As an army wife and mother of two I have pretty much done it all. I got the crib and pack and play assembled in no time and was so excited to get this new exersauser home for my son who will be four months old in a few days. I thought this would be great for him as he loves to move and sit up and it can grow with him.... WELL IT HAS BEEN HOURS!!! (thank gosh I waited until he went to bed) but I am so lost. This just does not make sense and they should probably send this pre-assembled somehow. If I can manage to assemble all of the furniture in the nursery and still care for my young baby this should have been cake..... If it doesn't get together soon I am afraid as cute and versatile as this product is it may end up getting returned =(

Would definitely get this again. We have been using since my son was first born. There is a playmat portion for newborns. We've been using it as an exersaucer since he was 4 months old. He loves it. It's very sturdy. He loves playing with the monkeys and batting the butterflies and jumping up and down. Couldn't be more pleased with it. The seat is easy to remove & clean if you need to.

We bought this while we were still anticipating our daughter's arrival and began using the play mat when she was about 2 1/2 months old. She really didn't seem very interested in these or any toys at this point but within a few weeks began batting at and kicking the toys that hung above. When she was about 4 mos. we converted it to the ExerSaucer, which she seemed to enjoy. She would bounce and giggle spinning herself from one toy to the next, but focused mainly on the lizard, as most of the other toys really could/should do more. She out grew this stage by about 8 months. By then the legs were on the highest setting, but her legs were touching the bottom & had to be bent to be in it. It sat in the corner taking up space for a couple months and when she started pulling herself to stand at about 10 months we converted it to the play table only to find it is VERY unstable! She leaned on it for support and 2 legs folded & collapsed causing the whole table as well as the baby to fall. We kept trying it periodically but repetitively found we had to hold it up the whole time she played with it unless we balanced it against a wall for stability - which made it so she really could not access some of the toys well but could at least play with some of them. Now at nearly a year she is standing on her own without having to rely on the table for support and is beginning to enjoy playing with the toys again, but it seems like it will be too low to the ground for her to have interest in it for many more months. Maybe my hopes were initially too high for this product, but I really expected it to function in all 3 stages but the 3rd stage is a huge disappointment!

My 7 month old loves it. He has been playing in it since he was 4 months old. The older he gets the more he discovers on this product. The only thing I don't like it the monkey bar. He is really tall and hits his head on it sometimes. I also feel like those 3 birds that don't do anything are useless. I didn't use it for the hanging activity center because it was too plain for that but I am very excited to use it for the next stage.

We have had this since my son was 4 months old, he is now almost 11 months. Its great, keeps his attention and he loves the music. I don't turn on all the toys at once but we alternate between them. Just witched it to the 3rd stage since he just started walking a couple weeks ago, he loves it even more now!

Warning it is a bit of a pain to put together! Took my husband and I about 2 hours for the 2nd stage. It is well worth it!

This exersaucer doesn't have a lot of items for small babies...the alligator says letters, colors and shapes but my little guy is just too small for that. There is nothing to spin or play with and it doesn't offer a variety of textures. Most of the "toys" are too high for my little guy to reach.

i just bought this today for my son an he absolutely loves it i put him in an he goes crazy screaming and laughing so well worth the money the only thing is i wish it had a mirror because i think all babies love looking in the mirror trying to figure themselves out but definitely great buy also pretty easy to assemble me an my 6yr old assembled this in less than 25mins

My 4 1/2 month old loves this ExerSaucer! He pushes all the buttons and turns himself in the chair very easily. The songs are cute and it seems as though this toy will grow with him very well. The only down side is that his arm occasionaly gets stuck under the bird that is blowing a horn. He isn't quite strong enough to pull his arm away by himself and it gets kind of frustrating. Other than that, I would recommend this to anyone.

I did not like this product as much as I thought I would. Actually, my daughter did not like this product as much as I thought she would. It took a very long time to assemble, and Natalie lost interest in the loud obnoxious lizard music and hard plastic toys in only a few weeks. She cries whenever we put her into it, and more then one of the toys has fallen apart and come off of the strings. I think it is a very cute and somewhat creative theme, but as far as the overall product, I am certain that no thought went into it. Kids pull things, and products for babies should be made to withstand the strength of a young child.

