This pillow was helpful breasfeeding but even more so for my baby to sleep on. She uses it 24/7 for bottle feedings as well. The only problem I have is since it does not come with a cover, how to get it away from baby long enough to wash and air dry? Just can't do it, so I just cover it with a blanket. If I had known that this item would be this useful, I would have purchased covers for it. My baby sleeps in bed with me in her pillow (until she is able to roll over- I have not used the straps yet) & during the day, I move it downstairs to the couch for feedings and naps.

I think that this pillow is useful because of the infant strap, however, the cover is not removable. This makes washing not as convenient as it could be. The poke-a-dot pattern that you see is actually the outside of the pillow. They sell slipcovers but these do not zip closed so part of the pillow is still exposed. If you are worried about getting it dirty and don't want to stick the whole pillow in the wash, I recommend buying a Boppy brand cover for it. These fit and do zip closed.

I love that this comes with the fabric that you can attach to hold your child in place. If your child is as small as mine at birth (6 pounds 11 oz), you are not able to use this option right away because it is too big for the child. This was unfortunate, because this was the reason I bought it. Also, the fabric of the pillow is very scratchy, and not soft at all. My daughter seems to dislike the feeling of the pillow on her skin. Too bad it is not softer. Other than that, this product is decent. I guess you get what you pay for, as this was the cheapest baby pillow that I found (Not the reason I bought it... I was looking for the piece to hold the baby in place. This is what made my decision)

I bought this for my granddaughter who was born Dec. 26, 2008. She loves this pillow and so do I. She falls asleep on it on her tummy while watching tv. I make sure when she comes for sleepover my daughter brings it with her. It's a must have for her and of course me!!!!!

We got this for our newborn daughter & it gets used everyday! My daughter likes to be in arms, this snuggles her tight so she has the feeling of warmth of being held. It props her in a good position for her bottle feeding as well. Also it sits her up so she can stare at her sourroundings why shes awake. The material is a nice feel on top of it all. Its a multifunctional product that we are very happy with =)
