I have the same swing, but with frogs hanging from the mobile and really enjoy it. It took me a while to figure out how to turn off the music but it does turn off --you have to press and hold the button for 5 seconds or so and then it shuts off. Once I figured this out, I (and my baby) thoroughly enjoyed this swing!

THiS DiD NOT MEET MY EXPECTATiONS i THiNK THE SWiNG iS TO WiDE THE MUSiC DOESNT STOP PLAYiNG BUY PRESSiNG THE BUTTON i WOULD HAVE TO OPEN iT &ND TAKE A BATTERY OUT JUST TO SHUT iT OFF.! THE SWiNG SPEED ALSO SUCKS MY SON ONLY WEiGHED 9 LBS WHEN WE PUT HiM iN iT &ND THE SWiNG WOULD GO SUPER SLOW.! iTS NOT A COMFORTABLE SWiNG EiTHER iTS HARD.! ASSEMBLYiNG iT WAS OHK.! BUT THE MOBiLE PART OR WHATEVER HANGS THE TOYS ACROSS ALWAYS FELL OFF.!iT WAS RATHER EASY TO SET UP AS LONG AS YOUR STRONG ENOUGH TO TiGHTEN THE SCREWS VERY TiGHT BUT ABLE TO UNSCREW THEM iF YOU MOVE OFTEN.! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THiS SWiNG.! THANK GOD MY MOTHER iN LAW BOUGHT iT &ND i DiDN'T WASTE MY MONEY ON iT.!
