We absolutely love this product. The car seat is great and the stroller is perfect. Yes, it's a bit bulky to take in and out of the car, but that's what you have to expect from any travel system unless you just use a simple umbrella stroller. And we have never had trouble fitting the infant carrier in any shopping carts - just make sure you place it correctly and it works fine.

Got this travel system as a shower gift. My baby is only 9 months old now, and will hardly fit in the stroller. The two wings on the shoulders make it too tight for her to sit comfortably. Did I mention that my baby was born 6 weeks early, and is only 19 lbs?! The stroller is supposed to accomodate children up to 50 lbs. Now I have to buy a new stroller. What a waste of money. The car seat is fine. But I would not get the stroller. You cannot adjust the shoulder wings. Her shoulders are squeezed into the seat. I've read other reviews on other sites where people had the same problem. It's a poor design. And, Chicco won't back up their product. Don't buy! So not worth the money for only 9 months worth of use. And, some people may have babies that do fit. But, do you want to take the chance that yours isn't one of them??!

After reading all comments i decided to write my review. Yes, the car seat is heavy i live on a 2nd floor and have to carry it up and down every day. Yes, you cant access the storage when you have the car seat in the stroller. Yes, car seat is hot, i live in south FL and its very humid and hot. My husband and i are both very tall, my 6 months old child is already 29 inches long, her legs have been touching the back of the seat for a while now but i have no problems with that i know she is safe. I havent had any of the problems other people here had, the stroller was very easy to put together, the base was a little more difficult but we did it without a problem. I like the fact that the handle is adjustable. It is expensive but we had a 20 % off coupon. I like the fact that the stroller can accomodate my daughter until she is 50 pounds. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this travel system. I bought the key fit 30 in red. I loved the safety ratings, and how comfortable my baby fit in the seat. The seat was easy to install and the carrier is easy to take out of the base to put in the stroller. I'm always out with the baby so that was nice. My little one is now 10 months old and due to her height we had to buy a convertible car seat. The car seat doesn't fit in the shopping carts (they say a safety feature since doing that makes the carts top heavy). The stroller rides smooth and super easy to put away. A great fit in a coupe.

The only con I can say is that the material seems unbreathable causing the baby to sweat. I just made sure the AC was at a good temperature for her.

Overall love it!!

When infant seat is in stroller, you have basically no access to the basket. It also never felt like it snapped correctly into the stroller. It did maneuver well and held up well to frequent use.

the REAL problem came when I no longer used the infant car seat with the stroller. When I lay the seat all the way back, there is a piece that automatically comes up near the head (almost like an L position). The problem with this is that there is not enough room for his head to lay flat...when laying his neck has to be cocked to one side, which is totally uncomfortable! It is very hard for him to nap if I can't lay him flat! Also, the foot rest can't be locked straight...so his feet dangle and his head is cocked to one side! He is only 12 months old and I feel like he has outgrown the stroller!!!! : ( I guess if you are never going to lie your child down in the stroller, you'll be fine. VERY disappointed!

We received this travel system as a shower gift and very excited about how nice it looked and that it was recommended as one of the safest. We have been disappointed in how heavy it is plus your growing child making it difficult to maneuver. We also were very surprised that it doesn't vent well and causes our baby(preemie) to heat up easily. We had to be extremely careful over the summer how long he was in it and how hot it was that day. We bought a new breathable head positioner to help vent some of the heat away. We have enjoyed how very easy it is to move from car to stroller. I definitely would not recommend for a high humidity area.

This travel system stroller is very light weight compared to the other we looked at. The carrier snaps in safely. The base is easy to install in the car, and the carrier is easy to snap in and out. The straps are relatively easy to adjust on the carrier, and very easy on the stroller. It would be helpful for the sun shade on the carrier to come out further. The stroller is easily folded and raised with one hand.

Have had this stroller for almost three years now and it still is in great shape. Never had to replace any items. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the canopy, it snaps forward to provide coverage for any angle of sun. Never seen another stroller with that option. The basket can be unlatched if you're shopping to allow more space and a larger opening. Love the adjustable handle bar, I'm tall and it's nice to not have to bend over to push it. My boys never complain about riding in it and sleep like little angels. It's a breeze to remove the padding and wash and it's the only stroller I've seen that folds standing upright. Makes it a LOT easier to put in the car.

i have to aggree with most, the storage stinks, its so small, the only thing i really liked was the carseat, and that even had its downfalls, i was given a graco travel system, and got the chicco instead because it seemed better, with the chicco canapy you cant even pull it all the way down without having to unvelcrow it, and now the stroller wont even close, the two bars are like stuck, not the funnest thing to find out with a 6 month old in the pouring rain. deffinitaly has its downfalls for such a expensive product

I am really happy I put this travel system on my registry. I liked the colors and the stroller rides so smooth. I like how the handle to the stroller has the option of being at three different levels. The only complaints I have is that it is very hard to get into the basket or fit anything big in there when the stroller is reclined back. The car seat also seems heavy and it doesn't fit on top of grocery carts, you have to set it in the actual basket of the cart. Besides that I really like the stroller!

