Great...When It Works

The swing looks nice and the sound of the motor is audible, but neither my family or the baby found it a distraction. The white bears on the mobile are cute but pointless. I swapped them out for ones on another mobile as they are easily changed out since they just hang on a knotted string. The music is nice, not your regular boring nursery songs, and they don't have an overly "twangy" electronic sound. We don't use the other nature, etc sounds. And I love that the swing holds up to a 30-pound baby, as #2 grows super fast, just like #1 did (at 2 months he's now 25" and 14lbs). BUT THE BIG PROBLEM IS that the motor stopped working right after a few weeks!!! The batteries are new, but the swing just stops on its own. My baby doesn't live in it, so I know it's not from overuse. From other reviews on other Lovin Hug swings, it seems this is not unusual for this line of swings. But other reviewers say after contacting Graco, they send a replacement for free. Which I plan to do, but I think if I'm spending over $100 for a product, it shouldn't break after a few weeks in the first place. So be prepared for this to happen if you buy this swing! An otherwise good product though.
Baby loves it!!!

This swing is the third one I got. My baby finally loves it. He falls asleep easily in it. I can finally have a little life! It is the largest swing I saw and it can recline to several positions. I plan to use it for a long time. The songs are awesome.
Decent swing not so bad as others think.

This swing isnt as bad as some people have said. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the part snaps infront of the baby. The lap support fits snuggly where ones legs should be. You have to situate the newborn into place and make sure the plastic lap cover doesnt smash their little legs. Once the baby is situated it works great. Plenty different sounds and song options. I like this swing. Will use it again for our baby due this fall.
I LOVE IT!

THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SECOND SWING I PURCHASED. BOUGHT IT WHEN MY SON WAS ABOUT 6 MONTHS BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY OUTGREW THE FIRST SWING! THIS SWING HOLDS BIGGER BABIES( I THINK IT GOES TO 30LBS.) AND LONGER BABIES. IT PLAYS MUSIC AND HAS 4 POSITIONS. IT IS AWESOME FOR NAPS AND YOU COULD USE IT FOR FEEDINGS BECAUSE IT CAN SIT UPRIGHT. THE 5 POINT HARNESS IS ALSO VERY SAFE AND HOLDS HIM IN PERFECTLY. THE SWING ALSO TAKES UP HARDLY TAKES UP ANY SPACE COMPARED TO OTHER SWINGS. IT'S SUPER CUTE AS WELL.
Junk!!!!!!!!

- Absolutely the worst piece of junk I have purchased in a longtime.
- The nature sounds (stream, birds, etc.), sound like absolute poop.
- The buckles are cheap and poorly constructed and not easy to strap the baby in without upsetting him/her because of where they are positioned.
- This swing could use a locking function soit does not swing when trying to place the baby in the seat and strap them in.
- The swing motion is too loud.
Bottom-line, don't waste your money!!!!
An ok product

I loved this product since the first time i saw it and i got it for my baby shower 2 months ago and i opened it last week and it didn't bring one of the bears and any instructions, my husband had to do it himself, just looking at the picture in the box. Also when you are trying to shut it down you have to do it like 10 times because it will still be working!!!! But my baby loves it, the good thing is that the songs are long and there is like 10 of them, he falls asleep easily!!
I want a refund

I loved this swing when we first got it as a shower gift. We loved that it reclined and sat up straight. Things were great until yesterday when the swing broke as my son was swinging in it!!!!! The piece under the seat worked itself apart and he toppled to the floor. Thankfully, my son was fine and was not hurt. I do not want this to happen to anyone elses child. The swing is put together by poles that click inside eachother wtih the metal pegs that go through the holes. When we investigated what happened, we saw that the metal peg had worked itself out. Actually, the metal peg is not really long enough as it is. it is amazing this had not happened earlier!
love these swings

This swing looks great but the motor that makes it move is SO LOUD my 4 month old kept staring at the motor on the swing above her head and cried because it scared her. I kept the swing and tried again when she was 6 month old and she still couldn't stand the sound. No sleeping baby in this swing! Or awake baby for that matter. Also the toys that hang above the swing don't move by a motor, you have to manually push them around, what's the point?! This is frustrating for baby, because the toys are also out of reach. Mine came with pale white bears, not very eye catching for baby. She never looked at them and they just got in the way.
