I have this bag in blue and silver and LOVE it! I have given it as a gift a fe times already. I love the back pack idea, it stays where you put it so you aren't knocking kids over if you bend over to pick them up! LOVE it and the fact that it's columbia and backed up when and if it gets worn out you can replace it for free!

I am disappointed with the quality of the backpack. I am a mom of 2, have had the bag for 5 months but the main pocket is fraying and the side pocket is very hard to open and the zipper has split. I loved the size and very handy to have free hands with a toddler and 8 month old. I would like it to be more durable for the price. Could be a little bigger.

I purchased this product because the purse style bags do not work for me. I need my hands free, I purchased this as a replacement. I have two kids and over pack every bag so it does not fit everything I want to carry but the size is great and compartments. The diaper changing pad could be smaller and attaching the plastic bags to the inside of the pad is poor design. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it plus it can be used as a regular backpack later!

Received this as a registry gift. It's a great looking bag, has lots of space inside, but not enough pockets. Inside there is a pocket for the changing pad which could also store wipes and 4-5 diapers. There are then two mesh pockets. Could store ointment tubes, toys, cloths, etc. Main compartment is large and roomy, but just wish there was more to compartments on the inside. On the outside, there are two additinal side compartments. This is a good bag, just my preference to have more compartments to separate items.

I am so happy that I bought this diaper bag. I first bought one of the diaper dude bags and wasn't happy with it at all. I decided to try this backpack instead & couldn't be happier with my purchase. First it's 1/2 the cost of the diaper dude bag. Second it holds way more than any other diaper bag I have owned...& it holds it in such a way that you can still find things. It's easily accessible. I love that I can just hang it from the handle of my stroller. There is a small front pocket that I put hand sanitizer wipes too. The entire family uses them so they are easily accessible. I can fit 2-3 bottles in the insulated pocket. The other pocket I keep filled with snacks for easy access. The changing pad included is great. Aside from the changing pad and diapers, I can fit tons of snacks, a change of clothes, sippy cups, books, toys, and my own little wallet I just clip onto the diaper bag. You can't go wrong with this bag. We just used it on our trip to DC and I not only fit everything I needed for my son, but also a days worth of snacks to eat for the entire family while we were walking around. Since it attaches to the stroller handle, we were also able to put a cooler in the basket of the stroller so we had cold water, gatorade and milk available all day long as well. I LOVE THIS BAG and so does my husband! My older kids don't mind carrying it around either!

We had a regular diaper bag and switched to this one. I wear my baby a lot in different carriers, and this is a great complement. I put baby on my front and the bag on my back.

I especially like the "cooler" pocket for keeping bottles cool with an ice pack.

This bag is wonderful!!! I am so happy that I bought it. I wish I had bought it sooner. I have a 4 year old boy and a 10 month old girl. It was enough space to put 3 bottles or 2 thick bottles. I usually put 2 bottles for the baby and a bottle of water for me and my son. There is a changing pad and lots of pockets and space. I'm able to fit the necessities and a change of clothing for her and the boy. I love how I can just throw it on and have my hands free to carry baby and hold my son's hand. It has definitely made my life a little easier. It has two zippers to access the main compartment. One on top the zipper goes all the way down to the sides to have full access. There is a front side zipper that opens for quick access. There is also a comparment that is easily accessable and has a pouch for a pacifer as well as key holder and another pouch so I can put my wallet in. No more purses for me! A babybag is enough!

We use this as our only diaper bag. My husband picked it out because he wanted a bag that he wouldn't mind carrying. It's very comfortable and holds a lot more than I had thought it would. The only complaint is I wish it had more pockets in the big compartment.

I just bought this bag today and used it for a day trip. The bag fit way more than I expected and I had extra room! In the main compartment I had 2 extra outfits, a onesie and PJ's, wipes, diapers, toys, and snacks. On the one side I had another snack and sun block. On the insulated side, I had a sippy cup. I LOVE the fact that it comes w/ a changing pad and there is a designated place for it in the diaper bag...it frees up space in the bag! We had just gone to an amusement park the other day and I really wish I had had this bag instead of my other bag...it wouldn't have been as bulky and would have actually fit in the basket on the bottom of the stroller.

My son is 4 years old and it is a perfect bag for carrying all his things. I can have my hands free to deal with him. It is so comfortable on your back. Also it is dad friendly.

A little small if you are planning on traveling with it, but for day to day it is great!

I bought this bag before my daughter was born and read a few reviews saying that it wouldn't last very long. That's completely not true, I have had this bag for almost 2 years and we have taken it everywhere. I used it on plane rides, there was enough room to fit a very small purse of mine in there and still have enough extra clothes, snacks, diapers and toys for the long plane ride! I am about to buy a new one, but not because it has broken but I have spilled milk in the pocket to many times and it is starting to smell! Highly recommend it!

This is a great diaper bag for everyday use. I like the fact that it is small but you can fit lots in it. It is also nice looking and not to "girly" so my husband is willing to carry it. I wish is had a few more pockets but I would still recommend it overall.

