I really like this carseat. It fulfills my expectations of safety for my 8 month old and the padding feels nice and comfy. This carseat is comparable to more expensive ones and yet has a much better price. I like how well it reclines in my SUV so that baby's head doesn't flop forward when sleeping. The ONLY complaint I have is I wish the latch strap was longer. With the seat fully reclined i have to fully extent the strap to get it to my "latches" in the seat. Other than that it is an excellent seat.

my 7 month old likes the car seat much more than the last seat he was in(he grew too tall for his first seat). This seat does take up a lot of the space in the seat- especially in regards to the space between the back of the car seat and the back of ours. we have a compact 4 door sedan. well worth the comfort for my baby

After hours of shopping, I chose this carseat and love it!!! I own a Britax Marathon and needed a second carseat for my second son who just turned one. I bought this one instead of another Marathon because of the safety ratings it got on Consumer reports. I can't believe I spent over $200 on the Marathon. I like this one better for less than 1/2 the cost. It is more cushioned in the seat also. The only reason I rated it a 4/5 is the top part of the seat is a little too wide for my liking. When my child falls asleep it is hard for him to rest his head to the side and his head falls forward sometimes. Maybe once he's a little bigger that will get better.

The seat installs forward-facing like a dream. Very sturdy. My son is much happier than in his rear-facing infant seat. I haven't tried installing it rear-facing so I'm not sure how it rates there. I don't love the chest clip, it feels cheap and can be annoying to use and the belt can twist at times... not too bad though. All in all we've been very happy. It's very soft and comfortable for baby, the buckles don't burn him if I have to park in the sun, and it fits in the car well. It isn't too bulky. I'd definitely recommend it.

Evenflo makes three grades of convertible car seats: Tribute, Titan, and Triumph. I've tried all three. Tribute is the least expensive, but seems lower quality: it's less rigid and less padded. But it has the advantage of being narrower, if you're trying to fit multiple car seats right next to each other. The Titan and Triumph seem similar in terms of quality. The more expensive Triumph is easier to operate: the shoulder height adjustment requires no rethreading, and the chest buckle is easier to release. It also uses a different kind of foam: EPP (expanded polypropylene) rather than EPS (expanded polystyrene, a.k.a. styrofoam). I don't know if that makes a difference safety-wise, but clearly polypropylene (Tupperware, yogurt cups) is more durable than polystyrene (disposable coffee cups, CD jewel cases). If you're on a budget, and not too space-constrained, I'd recommend the Titan as a good balance between cost and quality.

This is a great car seat for the money. I saw one for a little less, but it didn't look as comfortable and only went up to 40 lbs. This one goes to 50 lbs. I have a big baby and a limited budget, so this was one of the main factors that made me go for this car seat. It's small size also fits well into the back of a tiny car. Infact, it fits better than his infant car seat did.

Nothing special, but not too cheap as far as padding and comfort go. The only problem I find with it is that when installing it with a seatbelt, it pushed down into my seat on the side where the seatbelt it buckled and tilts the seat a little bit. This may be because of the way my car seats are, but just thought I would mention this. Overall, not a bad choice for the price!

Great carseat and a great value. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but needed a front facing seat for my son who had outgrown his baby seat. This would have been too big before but it is perfect now. He is 24 pounds and 34 inches. He loves it and is much more comfortable facing forward.

This car seat is perfect the price. My son is in the 90th percentile for height and weight, and he is 1 years old. This chair is a great fit for him. He has plenty of head room left, and the shoulder straps are not on the top slots as would have been the case in some other car seats I looked at. The color is great, the material is soft, and was easy to put in car, and easy to put baby in. This is the 2nd evenflo carseat I have, one for each car, and I don't regret purchasing/receiving either one of them.

We bought this seat for my husband's car (he has a 2008 Honda CRV) and it's installed rear facing behind his seat. There's just enough room but he said it was a little tricky to install. We do love the fact that the seat has a smaller profile (I have the MyRide65 in my car and that thing is a BEAST!) so theres a more room on the seat for our infant seat for the newborn. However, the cup holder can not be used RF, which is a bummer for us because we plan on RF until our daughter reaches the weight limit. I wish I would have known that before I purchased, but oh well. Minor inconvenience!

