I bought this carseat after researching different models for a couple of months. We use the Graco SnugRide 32 for his infant carrier, and while he still fits within the weight and height requirements, we went ahead and purchased this carseat just to have it when needed.
We alternate between the two, but now that it is much colder and he needs to wear his coat, he isn't fitting well in the carrier.
The Symphony is an awesome carseat! So easy to install with the SureLatch and he is very comfortable. He loves riding in this carseat, and I love that it will be in use for years to come. The 100 pound weight limit is another thing that definitely sold me. He can rear-face until 40 pounds, which gives us so much more time until we need to face him forward.
We love knowing that our little guy is safe in this car seat. Sure, it's a little bulky, but it's sturdy. I drive a Mazda Tribute, a small SUV, and this carseat fits perfectly in the backseat, and there is not much room back there.
I would definitely recommend this seat to anyone looking to purchase a new carseat.

My daughter is 13 months old and about 21 lbs. We still have her rear facing with this seat. I was worried about the size of the seat in our Toyota Avalon but it isn't a problem and someone can still ride next to her. I have to be careful putting her in and out and not hitting her head on the ceiling (she's long). The harness sytem is easy to use and has lots of room for her to grow. We have an older car so the latch system doesn't work for us but the seat belt was easy enough. I've gotten compliments from parents of older children who think its a nice carseat. I like the versatility and plan to use it for a long time. The color is great, too.

My son outgrew his infant carrier/carseat at 4 months and I shopped around for many carseats. I tried this product in a different store and loved it. I installed it myself without my husbands help in less than 2 minutes! The Surefit Latch System is great! It fits in my Kia Soreno perfectly. It has also fit great in the grandparents vehicles as well. It's so easy to adjust the straps and to move from one vehicle to another. My son is so comfortable in it that we were able to take a 13 hour road trip with very few stops. We're expecting out next baby soon and are going to buy another one of these and not worry about the carrier/carseat combo this time around.

I originally purchased it for my 6 month old since he is growing out of his infant seat (he's 22 lbs), the surefit straps didn't have enough slack in them to reach the latches in my car (2007 Kia Optima). Since I was planning to buy my older son a new car seat as well, I decided to use it for him. He is 2 1/2, 30lbs and about 40 in. He loves it, he sits higher and he said it was soft. It is easy to adjust the straps and headrest. Also reclines easily. If you have small backseats, it will not fit, the base is fairly large.

It really is as simple as click, click, push. I tried it in my Intrepid forward and rear facing. It fits good both ways. I was able to install the car seat really tight without my husband's help.
It has some nice features like being able to change the height or tighten the harness straps from the front, easy to switch the latch belt between rear/forward facing positions, 4 recline positions, easily adjustable head rest, and long usage time from rear facing to booster seat.
One bad thing is the cup holder. The instruction manual specifically says not to use on bottles or hard plastic cups. So it is pointless to have the cup holder.
It is a little pricey but so far seems worth the money.

I could not get this seat level with this surefit latch system. My husband tried and tried. He got it tight enough but it was always leaning towards the door. Maybe it was the seat or maybe it was user error but I didn't want to fight with it getting it level everytime I moved it. and I could not get it tight enough but my husband could. I returned it.
