We received about half a dozen of these cloths as shower gifts. We have actually never used them as over-the-shoulder burp cloths because they seem an awkward size and shape for that. (They are about the size and shape of a large place mat.) However, we have used these in our babies' crib to put under them when they sleep. That way if they drool or spit up a little, we can just toss these cloths in the wash instead of changing the sheets. These have worked great for that purpose.

We received two sets of these burpies at our shower. They have held up pretty well. They are a good size (not too small like many burpclothes) and super absorbent. After about four weeks of use and washings, they are pilling now, but will still work.