We got this around 3 months, so we went ahead and assembled the ExerSaucer stage. We began introducing each toy one at a time until he could hold his head up and actually use the saucer itself at 4 months. He's 7 months now and he still LOVES it! I think he'd stay in it all day if he could!! We'll be changing to the next stage pretty soon.

My daughter can spend a good amount of time playing in this exersaucer. It is colorful, there are a lot of things to play with, pull at, etc.

It does take time to assemble, but it was not hard to put together.

The 1st Stage of this product is for newborns to lie down and play with an arch of 2 hanging dolls. However, none of the toys in this 1st stage make noise when the baby touches it nor do they move on their own. They just hang on string. Then when assembling the actual exersaucer for 2nd stage, it's so difficult b/c the manual is poorly written. A couple of the toys from Stage 1 stick out on the exersaucer & one inparticular is made of hard plastic. Batteries required are a whopping 9 AAA's.

We purchased the product when my daughter was 4 months old. we missed out on stage 1. She loved stage 2. Once she started pulling herself up on things we converted it to stage 3. Useless ! it would fall over anytime she put any weight on it. Not sturdy at all. It also took up alot of space. Now we have it in our living room back in stage 2 and she will walk up & play w/it that way. Much sturdier this way. I would think you could find a good ExerSaucer that didn't convert into stage 3 for much cheaper that would be just as much fun.

This product was very difficult to assemble. I had to stop and get someone to help me through it. I resent that this company leaves the entire assembly, down to the tiny screws and springs, to the consumer. I don't mind some assembly, but this was ridiculous. Having said that, after we got it put together, our 6-month old loves it. It's very colorful with lots of activities and sounds to keep him busy and exercised.

We got this for our daughter when she started needing something "to do" but wasn't mobile yet, around 4 months old. She is now 10.5 months and still loves it! We got it too late for her to use the mat with the overhead gym, but as for the actual Exersaucer usage she has spent so much time in it. It was really fun to watch her discover all the toys on it and figure out how they all worked. We had a couple accidents in the seat and it is really easy to take off and wash. We have now taken it apart to the standing table and she still loves it. Its perfectly stable, she pulls herself up by it all the time and has no problem. Just a warning, it is difficult to get it initially set up into the Exersaucer and then into the table. My husband who is usually really good with that stuff had to pull out the directions becuase he wasn't sure how to do it, but it wasn't too hard with the manual out.

My baby girl is almost 5 months old. I've been using this item for about a month now. I probably put her in a little too early but she had excellent neck control so I tried it out. I did have to stuff a blanket in there with her for awhile because the seat is kind of large. At less then 4 months old though, her feet were able to touch the floor which I had a hard time finding with other jumperoos. She loves the toys that are on there now but I really love the fact that they sell other toys that you can change out later to keep things a little more interesting. The iguana song does REALLY get stuck in your head...but it's a really cute song. I turn the iguana off sometimes because it is so sensitive to movement...love the fact that I have that option.

It is difficult to fold up but I am able to do it if necessary.

Registered for this b/c of its ability to grow w/the baby. I enlisted my dads to put together and it took them awhile to finish. The play mat is dangerous b/c the toys will not stay in the base. My daughter can grab the toys and pop them right out. The exersaucer is very entertaining but I feel like the seat isn't deep enough or something b/c it constantly pitches her forward so her face is planted in the front (3.5 months, not sitting up on her own yet). I find it somewhat annoying that all the toys turn on separately but I guess it saves on batteries. I don't feel like it rocks enough, but maybe it's just our carpet. Overall, the toys are fun (maybe a little too loud for my taste) and my daughter stays entertained for a while. For the price I might have preferred to purchase a separate floor mat and cheaper exersaucer.

Bought the ExerSaucer two months ago (my daughter was 4months old) ... and she loves it!!! She spends hours playing in it! The assembly wasn't too hard ... only problem is that a connector piece kept getting loose - i just took it off. The toys that are attached are fun to play with and keep her attention. We looked at many other jumparoos and felt this one looked the most fun ... and it sure is. I highly recommend it!!!

We first put our son in the exersaucer when he was 3 months old. He will be 4 months next week and uses all of the toys now. The nice thing is you can turn the individual toys on/off as you wish. Took me and my husband 15 minutes to put together, very easy assembly. Our son absolutely loves this exersaucer and discovering each toy!

