I actually bought this for a friend that just had a baby and is using powdered formula. I had this for my first daughter and bought another when I had my 2nd. I LOVE it! So easy to use. Mixes formula in seconds, rather than shaking bottles forever. No air bubbles or pesky powder chunks in the bottom. I tell everyone I know about this product!

i love this because when i make a single bottle, then shake it up, there's all that foam and air, which i hate. i don't have to worry about that with this. i just mix it up and pour into the bottle without all the airy foam. plus some bottles don't give you enough room to shake it up after putting the powder formula into the water but i never have that problem when i pour my pre-mixed formula with this. the only bad part is when i first used it, i filled the water up and then went to put the powder in but didn't have enough room for it all. so i just fill it to 26 oz and put 13 scoops in and it's PERFECT. i don't know why anyone wouldn't have this.

My only regret about this product? Not getting it sooner. I had been mixing bottles by hand and I could never get the formula to dissolve completely and my arms would get extremely tired in the process. Now I can make the next day's bottles in no time and it's such a time-saver when my little one is screaming for snack time (she's such a drama queen). The locking clip doesn't work, as mentioned in some other reviews, but I haven't experience any problems due to it not staying in place. Such a time saver. I would recommend to anyone having to feed formula exclusively.

This is the best invention ever!!! I actually do not mix formula and store it in the fridge due to our warmer not consistantly heating the bottle correctly, BUT I use this to make sure the formula and rice cereal is completely mixed for my daughter with each bottle she drinks. I never have any CLUMPS and it is nice and smooth with no or harly any air bubbles.. I absolutely LOVE the Dr. Borwns bottles and now I love this as well. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT

I used to spend what seemed like forever mixing formula. With this product, I can make bottles in no time which means I can spend more time with the baby. I would recommend pouring in the formula powder a little at a time for even faster mixing.

The product works as stated but after using it one night I realized its just the same amount of work to prepare a bottle. Sure, you do not have to make the formula, but now you have to heat it up since it is the temperature of the fridge. That being said I find it faster to just make the bottle using room temperature water.

However, Nutramigen is very hard to mix up. You can shake it and shake and there will still have clumps of formula in it. With the Dr. Brown's formula mixer, I am able to mix up 3-4 bottles at a time and mixes up very easily. I absolutely love this product. I do wish that they would have a portable version of this.

I love having this pitcher. My only complaint is the locking clip doesn't stay in place very well for me. I don't bother using it. It's so nice to be able to make several bottles worth without having to shake every single bottle. When my baby needs to eat, I can just grab one out of the fridge and toss it in my bottle warmer.

It is much more economical to buy the powdered formula, but it is also a pain having to mix it every time I want to feed my son. I bought this so I could have some premixed. It works great. It reduces gas because there are much fewer bubbles. It seems well made and unlikely to break from normal use. The only down side is that it is kind of small. I was expecting a full size pitcher. I am still very happy with it though.

I was looking for some kind of product to easily mix formula for our twins that did cut down on the foam created from shaking, and I came across this little device. So far (one week), this pitcher has been very helpful in cutting down our preparation time of formula. It also does a great job cutting down on foam.
Other reviewers have noted that it feels rickety when using it, but I think that is because it comes apart very easily for thorough cleaning.
Overall, this product has met our expectations.

I've read the reviews of others who have used this and didn't like it... let me clear some things up! Yes, it spills out if you are super rough with it... just mixed it at a normal speed, not super fast! I make about 34 oz in it and thats with cereal in it too! So Im not sure why others wrote that you can only make 30 oz... I absolutely love this! My son eats A LOT so it is so helpful. my arm doesnt hurt from shaking bottles all day! I recommend mixing formula with really warm/hot water becasue it mixes a lot faster, but of course only do that when your baby isn't going to be eating it in the next half hour. Wish they would make a bigger version of this product only because he eats all the time, but other than that i love it!

I really like this pitcher, I wish I had it for my first 2 kids. It definitely does its job with not allowing air and mixing the formula without clumps. Honestly I cant remember life without it! HOWEVER, like I said Im on my second because after a while I noticed that I wasnt able to clean it as thorough as I would like, and Im afraid of bacteria, etc. So I just threw out the first. Also, I only wish that the pitcher was larger, but since mixed formula only last 24hrs it makes enough milk for a day so Im happy with that.

After months of shaking formula in bottles for mixing, I am so glad that I came across this pitcher. It has been a dream come true. It allows me to make 32 oz. of milk at one time instead of making one bottle at a time. It also has almost no bubbles which is great for decreasing baby's gas. I love it, especially the small size which doesn't take up much space in the refrigerator or when I have to pack it for trips. I couldn't have asked for a better product at such a great price. Little to pay to make the little one happy and less gassy.