The stroller's only down fall is that it is difficult to get to the bottom compartment when the carseat is in place. Received this travel system (off registry) for baby shower and have used it since day one!

What I love:
-The colors..very gender neutral!
-Totally user friendly!..it's SO easy snapping the car seat in & out from the base in the car to the stroller!
-The stroller seat reclines all the way back to easily accommodate a sleeping baby
-The straps in the car seat are adjustable as well as the stroller handle bar
-The stroller ride is very smooth..my fiance brags it's the "Cadillac of strollers"
-Safe, solid, quality made product!

What I don't love:
-The fabric in the car seat/ stroller make my son sweat really bad!
-When using the car seat in the stroller (or the seat in the stroller is reclined all the way back) there is very little room to access the storage basket, defeating it's purpose. >>My suggestion buying a diaper bag you can hang over the handle bars
-The visor/ umbrella on both the car seat & stroller are not as adjustable as i'd wish
-Does not fit into the front of a shopping car as most other car seats seem to
-Although expected, the stroller is bulky..so compact cars be extra careful when loading it in & out to not scratch/ ding it up
-Lastly, I wish the car seat held more weight as my son is on the larger side..he's almost outgrown it and is not even 6 months old

Every product has it's pros & cons...overall I WOULD recommend.

This system is ok. My son was 9lbs 6 oz at birth so he grew out of the car seat at 5 months. He actually screamed every time we put him in the car seat and apparently it was uncomfortable because every since we bought his new one he has been a perfect car rider. The stroller has several annoying features, the shade fall off frequently, the sides make it very uncomfortable for larger babies and the basket is hard to store things in if you recline the seat back at all. Like the high chair and play pen the stroller and car seat are extremely heavy. I do like the one hand collapsing mechanism and the cup holder.

I really like this travel system. The only complaint is that the basket in the bottom is hard to access if the seat in the stroller is reclined all the way. Other than that, the stroller is easily folded up (really one hand!) and unfolded. It is light enough for me to lift which is good. We also like how the infant seat clicked in to the stroller, it just seemed much more safe that other models. The infant seat is great with the base. It easily transfers from car to car and is light and travels well. The fabric on the stroller and car seat clean up well too. The only downside on the car seat is that it is heavy. I like the straps and sdjustment on the car seat, but the straps on the stroller, just like the highchair, are very hard to adjust.

I purchased this travel system after reading tons of reviews. The reality is that I reallly like the car seat. It has the latch system, making it easy for me to put it in my car but the stroller is just ok. If you put the car seat in the stroller you can't have access to the bottom basket. It's jsut a hassle to put a diaper bag in it. I had to purchase some stroller hooks so I can attach my diaper bag. Plus the system is really heavy, I sometimes feel I'm going to end up having the biceps of a profesional body builder. If i could go back I would purchase the car seat but get one of those snap-on strollers.

My son is almost 3 and I use this stroller everyday! The stroller has been through gravel, mud, rain, grass,snow, and I even run with it. It folds up nicely and fits in the trunk of my car. The storage area on the bottom can hold a small cooler which works well for our family. We spend many hours outdoors and my toddler still takes a nap in it. We've consider buying a wagon, but the stroller offers shade, isn't bulky, and has a much smoother ride then a wagon. I love it!

I LOVE this travel system. It is one of the pricier travel systems, but certainly worth the money. My husband and I decided on this travel system after reading reviews, testing countless strollers and checking out how well it worked with another couple and their son. Yes, is is a big heavier than other ones out there, but it is quite safe! the ease of carseat installation is also really great. our son is now 15 months and we have a daughter on the way....she will use the car seat but we are upgrading to the double version of this stroller, as I love the single version so much and so does my little guy!
My Son was a preemie and he fit great in the carseat coming home from the hospital and was always very comfortable in it. He still tries to climb in it whenever he see it in the closet!
It was a bit of a pain that is didn't fit too great in our very small Mitsubishi, we have since gotten a larger SUV (Kids travel with so much stuff and women over pack!) so since NOT having a compact car, there are no problems getting the stroller in and out of trunk (it always fit before with the compact car, we just could not put much else in the trunk)
My sister and sister in law have both also purchased the same travel system for my niece and nephew and love it also!