I bought this car seat for my moms car for my 5 month child. We got it thought it cheap felling, really didnt like how it reclines in the refacing. When my son fell asleep and his head went all the forward did not look comforatble at all. Wish it reclines more. I did put my 16 month nephew it and front facing and love it. Dont recommend this car seat refacing.

Our son just reached 20 lbs so we bought this carseat to replace his infant carseat. I love how easy it was for my husband to install the carseat. It fits very nice into our car and it doesn't move at all side to side...I really like that. The straps are easy to adjust...I am happy with the appearance of the seat. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the pillow thing..I took it off, it just got in the way of the shoulder straps when we put him in. I may put it back in if we take a long trip so it's more comfortable. We are going to buy another one for our second car!

I needed a backup car seat for daddy's car and didn't want to spend a lot on something that wouldn't get as much use out of it as the one in my car. Also a Evenflo but the 139.00 one. Well we spent at least a month trying to find a decent priced seat that wasn't low quality as the Cosco one. Well I seen this one online and jumped because the price was low and it is side impact tested. We got it and it is a great car seat. The padding is great. The ease of set up..well its a car seat they arent the easiest things to install, but didn't take longer than 20 mins. The cup holder on this seat is actually better than the one on my car seat. I almost wanted to take back mine and order another one like this. LOVE this seat. Exceeds my expectations and dirt cheap. Hope this helps anyone torn on what to buy!

This carseat is easy to install and adjust the straps. However, the LATCH straps are too short to install rear-facing in my car. They need to be about 1/2 inch longer. I was really disappointed that the LATCH system was not compatible with my car. The seat can be installed using a seatbelt, so not a real big deal. My son is comfortable in the seat and the buckles are easy to snap together. I felt it was a good value for the price.

We love this seat!! Our son is 8 months old but very tall for his age and his poor little feet were sticking out of his infant seat and the shoulder straps didn't fit anymore either!! We shopped for weeks looking for a car seat that would last him a while. We read lots of reviews and looked as SO MANY seats. Then I came across this one and it just seemed perfect for us!! Site-to-Store was great and FREE!! My husband said it was super easy to put in the car with the LATCH system. I can't really rate the durability yet since we have only had this seat for about 3 weeks, but so far it's working great!! Highly recommend this car seat!!

This car seat is the best convertible car seat out there I have no idea why its not rated #1 by consumers considering all the pros, the Evenflo Titan Sport (or elite) are the only convertible car seats that you can get a 50 lb weight and 47" height limit for under a hundred bucks! Most of the other budget friendly convertible car seats are a 40 lb weight and 40" or 43" height limit AND have not been Side Impact Tested! For me as a parent that's not good enough. So I was glad to find this car seat this is a great deal and I know you will love this car seat as much as I do!

This seat is easy to install in the car/truck, easy to adjust the straps and easy to move from one vehicle to the other. You have to put it in the middle seat in the rear-facing position but that's not a problem. If you get this for an infant, though, you'll have to get some sort of head support because the little head pillow they have in here doesn't support and their little head goes flopping around, but what can you expect? Great multi-year use seat!

We've only been using this car seat for about 2 weeks, but overall, it's ok. The two things I really don't care for are the "recline" feature and the size. First of all, we had to put a towel under the base in order for it to recline enough where my son's head wasn't hanging forward when he slept. We can't recline but so far because the top of the car seat is wedged between the driver and passenger seats which can be uncomfortable, especially for my 6 ft 3 in hubby! Our son seems to be comfortable in it and it has enough cushion, but the size can be inconvenient, especially when you have a small car. Also, the "head rest" attached to the back of the seat doesn't really help--it kind of gets in the way when you're trying to put the straps on the baby's shoulders but we can deal with that. I do like how easy it is to loosen and tighten the straps. I also like the color. I'm sure I'll like the car seat even more when he is forward facing and we don't have to recline so much. Overally, I would recommend this car seat ONLY if you have a pretty good sized car.

