Bottle Feeding BPA-Free

Unless you are exclusively breastfeeding, baby bottles are a must. You can't just choose any bottles, though, or choose them based on their designs. Rather, you have to make sure they are BPA-free so they are completely safe for your baby and you have to pay attention to the shape of the bottle and the nipple, too, to make sure your baby won't have trouble getting milk but also not end up getting air in his tummy. We offer bottle feeding BPA-free items just for your baby. These are available in different sizes for both short and long feedings and call all be safely sterilized. They have different kinds of nipples, as well, including nursing nipples which are designed to simulate breastfeeding. We have bottles with nursing drop-ins, as well, which are ideal for traveling.

Tried other glass bottles but love these

Comments about Dr Browns Glass Bottles 2 Pack 7 oz:
We tried the Born Free glass bottles with our baby girl, and the nipples collapsed all the time. I had to loosen the collar to prevent them from collapsing, and ended up leaking formula on my baby! We got Dr. Brown's glass bottles recently, and I already love them! No problems with leaks, gas, or collapsing nipples.
Also, even though these bottles have the same number of parts to clean as the Born Free bottles, these were easier to clean and assemble. Dr. Brown's bottles offer a great product for a very reasonable price.
I am very impressed with their customer service too! I posted a question on their website one night and the next day a lady called me from customer service and answered all my questions. I will definitely go with Dr. Brown's bottles for our next baby :)

If your not breast feeding then these are the bottles to go with.Breast feeding didnt work for me so I tried born free and not only did they leak, my son had way too many spit bubbles..I got one of these in the 4oz plastic as a gift and used it for a whole day and immediately saw a differene, and I knew I had to get more, my only gripe is that the glass only goes to 7oz and not 8 , other than that I plan om sticking with dr.browns

Comments about Dr Browns Glass Bottles 2 Pack 7 oz:
We tried 6 different bottles for my breastfed baby and these were the best. I recommend buying the premie nipples b/c they have the slowest flow which is what my baby girl needed. These bottles were the best bottle we tried. She ingested less gas while eating and was very satisfied when done feeding.

I'm so sorry coz i bought them

Comments about Dr Browns Glass Bottles 2 Pack 7 oz:
I must credit these bottles for I guess preventing colic for my twin girls. These bottles are also leak proof which was great because the previous brands I used leaked. They fed very well on them but the problem is with twin 3 month olds and a 5 year old it was challenging to clean the parts. It took alot of time to clean. Also, ever since the BPA scare I ditched plastic bottles and went for the glass for safety right? Well I recently noticed several tiny chips around the opening of the bottles. Needles to say I went back to plastic in fear of my babies swallowing glass. These bottles are also extremely inconvenient to take on the road with you. I spent a night at my friends house and I had to take up a whole counter practically to air dry the bottles and billion pieces. They are now on playtex dropins and they love it! So do I, it is a huge TIME SAVER and very convenient for traveling!!!

I love everything about this bottle.

Comments about Dr Browns Glass Bottles 2 Pack 7 oz:
We love this bottle. We wanted glass because we worry about what the next horrible thing they will find in plastic is. We wanted something with an air valve so that the air goes in at the collar vs. the nipple. We wanted something easy to tote in the diaper bag. We wanted something durable. We found it! Our 4 month old LOVES this bottle. It's the only bottle we've used that we like. We've tried other brands hoping for something cheaper to work now that he is formula-fed and is off of the breast - we will be using more bottles which means we had to purchase more. However, with the others the nipple collapsed, he got air, or he just didn't like it. So back to these. :) I'm heading to Babies R Us tomorrow to get more bottles. These work well in the Avent iQ bottle warmer except its a little difficult to get the bottle in and out because these are a bit taller than other bottles. We have never had a leak - ever! With others we have had a ton of leaks but NONE with Dr. Browns (big PLUS in my book.)