Though we don't have the baby to put in the carseat/stroller yet, this was our favorite by far of the choices out there in our price range. The quailty is great and the assembly couldn't be easier (snap on the wheels). It was my husband's favorite in the store. It is good for my husband who is over 6' and myself at 5'7. It moves easily and though may be a tad heavy, is sturdy and very well constructed. Will update once baby is here.

I'm very happy with our choice of this Travel System Stroller. The car seat is wonderful and the stroller is so easy to maneuver -- I can even manage it one-handed with my left hand (and I'm right-handed) over uneven sidewalks! It's pretty easy to get it in-n-out of the trunk of our Honda Accord, too.
Like any stroller, "one-hand fold" feature isn't COMPLETELY true (it's not like you can carry baby in one arm and fold the stroller with the other). For being a full-size stroller, though, it is pretty easy to fold.

I was worried this stroller would be too heavy for me to get in and out of the car by myself, but I think its much easier than I thought it would be. It does take up the whole trunk of a car. I love the shock absorbers. Material is easily cleanable. I wish it could keep the baby in the shade and still be open to allow air flow, but maybe no strollers can allow this. The car seat snaps in and out very easily.

The best fitting for a newborn with the inserts I've used, wish I'd had a Chicco for my first 3. The base latch system is so easy and the carrier clicks in and off easily. Only "complaint" is the carrier does feel heavier to me than others, I'm small and I feel I had trouble carrying baby at a younger age, but still worth it.

I purchased this product because of its safety ratings & its ease of use. I have been very satisified. The carseat base is great. It fits in the car very tight & is easy to install. The carseat itself has extra pads for smaller babies which made my son fit perfectly when he was so small. They are easily removed when baby is too big for them. My only problem with the carseat is that my son becomes hot easily. The material is a dark color & doesn't breath easily. However, it isn't a problem in the car with the air-conditioning on. The carseat is a little heavier than others but definately not a deal breaker. I love the stroller. It is large but fits in trunk of my mid-size car without difficulty. It opens & closes with ease. He fits in it very comfortably. The straps to hold him in are very secure & versatile. My older son recently tipped the stroller over with my newborn in it & he barely moved because the straps are so secure.

We have been using this car seat and stroller for 10 weeks now and love it. It is easy to put the baby in the seat and she seems comfy in it. The base was easy to install and the car seat just snaps in. The stroller is nice because you can lay the seat all the way down and take a very young infant for walks in it. I leave that one at home and leave a snap and go stroller in my trunk because they are lighter and smaller. The car seat fits in that one perfectly also.

I love the convenience of this system. The stroller is surprisingly lightweight and folds up so easily. Unfolding is even easier! The carseat snaps right into place in the stroller and into the base. So far I am happy with this stroller. It's very easy to open and close, easy to use the car seat, and looks nice and seems to clean easy. Could be heavy for some people, but it's ok for me-don't have much to compare to though.

I am only really disappointed with the sunshade for the newborn setting with the baby carrier. I don't feel that it covers the baby enough, I've seen my sisters Graco and it hangs over more. However, the sunshade for when the baby carrier is out looks very large. Also, the basket is hard to use/access for larger packages when the bassinet is down, but that hasn't been much of a problem really.

In general the stroller is wonderful. I am tall and the handles area great height. Both children have been very comfortable in itand it handles well. Two things to watch for... first the basket at the bottom will detach and get scraped up. Second, and most importantly, Chicco does not make a double stroller that the carrier fits into. Actually, noone does! It will notsnap in securely toany double stroller out there. I found one that does not snap but fits nicely. Rhymes with "shmeg shmerego shmaria"! I hope this helps!

We used this from the day my son was born and are still using it now (18 months later) with not a single problem. The car seat and base were so easy when he was in the infant carrier, and snapped into the stroller perfectly and quickly. It has been our everyday use stroller- no need for a lightweight or jogger or any other stroller for us- the Chicco has been it! We are keeping it for Baby #2!