This product is wonderful! My son is 6 months old and no longer fits in an infant seat so it was only natural that we get him a new seat. He is normally a picky child, and hates car rides, but with this seat, he is comfortable and does not cry in the car anymore. We dont use the cup holder, so i cant say if i love it or hate it, but i know i am going to buy another seat for my oldest son this winter!! It is easy to install and the padded sides are wonderful! This carseat is like a Cadillac! It has so much room for the baby to move and be more comfortable. My 7 month old son is sooo much happier in this seat than in his old infant seat.
The only thing is that it's a hassle to install, so don't buy it if you're planning on switching it to other cars often.

I originally purchased this seat as a back-up for my husbands car which we rarely use. I bought a more expensive convertible car seat for my car (different brand). This car seat is sooo much easier to set-up and install. My 8 month old would also scream everytime I put him in the more expensive model. This car seat I don't even get a peep, in fact he usually smiles and laughs. Needless to say this seat went in my car and the other is now the back-up. The only down-side is the features, there aren't many. It does lack a headrest and the cup holder is rather flimsy, but even the more reason not to let him have food and drink in the car!! Overall this product is great and you can tell my little one is very comfy!!

I bought this because I has read reviews that it was rated higher than the Graco Comfort Sport. I don't know who did the recviews but I was not happy with this purchase. I returned it yesterday and purchased the Graco Comfort Sport instead. This seat is big and I had a hard time securing it into my SUV. The baby that I watch screamed when I placed him in this seat rear-facing. I placed him in the Graco and he was as happy as can be. I have alway bought Graco and now I know why.

To tell you the truth this is my first child so I'm not exactly oozing with experience. What I do know is that this car seat was a great price for doing what the others seem to do too. It passed all the same safety tests and thats what matters the most to me. The cup holder seems to get in my way a little but my son is getting the hang of using it and as long as he's entertained I'm happy. Now we've only had it about a month now so I don't know about long term duribility yet but we do move it from car to car a lot and it's holding up fine so far. All in all I can't complain.

My 12 month old son didn't like the seat the first time he had to get into it (it wasn't something he was used to). Since then he really likes being able to see where he's going versus where he's all ready been. It's much easier to get him into and out of than the baby car seat that we just retired. He used to fuss almost every single time we had to put him into the infant car seat with this car seat the fussing is a rarity. Even when he falls asleep he seems to be comfortable.

Getting it into the car wasn't too bad would have been easier if I were a bigger person to be able to push the car seat tight in it's place to buckle the center buckle tight.

Did a lot of research and read lots of reviews before deciding to buy this model. Had it for 2 weeks and my daughter, who is 13 mts and 21 pounds is very happy in it.

Seat comes fully assembled, except for the cup holder. Instructions were suprisingly clear and installation was quite easy using LATCH, though it was a little challenging to tighten the side anchors.

Seat has adequate cushioning for the little backside and head and she often falls asleep in this seat The head cushion comes in the way of the shoulder belts, thought not a huge deal. The crth strap is well designed and easy to buckle and unbuckle...this was a big problem on the previous Babytrends one we had.

All in all..a good purchase and reccomend to others looking for a great car seat at a reasonable price.

Very good car seat for the money. The base design makes it somewhat difficult to secure seat (rear facing) with one shoulder/lap combination seat belt as opposed to a separate lap belt. Use of two shoulder/lap seat belts works very well. The car seat straps are easy to adjust and the overall design, safety and comfort for the baby is very good.

This is the fourth Car Seat I bought and finally i found a keeper. First of all it's not over priced and it doesn't take up the whole back seat so my other kids have plenty of room. It has plenty of cushion and the material seems very durable. It does recline back but i did put a towel under it to make it recline a little further. The strapes are easy to adjust and the cup holder is very nice. All together this is a great car seat and i think my son is going to like it.
