad that I got it.

The plastic tabs you are supposed to snap the frame through broke when I was putting this together. I thought this was an issue and wondered what else might go wrong when we put our son in it (he's not even born yet...). Glad I read these reviews, they validated my concerns and I will be exchanging this for another bouncer with more stars. Really just picked this for our registry because it was cute.

After many stores my mom & I came upon this bouncer and thought it to be cute, fun & looked easy to clean & comfy. BUT when I put my daughter in it, her head & neck never fit correctly & she always cried & looked mad when I put her in the bouncer, no matter what I tried I couldn't get her comfy in this thing. And when my daughter had a messy diaper while in the bouncer, I tried to take the cover off to clean it yet the frame BROKE! DON'T BUY!!!

I bought this bouncy seat when my son was about 5 months old after an unfortunate accident with his old one (tripped on it, landed on it, broke it) and he did not like it at all. In my opinion, it doesnt recline enough, the seat is not very comfortable, and the simple stuffed toys hanging didnt keep his attention at all. He seemed bored and too uncomfortable to sleep in it unlike his first one. I wouldnt really recommend this seat for an active infant.

The bouncer is cute, but the mechanism that creates the vibrations is so loud that you can't hear the music, much less try to lull the baby to sleep. I ended up giving mine away!

The seat is way too upright doesn't work for newborns at all, even with the head support. The first one we purchased the vibration didnt work so we exchanged it. The vibration stopped working again and the music stops playing after a couple seconds like there is a short. Only positive is that it is attractive.

I'm not sure why there are all the bad reviews. This bouncy was kind of hard to put together, but between my husband & I, we figured it out fairly quickly. The only thing that I didn't really care for, was how stiff the "bouncy" part was. It didn't have much give. My son seemed to enjoy this seat enough to give me 30 minutes to take a shower & get ready in the morning. Other than the stiffness, I like this seat.

My baby hated this bouncer. Although it is very cute, baby was never comfortable and didn't seem entertained at all by the toys. He also outgrew it by 3months. Also very bulky compared to other bouncers.

This bouncer is cute and has nice musical/vibration settings but it should come with a harness feature like every other swing/bouncer seem to have these days. Also, this bouncer's positioning is too vertical. After turning my head for a few seconds, my two month old somehow managed to flop over in this bouncer and was hanging off the side! I would not use this bouncer again after that incident.

My little girl really liked it at first, but now she is 3 months and wont sit in it for more than a few minutes. Its a good starter, but dont think its going to be around anywhere after 3 months

We have twins and got two of these as gifts. They worked great & continue to be useful @ 7 months. While the toys are short lived, we added other new toys to the toy bar so it changed things up visually for the babies. Also we were easily able to double feed the babies using these bouncers (just removed the toy bar). Having two or more uses for one product is great for a twins house where gear can pile up.

I thought the bouncer looked so cute, however after one use...the music and nature sounds did not work...the volume control never worked, and the vibration was the only feature that continued to work, although it goes on and off and is really loud. My son uses it when I am in the kitchen, however, I was never really happy with the overall product.

We bought two of these bouncers for our 7 and 8 lb twins. And although one baby is a petite build and the other is stockier, it really hasn't been a great "fit" for either of them. (It would be even more uncomfortable for smaller babies.) The design and angle of the seat makes them hunch over forward. As a result, it was nearly impossible to use the bouncers for bottle feeding until they started holding up thier heads. Side-to-side support was also an issue. The head insert is a loose piece and doesn't connect to anything. It's too wide and not substantial enough for a newborn's head. We used rolled up cloth diapers to prop up their heads. But we need the head rests now because their heads are high enough to reach up where the brown edge meets the circle patterned cloth. There's a rough ridge/seam that hits them right in the back of the head without the head rest. The music is very nice, but only lasts 2 minutes. In any case, a simple product like this shouldn't require continuous adjustments. Others one the market are designed to work well as sold. It's such a cute pattern, we just wish it was designed more comfortably, especially for newborns and small babies.

Pros: it looks really cute. The toy animals over head will keep your child busy.
Cons: it doesn't really bounce, instead it vibrates. It takes up too much space. The musical sounds are annoying.
Basically save yourself the money and buy a swing.

I love this bouncer. My baby loves to sit in it with the vibration and the nature sounds. It allows me to have a few moments to do the dishes or just be hands free and it makes him happy as well!

I read the reviews after purchasing and considered returning it. But I reconsidered and decided to give it a try because it was just too cute. I'm not thrilled with the timer on the vibration. It doesn't last long and is frustrating when she's just about to fall asleep and turns off and she wakes up. The music selections aren't great but not terrible. Our daughter is a smaller baby and the headrest isn't connected so it does make it sometimes akward to get her placed just right. But all in all I don't regret keeping it. Are there better bouncy seats out there? Sure. But there are worse, too!

This bouncer looks very stylish but the dangly stuffed animals were very boring to my son, I took them off and had to put up different toys. Besides looking nice and I did like the music it played with the vibrations, it is junk. The bar that holds the toys broke and would move forward so he couldn't reach them. The entire frame broke while we were on vacation WHILE he was in it! Definiately not worth it! My mother got a very used bouncer for $2 which he absolutely adores and amuses him for a decent period of time. Unless you just want somewhere to stick the baby, it does not soothe them to sleep or amuse them. Frame is flimsy.

My husband and I got this for our baby at a shower. He used it ALL the time to sit in, we would play with him while he was in it - that is how he took his naps too. We we found out he had acid reflux he actually slep the second part of the night in this bouncer for about two months - it was great to leave him propped up so he could breath properly. We are sad, but he does not fit it any longer. I have taken the cover off and washed it numerous time and it washes great and it is fairly easy to put together - though at first you might feel like you are going to break it - it really is just securing the two parts together.
In regards to the easily outgrown "con" my son was 9.6 lbs at birth and he outgrew it by the time he was four months old - but we got A LOT of use out of it!
This is a great product and we are SO glad we got this for our little man.

Only draw back - not great for small newborns unless you put blanket rolls on either side of the baby. Worked really well as my baby got a little bigger.