We really do love this stroller combo. My daughter is 9 months old and we have used this stroller and car seat almost daily and through several vacations. She looks so comfortable in the stroller and still fits the car seat just fine. It is rated to 22 pounds and she is only 18 so we have a little bit of time left to use it. Yes it is a very large stroller and no lightweight, but my only complaints are with the car seat in place you can't use the basket very well, and also with opening and closing you are likely to scrape up the area where the basket attatches to a support bar making me worry that it will tear. I try to be careful of it but it is already worn looking.

I like how you can just snap the carrier into this stroller and cover up your baby all the way. When we first went for walks with our son we didn't want anyone touching him so we would pull the carrier cover over him and then the stroller cover over him as well. When you do this you can completely cover them up so no one can see in. Then if you want to be able to see them or check on them you can open the cover just a tiny bit so only you can see into the stroller. This really helped to keep away all of those strangers who always want to touch your baby. The only problem with putting the carrier in the stroller is that not a lot can fit into the basket below.

My son is now almost 3 months old and does not like to be in his carrier because he wants to look around so we have switched him to the front part. This is nice because it has the shoulder straps so it helps support him since he can't sit up on his own yet. Plus I can put more in the basket below.

The handle on the stroller is nice because it adjusts. My husband is 6'2" and I'm 4'11" so this really comes in handy with us.

Also, I like that the cover adjusts so I can keep the sun off of my sun no matter what direction we are walking in.

WE liked the car seat- a lot- we had the extra base it it was great! The stroller however is not that great... when you use the car seat with it, you have NO room underneath for your diaper bag. And once my daughter got bigger, the shape of the seat (the "wings" that are hard plastic near the shoulders) is way too narrow. My daughter is very petite, so she can still fit, but any larger and she wouldn't be able to sit back. Also, the seat doesn't sit up straight enough for those young inquistive minds who want ot sit up and see eveything! The cup holder is so shallow that everything spills. The stroller does steer ok.

- It is heavy
- It is bulky and takes most of my ford focus trunk.Moreover they didn't allow me to take in on the plane with me because of it being so big
- IT IS WARM! My baby always gets out of it VERY SWEATY no matter the season, I guess the fabric doesn't let him transpire well, I would not recommend it in a warm weather.

I just bought this stroller/car seat today! I am due in October. I am so pleased with this stroller so far! it wasn't hard to set up at all! It seems very comfortable too! I love hose this stroller seems to fold up very easily and is also very easy to open! I can not wait to use this for my little baby girl! I am also a teen mom, so i love how stylish this stroller and car seat is! My mom will be helping me a lot and she thought the stroller was very durable! This system was highly rated so I went ahead with this one, instead of the Graco...

Putting it together was interesting but not super difficult- just not easy.

The stroller back needs to be entirely flat when the car seat is inside, but this also makes the under carriage basket inaccessible! Ugh! You cannot store anything in the basket until the baby is old enough to sit up. Now my daughter is old enough and does not need the car seat, but the stroller we still use. She hates this stroller compared to the $20.00 umbrella stroller I have because the back of stroller does not sit up straight! It leans back and she feels like she can't see. Also the harness on the stroller is difficult to adjust if you aren't at home. One good thing is that the food tray is curved, so the cheerios don't fall out easily when she is self feeding.

The car seat canopy does not pull any more forward than 90 degrees... so when your baby is in the back seat, there is NO way to keep the sun out of their eyes!! And we live in Arizona and it is BRIGHT!! Graco's canopy can move more than the 90 degrees. It is difficult to use a plain seat belt with this car seat because you have to almost entirely remove the slip cover to see and use the seat belt fasteners.

The stroller IS easy to fold up, (but so is an umbrella stroller). All material is easy to clean as well. And I loved the Key Fit bases, although they are SUPER pricey... I will be buying a different stroller system with my next baby for sure.

At the time that I bought this stroller I was trying to choose between a Graco and a Chicco. I had previously had a Graco and loved the brand. I couldn't find a style that I loved to I decided to go with the Chicco Cortina Discovery. I immediately LOVED the color. I love how the stroller collapses so easily. Its been easy to keep clean and its a GOOD QUALITY stroller. The only thing I had to get used to was how far inset the car-seat sat into the stroller. It didn't effect it by any means it was just different from what I was used to.