When my baby had colic his pediatrician recommended we try these and they do work however I tried these and the wide necks and believe me, the wide necks are WAY easier to clean. I love Dr. Browns bottles but go with the wide necks!!

Get ready to spend hours cleaning these!

This bottle is a great choice for a newborn in preventing gas, but that is it! They leak around the collar, they cannot be placed in the dishwasher because they have so many little pieces that you cannot clean the inside of without handwashing with the brush they come with. I used these with my first child and once I started back to work and college I decided I was not going to spend what little time I got to spend with my family washing bottles and went out and bought the Playtex Drop-Ins, which also do a great job preventing gas and cut down my time washing bottles. I kid you not..we had 20 of these bottles and every other night I would spend at least an hour scrubbing these bottles. These are not for busy mommys.

I didn't know about these bottles when we had our daughter, but my husband's cousin bought some of these for us after our son was born and they are fantastic.
When we were using plastic bottles, we had multiple occurrences with both kids with horrible spitting up. Since we've started using these bottles with our son he has gone from spitting up 3-4 times a day to spitting up 2-3 times a week.

These bottles are great. Now I am not going to lie and tell you that they are easy to clean because it is timely but they are the best for baby. They leak a little but I would still recommend due to the fact I feel that she gets less air. I heat the bottles on the stove in a pot of boiling water.

Comments about Dr Browns Glass Bottles 2 Pack 7 oz:
I originally purchased other brands of plastic bottles when our son was first born. After a couple of weeks he started getting fussier and despite our best efforts nothing seemed to appease him. I received the recomendation from the pediatrician I work for to purchase some Dr. Brown's bottles. So I purchased the glass ones b/c I'd been told by a friend that they helped a little more than the plastic and also b/c they were on sale and cheaper than the plastic at the time:)

I have to say that I love these bottles. My son is no longer collicky and I'm very glad I purchased the glass bottles. You see, we happened to leave a few freshly used bottles out while we were gone a couple of times and our dog never failed to "take care" of them for us. While we had to replace the plastic components, since the bottles are glass they came out unscathed:)

To further this story, I've been unable to find the collars for the bottles so we've been 3 short for weeks. I contacted the Dr. Brown's company to simply ask where we could purchase the collars and they replied within a couple of days with a personal email and are now sending us 3 new collars at absolutely no cost to us (FREE!!). I am so thrilled with the product and now very impressed with their quick, personal, and very nice customer service! I highly recomend these bottles for everyone as a new mommy and as a pediatric PA!

They may be a little more expensive but very much worth it! Also, the glass is very thick and has withstood being banged against each other, other glass cups (of which the cups actually broke), and dropped on our linoleum kitchen floor!

Comments about Dr Browns Glass Bottles 2 Pack 7 oz:
I bought these bottles because I didn't want to worry about BPA and they were fantastic. No leaking, no gas. Loved them. You can heat them up easily without worry. But, since we have tile floors and I am extremely clumsy and since they are not the least expensive bottles in the world I did eventually switch to the plastic Dr. Brown's BPA free bottles after breaking about four of these on our tile. When your baby gets older and starts throwing bottles, it might be a slight problem too unless you have carpeting. If I had another baby would definitely buy again to start off with. Now that I have the plastic bottles though I have to heat up the formula in a glass container and pour into the bottle, which definitely a pain compared to the glass container. I guess it does take a little extra time to use the pipe cleaner to clean the tubing inside the bottle, but when you think about not having to buy all those drop ins it's definitely worth it and I felt more comfortable in terms of didn't like putting babies milk in a plastic bag.

These bottles are a gift from heaven! They are very convenient. I can heat the bottle in the microwave, put bottle and parts in the dishwasher, and I don't have to worry about BPA and other chemicals leaking into my sons formula. These are great bottles!

I'll admit it can be a bit tiring to wash all parts: bottle, nipple, tube and "tube cover". HOWEVER, my daughter experience very little gas - she's now 7 months old. Not sure if it's all due to the bottle, but I love it... it works for us.