I bought this when my son was 2 months old & it was so hard to put together by myself. The 1st stage was not good at all, the thing didn't even hold up. I will say that as a bouncer it was great. My son loved it. But once he started crawling he did not want to be in it anymore so I changed it to the 3rd stage. RIDICULOUS!!!! It does not stand sturdy at all! My son tried to pull himself up & it fell over on him! So DISAPPOINTED NOW!

We bought this item for our daughter at 3 1/2 months. She LOVES it. At 4 months, she plays with the toys and loves the lights/music. It DID take some time to put together, but well worth it.(My 12 year old son and I put it together in 20 minutes) If you can operate a screwdriver and READ, it's not bad at all! It's very stable, and not flimsy like the "pop together" ones you can buy. This is BY FAR the best $$ we've spent.

We never used it as "stage one" because we have another play mat for her.

This is a great exersaucer. It kept my daughter entertained when I needed a moment.

The 3rd stage of this product is awful. We waited until our daughter was stable and then converted it to a table. Its ridiculously wobbly and so lightweight that she could pick up the entire table. It was not safe and we had to take it away. She was horribly disappointed.

To be honest, the baby does like it. However, the directions for assembly are horrible. Unless you work for NASA plan on spending between 1-2 hours putting it together. Also, some of the pieces that the baby plays with do not feel as sturdy and locked in as I would like them to. A few of them are attached with velcro. I would not recommend.

My son loved it from the moment he got in it. After a while he didn't like it anymore so we put it away for a couple months, but when we brought it out again he enjoyed it.

He's a year old now and we put it up as the stand up toy, he can play with it for hours walking around it and playing with all it's little features.

Even the baby mat is no good-the toy comes right out of the base at the slightest pull/kick.
I spent the extra money to have a toy that grows with my son and instead got a headache that just takes up space.

We just purchased this about 2 weeks and so far so I'm in love with this! I read 1 or 2 reviews that said the lights on the chameleon didn't last very long, so we'll see.

My son is 4 months old and starting to be able to stay sitting up with back support & his feet just barely touch the floor at the lowest of the 3 height settings but is now able to turn himself around in the seat. The back of the seat is hard but he doesn't seem to mind.

He is amazed at the toys & this item has been a big help with keeping entertained while I get some things done. It is on the bulky side so it's not great for quick storage, but I don't mind.

Bought this ExerSaucer when our twin boys were a little over 3 months of age. They loved the tummy time feature @ 3 months and now at 8 months LOVE to play with all the toys. I can put one of them in it and he will be entertained for over a hour. There is not 1 toy on it that they do not love and do not play with. I would recommend this product to everyone! It is a great buy. Yes, it does cost a little more but worth every penny!

My daughter LOVES this and has since the first time we put her in it. She has really been able to improve her hand-eye coordination and it's so fun to watch her learn to do new things in it all the time. Only downside is that the 3 birds on the one side don't do much. Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints! I love the unique music and sounds and how motion sensitive it is.

Bought this for my 4 month old daughter since she's so curious and loves to sit upright and not play on her back or stomach. She's not sitting on her own but seems to like the toy. Her toes touch the bottom on the lowest setting but the seat itself it too spacious for her. For now, I stuff a blanket between her and the front of the seat so she is propped up and not hunched over. She likes the "bird band" and pets the iguana. The bird hasn't interested her yet and she can't fully reach the monkeys. Overall I think she'll grow into this and enjoy it. Assembly took about an hour on my own. Not horrible considering there are several screws and springs to attach. I considered the ABC one instead because it was more colorful but in the end liked that this can be an activity table later on.

Our baby girl loves this, We started to put her in it, as soon as she could hold up her head. She has been playing with toys since 8 weeks old. There is a lot for her to play with, and she loves all noise it makes! After some time, it will drive u crazy but if it keeps them busy and quite, ITS OK WITH ME! Our baby girl is now 7 months old, she still loves to go in it, and She is able to jump up and down! She loves to jump. I also like how it goes thru 3 steps! This was a little more money but really worth it!

We bought the exersaucer, it was propably the baby's favorite toy till he learned to walk then he really didnt want much to do with it. We never made it to the 3rd stage, because we lost the stage 3 parts to put it together. I will say that my baby weighed more than babies his age and the exersaucer gave out twice with the plastic legs and he could have gotten really hurt. We threw it out after that incident. My baby weighed 27lbs at the time that it broke while he was jumping in it, so just be careful, im not sure what the weight restriction was on this item, but keep the 3rd stage pieces somewhere close to change it if your baby gets too heavy for the jumper.