I received this travel system as a gift from my mother-in-law. I have to say I was pleasantly surprized once it was fully assembled. The stroller turns on a dime and can easily be steered with one finger! The padding is really plush. In my opinion, this is the best travel system you can buy. I've looked at and test drove several. The stroller is heavy, but not heavier than your average stroller of comparable size. The only thing I would improve is the fact that the stroller cannot easily be rolled around while folded down due to the angle of the basket opening. I feel confident that my precious newborn will be safe in this carseat. The padding is far superior to that in other car seats I've lookad at. The only thing I would improve on the carseat is the fact that it doesn't have a handle that can be held from multiple positions. That is an important factor for a new mom recovering from birth who has to lug the carseat with baby around to lots of appointments.

I registered for and received this travel system for my first child ... my best friend and close relative both had one and raved about it. I didn't do much of my own research on strollers, and decided that it looked nice, and since it got good reviews, that it would work for me.

Granted, this is a nice system, as far as travel systems go. The carseat is one of the highest rated out there in terms of ease of use and safety. However, the stroller itself leaves a lot to be desired. Once my son was out of the infant seat and in the stroller by itself, this is when I started realizing that I wasn't happy with it.

1 - The seat itself doesn't sit all the way up. So as an infant, he was constantly slouched over. He wanted to sit up so he could see, but didn't have enough support to do so.
2 - The straps are akward. And now that he's almost 2 years old, aren't big enough for him. They won't go over his shoulders anymore, and we have to snap in him like a lap seatbelt only.
3 - For an almost $200 stroller, it really doesn't drive all that well.
4 - It's HUGE. When folded, its STILL huge. It barely fit into my Civic's trunk, and even now that I have a crossover, it takes up half the trunk, making it impossible to take it on long trips where we have to pack other baby necessities.
5 - After 2 years of moderate use, the plastic wheels are pretty much stripped. They did not wear well at ALL.

The pros are there too of course ... it has a HUGE shopping basket, which I love. And the parents console is great too. It has a decent sunshade as well. But honestly, I wish I had just gotten the carseat, a snap and go, and then once my child was out of the infant seat, decided on a main stroller then.

I use it in the mall and for going on walks. I love the car seat and the lock method. A concern is if you are planning on having little ones close together get the bigger double chicco stroller- I am not sure how that is rated it is to new. I bought this because I thought it was a bit more pricey and wanted to have something that would hold up. When I had my first child 7 years ago I bought a cheap travel system because it was all I could afford, but would rather have purchased something cheap than this one. I find it to be overly bulky, the stroller takes up 75% of my trunk in my Lexus. The basket is very difficult to get to when you have the car seat hooked into the stroller and even gets stuck sometimes which as a mom is very scary when you need to get the car seat out to get the baby in the car and home safely. The car seat is not very light and neither is the stroller. The straps on the stroller are a little akward and don't even adjust the same. The car seat does not hook to a shopping car and the straps when adjusted will not be the same length, you have to mess with them to get them to adjust to the same lengths. VERY VERY UNHAPPY :(

I used this stroller right from the start. I used the infant carrier/car seat until my son was six months old. I love the fact that the car seat clicked right into the stroller, it made life much easier. The stroller is great, because of the height adjustment of the handle and being able to ajust the seat for my son. It has plenty of storage in the basket and plenty of cup holders and holder for your keys and other things. The car seat get a little heavy, but still worth the buy.

We have used this stroller on daily outings, trips to the park or mall, and walks around the neighborhood. It is sturdy, rides so well that you can feel the shock absorbers in it, and is stylish. It is extremely easy to fold and put in to my car. My hubby and I love the adjustable handle. My daughter just kicks back and relaxes in the stroller when we don't use the car seat with it. With all that said, I do agree with some of the other reviewers when they say the car seat is heavy. But as many of them also said, it helps me to have piece of mind to know that every time I put my daughter in there, she is SAFE! Unfortunately, it is hot...but I also live in AZ where it's really HOT for many months. So, I just made sure I turned the AC up in my car and pretty much froze so that she could be comfortable and safe. She slept in this seat all the time when she was younger. As a matter of fact, we drove from AZ to IA (four days each way in the car) and she slept very comfortably and LOVED her seat. She's 8 months old now and is awake a lot more on rides but still loves it. A friend of mine who was babysitting described it as the Cadillac of all strollers. I highly recommend this travel system and am actually thinking of buying it for my sister in law who is now expecting.

