I love this high chair. Just like all of the other chicco products, it is great. I have been using it since my son started with baby cereal, and now hes's 2! Yes the fabric has to be cleaned, but I just take it off and throw it in the washing machine, and have had no problems with it. Will continue to recommend it to all parents.
Not all it's hyped up to be.

This highchair looks great and sounds great but in reality, it is a pain! Like another reviewer said, I am hating it more and more every day. It is ridiculous to clean. From the cloth seat to the grooves in every piece of plastic. Food gets everywhere!! I had to remove the pads on the shoulder harnesses. The baby chewed on them and usually after every bite of food. You cannot put the tray on with a baby in your arms. I have to pull it out far enough and pray that it wasn't too far. It fell off one night while I was putting my son in it and it nearly broke my foot.
On the positive side, it matches my kitchen. And rolls around easily on the tile. And seems to be comfortable to sit in. I am looking for a new highchair. :(
Horrible to clean

I bought this because my friends raved about the Chicco Polly highchair, I did not realize their were different versions. I love that it rolls and had the two trays to clean off but it is fabric and horrible with a messy toddler who likes to feed herself. It says surface clean only but I throw it in the wash on handwash because it get's disgusting. I also find it has way too many cracks for food to get into, I am constantly vacumming out the cracks and even that is not enough because it is a pain.
I wish I would have gotten a different one that had a plastic or vinyl covering. I think there are others on the market that are cheaper and still have all the same features... live and learn.
It's a great highchair

I love this highchair (we've been using it for about eight months now). One of the reasons I love it so much is because it's easy to clean. There's an extra, removable tray on top of the tray that is actually affixed to the highchair itself, so there's no need to try to fit the entire tray in the sink or dishwasher to clean it. Also, the chair cushions are easily wiped down. If extra food or crumbs get stuck between the cushions (there are two of them), they are very easily removed and cleaned. About once a week I take the cushions out and wipe everything down. Then it's as good as new.
The other aspect of this highchair that I really like is how snug the tray fits against my daughter. She's a small little fry, so she's been able to wiggle out of her cousins' highchairs. But she's as snug as a bug in this one.
The one down side of this highchair is how much space it takes up. Thankfully we have ample space to keep the highchair out in the kitchen/dining room at all times, so it's not a problem for us.

I love this highchair, it has room for them to grow, i had purchased a Baby Trend model for grandma's house and I'm returning it and going to buy another chicco one. Not sure why there would be bad reviews on this, I've had no problems and it's easy to clean!
Cute, but that's about it

I've been using this high chair for 5 months now, and I hate it more every day! The tray is really difficult to get off and on - you have to hold the button and kind of wiggle it back and forth to get it there, hard to do when you have a baby in one hand. It has a huge footprint, which I didn't think would be a problem because I have a pretty big kitchen, but it takes up pretty much all of the floor space we have.
Worst of all, as a bunch of other reviewers mentioned, it is impossible to clean. The plastic is molded in so many different pieces that there are a ton of little cracks and crevices that are all stained orange now from sweet potatoes and carrots. Every time we have something messier than cheerios I have to take the whole thing apart just to get the big chunks out. The dishwasher safe tray doesn't fit in my extra large dishwasher, and the little dark spot where you see the logo at the top of the seat is actually a gap between the outer and inner liners, and my son has found this spot to be a great spot to try shoving bits of food when I'm not looking.
The only high point of this chair is that it is comfortable and my son does seem to like sitting in it, and of course, it matches my travel system and pack and play (which are never even in the kitchen...). It also folds easily, but we never fold it because it's such a handy place to put him that keeps him contained while we're in the kitchen.
Big and Ridiculous to Clean

Oh, how I wish I hadn't registered for this product. What a waste of money. So many grooves and unnecessary holes that food and water gets into. Impossible to clean. You need to use a toothbrush and bottle brush to get in all the crevices. Obviously a mom didn't design this or clean it before they sold it. As a first time mom I fell into the more expensive is better trap- now I wish I had a small easy to clean high chair, because she does not know the difference!!! So stupid whoever designed this with all the crevices in the tray, crevices in the harness clips-- all of them totally unneccessary for function. I have no idea why they didn't use solid easy to clean plastic or put the crevices underneath or in areas where food wouldn't obviously get- maybe it was cheaper to make? Why would you put several unnecessary grooves in something that is going to get babyfood smashed in it???
It is huge and it has left scratches in my laminate wood flooring.
Ugh, buy something that can be hosed down, cleaned easily and doesn't take up so much space.
If you buy this you will be sorry every time you try to fit the huge tray in the sink, try to scrape out crusty food from all the crevices, and try to shake water out of the inside of the tray because it gets water inside of it (like a rubber duckie)!
I never write reviews, but this high chair has annoyed me so much every day of the last 9 months that I had to take the time to WARN you. I spent so much money on it, I am making myself use it, but I am almost at a point to just throw it out and get a simple high chair that is small and easy to clean.

I loved the ease of the set up and use of this highchair, what was disappointing is the cloth seat. Although it allows our little one to be comfortable, overall it is a pain to clean.
Use it every day

I like this highchair because it looks great. It also has many settings, so my daughter who is now 8 months, has been able to use it already for some time now. It is hard to clean though. You can tell that we use it every day. If I could go back, I would still buy it though.
Very disappointed with this high chair

I was so hoping that this would be better than it turned out to be. At first, I liked the idea of a wipeable seat, however, in actuality, the vinyl is not very comfortable for my little one. She sweats and sticks to it endlessly. Also, it does not move well on it's wheels. And, I really do not like the tray shape. It does not extend to the child's side and will only create a larger gap as the child grows as the tray has the leg separator (not sure what to call it) sticking down from it. This causes the tray to stop short of the child's belly when you are sliding it on. Very frustrating! Food just falls all over the place. The one thing I do like is that it is tall enough to fit at our counter high dining table. It can be pulled right up to the table (minus the tray). Still, I am over all very unhappy with this purchase. I would not recommend this high chair at all. Oh, one more thing. It seems very wobbly. There is a lot of bounce or give when moving it around. Makes me a bit nervous to move with child in it.
Very challenging to clean

This high chair is fabulous until you actually use it to start feeding baby. My son prefers to feed himself, and so food = everywhere! In the creases of the seat, in the cracks of the tray, even in the little tiny crevice between the leg of the chair and the seat. It is just too hard to keep clean. I actually have been running the seat cover through the washing machine ever week or two because I can't stand to see it so gross! I wish I would have gotten a seat that was easier to sanitize.
But the recline options and the storage of the chair are great.
Not what I expected

The biggest draw backs of this chair is the tray..which does not slide easily. Also once you strap the baby in it is really hard (almost too hard for an adult) to unlock.
Impossible to clean!

This product gets the job done, but is more work than it is worth. The straps need to be cleaned after almost every meal, and the seat cover itself has too many pockets where food can get stuck. Our daughter likes to stash food, and unfortunately she found these spots before we did. There is also a little rim that runs along the middle where food gets stuck. We had to use a toothbrush to clean it. The tray is hard to adjust, especially when you only have one hand available. We bought this because it has multiple adjustments and the arms lift up so the little one can sit close to the table. We are moving our daughter into a simple booster chair, because now the arms just seem to be in the way. This product is not worth the money. Buy something simple and easy to clean.