I purchased a different entertainer and it broke, so this was my second choice and I wish it had been my first. My 5 month old and I love this toy. Yes, it was difficult to assemble, but well worth the effort. And sure enough, the whole family was singing the iguana song ALL day long! It is a bit bulky, but it stays in our kitchen and is a life saver while I'm cooking meals.

Stage 1: Not stable. Fell over on top of my son and toys come out and hit him.

Stage 2: He likes this stage but the toys don't work very well. Globe went out before he was old enough to push the buttons himself. They sent a replacement and that has now gone out too. Chameleon lights went out within one month... so it now sings red, yellow and blue with no demonstration of those colors.

Stage 3: COMPLETELY unstable... enough said.

Just upgraded from stage 1 to stage 2. My son loved stage 1 and we used it everyday. This is very easy to assemble. Following the included instructions make assembly as easy as tying your shoes. I highly recommend this product for everyone!

I first purchase the ExerSaucer. My 6-mo-old loves it. The only thing is that it's heavy and bulky. I had a hard time carrying it around to my inlaws when they offered to babysit. And it took up too much space in my mid-sized car (between this, the stroller, and the carseat, I barely had space to fit in myself). So I purchased the Fun Jungle for my inlaws. It offers a great variety. Easy to clean and durable.

Just upgraded this from stage 1 to stage 2. This item is NOT DIFFICULT to assemble, the provided instructions make assembly almost as easy as tying your shoes. And most importantly, my son ABSOLUTELY LOVES it.

My daughter is 10 months old and is STILL loving this toy. It is difficult to put together (manual was confusing) just be patient it only took 2 hours (not 12). It was difficult to fold the 1st time; but after you figure it out, it is pretty simple. We have a small house and this toy is great to keep a baby entertained without having to keep a lot of toys around. A word of warning, you WILL be singing the song from the iquana (within 5 mins my whole family was!).

I loved this product it was the first thing i bought when i was pregnant.. It has so much to do on it.. But the stage 1 tummy time where you lay them on the floor & the toys are above.. it NEVER locks into the stand the way its supposed to.. my 3 month old daughter can rip the toys out & when she does they fall on top of her & hit her. Another time she was playing with it she ripped the bottom of the palm tree half way out of the hole then pinched her fingers in it.. I love this product but i no longer use the stage one because its not safe.. even tho my daughter LOVES it!

We liked this product because we were going to buy a activity playmat and Exersauser and this had them both for the same price. What is awesome about the playmat is that it is easy to move, and since its not attached to the mat, we used it in different rooms and surfaces. This entertained our three month old daughter for 15-20 minutes a day! We are moving up to the exersauser this week and I know we will enjoy it just as much!

Our 4.5 month old son loves this toy! He's safe and entertained for a long time. He loves the music and lights. We love that it will grow with him. No other activity center does this. This is expensive, but that's why we decided on this one. Wish we had come across it sooner.

It does take a long time to put together, but if you follow the directions it is not difficult.

It may require some time to assemble but my daughter couldn't love going in it more. She can easily play and stay entertained for over an hour (which is great when cooking dinner / cleaning). In my opinion this is the best toy you can purchase for a baby. I get much more use out of this than any other toy

I got this as a baby shower gift and my son is now 6 month old and still loves it!I didn't think it was too difficult to assemble, just follow the direction. He loves to hit the globe and make the music come on, he likes the sound the butterflies wings make, and when he started teething the dragonfly was great for him to chew on. The alligator is a bit difficult but he thinks its great to push the buttons and fling the part around. Warning--the chameleon's color song will get suck in your head and never leave but he thinks it's funny. Now that he's older he's getting a kick out of the bouncing feature as well. It keeps him entertained for hours so I can get all of my house work done. We're in love with it and can't wait to use it in the 3rd stage! GREAT product!

My son is 7 months old. He loves to bounce. He goes crazy bouncing, and has such a great time in this exersaucer. It has been awesome watching his progression of interest with the various toys. At first he didn't seem to notice half of them, and slowly his awareness increased. Although I only let him stay in his exersaucer for about 30 minutes at a time, that is a blissful half an hour for me (albeit noisy). I think making noise is half of the fun for him, though. I highly recommend this product.
Easy to transport to Grandmas house!
Still haven't had to replace the batteries.