It is pretty much impossible to make 24 or more ounces of formula in this pitcher w/o spilling it. I usually just end up making 20 oz and that doesn't overflow while mixing. Otherwise, I am VERY glad I bought it. :)

I bought this hoping it would make things easier for us after my daughter had to switch to formula. I'd heard fantastic things about it. I get home, put it together, and try it out. The very first time the little plastic piece that moves up and down to "lock" the level (based on how much you want to mix) so air doesn't get mixed in (kind of the purpose for the mixer) falls right to the bottom. So I emailed the company. I received a response within a few hours and I was told they would send out a new plastic piece to me right away. So.... in what universe is "right away" longer than 4 months? I still haven't received it. I may just throw the thing out. It's not doing a thing but taking up space. What a let down.

This product is great for infants who's formula only comes in powder. All you have to do is add the desired amount of water and scoops of formula, secure lid and pump about 10 times and BAM you got milk free of bubbles and better for baby. Quick and easy. The only thing is it's small but it's still useful.

I like the concept, but Im using Enfamil A.R. which is super pain to mix up. It foams really bad and this was supposed to be the answer to all my problems and personally, I think it made them worse. There was soo much foam at the top of the formula it was worse than if I just shook it (and NO I did not let the blade come out of the formula it was still bubbling it on its own, I even tried going soo slow). Not worth my money, Im sending it back. I have found its easier to use a measuring bowl with a silicone wisk and a silicone spatula to mash the lumps and keep it from foaming. Works great.

It says it makes 32 ounces at a time, but really anything over 24 ounces leaks all over the place when you push down the mixer. We got this b/c my son is on rice starch formula for spitting up and since it is thicker, it's hard to mix as needed. We wanted to use this product to fill several bottles for that day, but we were only able to fill a max of 4 at a time (4 six ounces bottles). Don't waste your money. Just buy a rubbermaid liquid container and shake it up if you want to premake.

I love this product! I only wish I would of had it with my first baby. When I first got it, I thought it looked rather small. However, it's the perfect size for a new baby through the first year. I think this was a bit overpriced, but when you realize you have to pay for convienience, it's not that bad. This little pitcher does what it is supposed to, is easy to take apart and clean, and more importantly is BPA-free. The fact that my counter isn't constantly covered with formula powder that spilled from making a bottle 4-5 times a day is totally worth the price I paid. I wish I had bought it sooner.

When you are a busy mom that works full-time this product really helps. I can make large batches of formula at a time instead of per bottle. I usually store it in the fridge the night before and pour into clean bottles in the morning before work. It also pours very smoothly into the bottles so it causes no foam, no mess. The only con I have is the little thing on the stirring stick (whatever you want to call it) it does not stay in place after a while. This is used to keep the blades below the water line when pumping up and down. I can't seem to make mine stay so I have to adjust it every time I use it. Other than that this pitcher is awesome and stirs the formula with ease. It also complements my DR. Brown's Bottles.

I am a new mom, I did breastfeed but then went in to formula. I was given Playtex drop in bottles and this makes it extremely hard to mix up in. So this product is amazing. I also use soy formula and it mixes it well. (soy is a lil clumpier.) This product has mill leader and ounce measurements. I also like that it gets rid of the bubbles, that shaking makes. Get mixer! Great product!

Well, I guess I thought I would be able to make more than 32 oz of formula in this. And the formula still settles in the bottom. I leave it in the pitcher so I can stir it before filling every bottle. I thought that would be the best way to keep the formula mixed well everytime. But there is still formula settle on the bottom. But it is better than shaking it up in a container. Just not sure it is worth the money. It works but is is so expensive for this tiny little pitcher.

This is a wonderful invention. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and I love it.
My daughter's formula has been changed several times and the formula that she uses comes ONLY IN POWDER (ENFAMIL AR) :-( But after having this mixer, We (me more than my child!!) are no longer having problems with powdered milk. I would recommend this to anyone who has to use powdered formula. It is the best.
Plus, you don't have to use Dr. Brown bottles to get the best effect. I use the drop-in liners and I love it still.
Before the mixing pitcher: FOAM, FOAM, BUBBLES, AND VERY LITTLE MILK.
After the mixing pitcher: VERY LITTLE FOAM, NOT MANY BUBBLES, AND MILK, MILK, MILK.

A great product if you want to make a day's worth of formula (up to 32 oz). We make one batch of formula for the day, pour into bottles then wash and let dry. The plastic gizmo that is supposed to keep the turn mechanism below the liquid level comes loose as you are using it so we almost always generate bubbles, but when we pour into bottles, most of the bubbles stay in the pitcher. Otherwise, the product works as advertised. Cleaning is easy too. Just add soapy water and pump up and down to clean, then rinse.

We have a 2.5 year old and now 3-month old twins that go to daycare, so having something to mix formula in quantity was a must. We tried a different pitcher with our first daughter that had a paddle-type mixer that didn't work well at all and was way too bulky. We are so happy to have found this! We don't use Dr. Brown bottles but that doesn't matter with this product. The only complaint I have is I wish it were bigger because we end up having to make a partial 2nd pitcher to fill the 8 bottles the twins need for daycare, but everything else about it is wonderful. I highly recommend this.