All I can say is I LOVE this stroller. As a 1st time mom I didn't know what to get..but my son is now almost 14 months and he still fits in the stroller very comfortably and my son is 27 lbs and very long. My only complaint is that now I am trying to get a lighter weight stroller but nothing compares to this. Besides being super comfortable for my son, their is so much room for storage. I purchased this travel system last summer before the birth of my first daughter. I toyed around with many carseats and strollers before deciding on the chicco cortina system. My daughter is now 6 months old and I absolutely love it! The carseat is so comfortable and supportive for the baby and easily adjusts as she grows. The stroller is very easily opened and folded and I love the adjustable handle. The only thing that I struggle with is I have to remember to get my things into the bottom basket before I recline the stroller, which is how it has to be for the carseat to fit in the top. But honestly, compared to other headaches I've seen with other brands in this price range.....so worth it. I highly suggest this travel system.

I actually have found that I am not the fan of Travel Systems, my son is my first and we received this as a gift, its great however the stroller takes up alot of room in our CRV, we actually ended up getting a Snap N Go and love it so much better, takes up less room in our vehicle. We use the travel system stroller for walks around the park and neighbord. If I had known what I know now, I would have not registered for the travel system and would have instead asked for Snap N Go and separate car seat.

Love how the infant carrier clicks into the stroller. So nice compared to the other infant carriers/stroller combos I've seen. I have used this stroller over and over and I love it.
My only complaint is that the sides of the back rest flare forward. This is comfortable and nice for a young, small child. However, now at 14 months, my son can't sit all of way back. His shoulders won't fit. So now I'm looking for something with flat back to it.

We have used this travel system since our daughter was born in April 2008. The infant carrier carseat is by far the best I have ever used, and we own 3 other carseats! This Travel system is awful. The stroller is bulky, and heavy. If you don't colapse it the correct way it dents the wheels. The basket cant' be accessed when using the infant carrier, or if the seat is flat. My son hasn't fit into the stroller since he was 4 months old. It squished his shoulders. At 28 inches and 18 pounds he didn't fit in this stroller. I wrote to the company and all they said was they can't accomadate all children. Well when the stroller is meant to be used until your baby is 50 pounds and you can only use it until they are 15, then I think there's a problem. The only use I got out of this was the infant carrier clicking into the stroller. Once my son was too tall for the infant carrier (3 months old) then this whole system became useless. Don't waste your money!

Good points: it is a travel system which makes it cheaper than buying each item seperately. The car seat is light weight. Has a wonderful shading system. The stroller is easy to open.

I love this stroller. I have used so much. In the ariport was great for the bags and rides really good. The only problem is the car seat, weight goes up to 22 lbs. My baby is 7 1/2 month old, and I have to buy a new car seat because she is 23 lbs, she has always being a bigger baby for her age and I did not think about that when I bought the cortina system. The stroller still good. Chicco has the keyfit that weight goes up to 30 lbs. It is worth to give a look at that one.

The carseat is made so that the baby can grow with it. It uses padding to support the infant ( around the head and under his bum) You can later remove the padding once the baby outgrows it. When we purchased this set we were very happy. After using the carseat for awhile we noticed that our baby quickly grew out of the padding. This padding, we learned was the only thing that was keeping my baby from having his back up against the seat which has zero comfort. Its like 3 hard bars pressed on his back.In fact my baby would cry every time we put him back in it. One time he pulled one of his shoulders forward in discomfort,this is how we found out about it. Needless to say, we wouldnt recommend this carseat to anyone else.

I have had this carseat stroller set for 5 1/2 months now and I love it. I did a lot of research into buying the combo of carseat and stroller. I felt this one would be the best for my price range and it hasnt disappointed me yet. The stroller is so smooth and so easy to turn and handle. And I love the fact that the carseat clicks into the stroller and base so you know its locked into place. Set works great for a bigger baby as well, mine is 5 1/2 months and is 20lbs and 27" and he still fits well in the carseat. Of course carrying him in the carset is heavy now but that goes for any carrier carseat. All in all love it love it....5 stars!

We've used the Chicco Cortina travel system for nearly 2 1/2 years and will be using it again for Baby #2 (due any day now). We have had only good experiences with this convenient lightweight stroller and top-rated car seat... that is, until recently when all of a sudden we could no longer fold up the stroller. It simply got stuck and just stopped working one day. I emailed Chicco's customer service department about the issue we were having, and to my happy surprise, they responded the very next day to say that they are sending us a brand new replacement Cortina stroller. Now that is great customer service!!!

We've had no other problems with this travel system. It has served us well with everyday errand-running, traveling, and frequent trips to Disneyland, Legoland, and Sea World, etc. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and my daughter loves riding in it. We look forward to using it for another 2-3 years with our next baby. Highly recommend this product.