I dont go anywhere without this bag. I have had it for 2 1/2 years and am ordering a new one. I keep snack cheeses and his juice in the cooler side of it, diaper, change of clothes, the other side panel is used for my wallet etc. it frees up my hands and I so comfortable. Love this bag! side pockets are great to keep the "extra stuff" in and the big pocket is sized well to keep plenty of diapers, formula, clothes and snacks. Holds up well. This bag was great at the beginning but like many others, the tabs came off on the zippers, the lining for the bottles tore away from the bag. I like how deep it is but the fact that I have to use my finger nails to open it is a real drag. Also it leaks. If you have something in the insulated part after a while it will start to leak. My son is 18 moths old and we dont even use this bag anymore. We are expecting a nother bundle of Joy in April so Im hoping to find something similar without all the destruction. If I were you...keep shopping

Registered for and received this bag as a shower gift. Seemed to be well rated by consumers. Overall I am very disappointed with it. We used this bag part-time and within 3 months, the pull tabs on the zippers were falling off, the insulated liner literally coming apart at the seams and barely enough room to put necessities, never mind anything extra. Not to mention, you can not easily contact Columbia about these issues or to make suggestions... A word to the wise, keep shopping. And for those of you who do decide on this bag, don't say I didn't warn you!!

I have had this bag for 20 months now and have really enjoyed it versus the standard over the shoulder bag. It is easy to throw on your back and handle baby in almost any situation without it getting in the way. Also, the stroller straps at the top of the bag allow you to strap the bag to your stroller for hands-free use. I love the bottle compartment, but am sad to say that after a year of use, the insulation has torn away from the bag.
What I do wish it had more of is compartments. The inside is big but the bag does not fully open and the diaper holders on the inside sides of the bag should be taller so the diapers hold more snug to the sides. It would also be nice to have some "mommy storage." Someplace to keep your wallet, phone, etc. I am not too keen on the idea of carrying a diaper bag and a purse.
Overall though, I am very pleased with this bag and the biggest fact is that Daddy doesn't mind carrying it either!

My husband and I love this diaper bag! The backpack style is great- it allows us to either carry it on our backs or attache to the rear of our stroller. It is great quality and roomy enough to pack everything you need for a day out with your baby.
We only wish that the main compartment was divided into two parts, so that extra clothes could be stored away from diapers, etc.

We purchased 2 diaper bags when my son was born, a cute stylish one for me and then this one for my husband. We've actually never used mine because we both like this one so much. Its a great organized bag, made of great quality. It hooks onto the stroller easily. The husband loves it too... its manly, yet cute!! It is a little difficult to hold a baby in one hand and unzip the bag with only one hand too. If you get everything out before you get your baby out of the stroller though then it's not so bad. I definitely recommend this bag. Well worth the price!

This bag is well made and has a lot of great features, like the insulated side pocket for bottles. However, this bag is so big and bulky! We bought it thinking it would be more comfortable and convenient than a shoulder bag, but it sticks out so far. It's hard to store in a stroller and just takes up too much space. There is plenty or room for storage inside the bag, but it there is no organization so when your cell phone rings or you need to find your childs toy you could be looking for minutes at a time.

This product is great for airport travel because it holds so much and you can wear it on your back and keep your hands free for baby, but I would not recommend this bag for every day use. Ours sits in my son's closet.

Its not a bad bag but for a newborn its just not practical i need two hands to open the zippers and hold the bag and with a 5 week old i don't have two hands!

I am looking for another bag but think this one will work fine for when hes a liitle older or as a daycare bag. its just not easy enough to get to my day to day items

I never leave the house without this backpack being a stay-at-home Mom of 3 kids under the age of 5! Its comfy and leaves my handsfree. I love the easy access key ring holder. If I leave my keys hanging out of the pocket cliped on the ring I can unlock my vehicle without taking the backpack off. I find the cold compartment usefull for sippy cups although I do have a hard time fitting in 2 sippy cups so that being a little larger would be helpfull. The zipper for the main compartment does not zip all the way down to the bottom of the bag so sometimes it is hard to dig for things. the main problem I have had with this bag is the pull-strings on the zippers come off very easily. I have had the bag for about 4 months and 2 of them have come apart and now are tied on and looks kinda goofy. I would probably only recomend this bag to someone with 1 maybe 2 children due to the smaller size.

We definitely wanted a backpack type diaper bag and went with this one because my husband felt it was manly enough for him to also carry. We love it. Very durable and has plenty of space to pile in everthing you need (i.e. extra clotes, diapers, wipes toys, snacks, sunscreen, etc). I love it because I can set it down and dig through to find stuff without it flopping over like a tote would. Having it remain upright when I set it down is HUGE.

This is my third attempt at a diaper bag and I don't forsee a fourth! Bag one and bag two were both over-the-shoulder style bags, each with seemingly well-designed features. However, no matter the features, I came to the conclusion that a shoulder bag is just too cumbersome (while carrying baby, groceries, baby carrier, purse, etc.). I am a problem-solver by nature and am always on the quest for a better solution. This backpack is well designed, comfortable, stylish (though not girly), and makes life a whole lot easier. It is great for doing diaper changes solo in public bathrooms as it stands up on its own and can be opened fairly easily with one hand. The changing pad WITH WIPES POCKET is genius because the wipes are right there with the pad...one less thing to get out for the change. The changing pad pocket is perfectly placed right inside the zipper opening for easy one handed removal/return. My one wish is that there was maybe another pocket inside to keep things organized, or a small zipper pocket on the outside for a wallet and phone. Overall, this is a great bag, easily worn by moms and dads alike. I am much happier and don't feel so disheveled since I got this backpack. If I could rate it 4.75 stars, I would.

It's simple which suits us best. I don't want a lot of pockets and things to "clutter" up the bag. Still, there are enough pockets to put what I need in it. I'll use this daily for both my toddler and infant.
