This item has been very useful. My daughter sleeps well in this. She looks so snug and comfortable. I feel that she'll be safe. I just tuck the sides of her blanket under this positioner and the blankets also stay in place better. During the day I put it in her bassinet for daytime naps and since I can watch her closely I lay her on her side to reduce risk of flathead.

This is one the best things I could have ever own for my babies. It is very good because you can position your baby just slightly sideways, so when the baby spits up it goes out and not back into the baby's throat, which can be dangerous. Also, it's nice because it snugs the baby. My father, who is a pediatrician, bought it for me. I highly recommend it.

Since my daughter was born, 3 months ago, I have been using this positioner. Since one wedge is velcro it can be adjusted to her growing size. And, the velcro is still in great condition after washing it. It helps me sleep soundly at night knowing she's staying in place in her crib.

I got this as a gift for my newborn and it was great. It kept him from turning to his side and kept him swaddled as well. Without this he would wiggle his way free from his swaddle and flop around all night. This helped my son sleep more soundly.