I love that this is three products in one. If I had to buy each of the items individually, it would have cost 2 to 3 times as much. Right now my baby is using the mat with the toy bar. She really likes the blue parrot on the side. We will be using the exersaucer soon. The variety of toys is great for keeping my baby happy. The collapsability and portability of this item is nice, too, and I also like that it's kind of gender neutral so it will be good for my next baby, too!

My bf bought this before our son was born and couldn't wait to put it together. It wasn't a quick put together item. But once it's together, it's very portable.

My son was only 4 days old when he first laid in it. He wasn't all that interested at first but loved looking at it. Now my son is almost 6 months old and can't get enough. Other reviews talk about the Gator blocks and how they can't be reached. I just put them back up for him. They are his fave! When he can stand, and it's in stage 3, he'll be able to put the blocks back himself.

Not a cheap toy, but worth the money because it lasts so long!

P.S. 2 other babies (aged 6 mos and 15 mos) have both enjoyed this toy at my house.

We loved the first two stages but we spent the exta money so that we would have the activities table.. which as other reviews have stated - stinks! It is very unstable. If I did it over again I would have spent less and purchased a regular exersaucer that didn't transition to a useless activites table.

Bought it at 4 months. He's 6 months now and he still never gets tired of it. I was worried about paint chipping from other reviews I'd seen, although some of it's scratched off the monkeys, it's nothing to be concerned about. My boy's over the 95th percentile all around and wasn't very intrested in moving around a whole lot and I was worried that it would cause him to fall behind on milestones but this exersaucer is perfect for him. He loves bouncing and moving aaaaall the time now. It takes alot of batteries but none have gone dead yet and we're not too good at turning the stuff off either so they last a while. I'm so happy we got it. My only complaint is that the part he sits in is so big (and he's a big boy) so we keep a rolled up blanket tucked around him so he doesn't go flying around uncontrolably. Other then that, this is my absoloute favorite baby product ever!

This is such a learning entertainment product for your baby.My daughter is 6 months and she loves it.Very safe, would not tip over as a walker does. Its acessorized with a lot of creative jungle theme. My daughter even start saying blue from hearing the musical sound play repeatedly.

The only issue I have is putting it together.They could have made the assemblying easier. Put you would figure it out after making few errors.. ITS A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR BABY, expensive, but worth every penny.

We have been putting baby in this for the last month, he is now 17 weeks, and really starting to enjoy it now. He loves paying with the globe and pushing the buttons. Havent used the stage 3 yet, but so far so good!

There were so many activity centers to chose from. Glad we got this one. My daughter spends lots of time looking at and playing with all of the colorful toys.

I don't think it is worth the money for the 3rd stage. The 1st and 2nd stage are fine. The problem is the 3rd stage. It is so unstable and flimsy that I'm surprised that this product doesn't get recalled!!

The third stage which allows your child to stand up is not safe at all. It has nothing holding it up and when the baby plays it falls foward on him. Get the cheaper one that doesn't come apart.

Purchased this product after the first stage but got a lot of use out of Stage 2. Kept her entertained for 30-45 minutes so I could get a few things done around the house. She is now 15 months and still plays with it in Stage 3. Every now and then we put it away for a couple weeks when she seems to be bored with it. When we bring it back out, it's new all over again.

CONS
1. a month later green plastic parts fell off from the bottom
2. At 4 months my baby was able to remove the tree limb with the parrot.
3. Now at 6 mo. he tries to put the bottom of the tree limb in his mouth so we have permanently removed it.

PROS
1. He sits in it and play with the monkeys
2. i can hook other toys to that yellow thing the monkeys are hanging on.

Overall I don't think it was worth the price i paid for it.

As first time parents to a four month old, we absolutely LOVE this product. He is easily entertained with the musical toys especially the lizard that lights up. Keeps him occupied so I am able to do housework around the house. Only downside is that it takes awhile to assemble. It took my husband 30-45 minutes. GREAT BUY!

The pink bug with blue wings toy, hurt one of my baby's eyes. It bounced back when he was playing with it. I had to remove it from the entertainer.
Except for that, the exersaucer is great.
