This product is great! Love the colors. I purchased all the matching items and was pleased with everything. The melodies and nature sounds are good although I prefered the classical music. No complaints, having batteries in stock a must but thats with any battery operated item.

Love this! I like that it was easy to put together. Love the different speeds and my baby loves the music it plays!

We took the tray off the swing while she is still very little, it makes it easier to get her in and out of it.

My four month old loves this swing we got it when she was 2 months old. She loves to nap in it. The batteries don't last long if it is played for a long time. As for the noise people keep complaining about try having a crank up swing like I did 11 yrs ago for my oldest daughter the noise this one makes is nothing compared to that one. I had no trouble putting the swing together it only took me 15 minutes at the most. The pattern is adorable. Absolutely love the swing.

This really worked great for us! My husband and I got it together in about 15 minutes. Now that she's older it works as a great place to have a quick snack and a place to sit and enjoy a warm afternoon on the porch. The problems we had was that the mobile moved out of sight for her and we had to move it all the time for her to be able to see it, and it had poor battery life when left on for any length of time. Other than that our little sweet pea is very happy in her swing!

I bought this swing at the end of november, and by the beginning of january the motor had quit on me. i called the graco company every time the motor burnt out. they continue to send me new motors but at this point in time i'm on my 3rd motor and it's going out as well. the motors are extremely noisy, even when working correctly.

I purchased this swing because I am in love with the betsey pattern, I bought the entire collection! The other products are great, but I am seriously disappointed in the swing. It was not at all hard to assemble, it looks great, but the motor thing everyone else is complaining about is true. I went to put my daughter in it for the first time (I was very excited too) and the darn thing didn't work at all, it just made a loud clicking/thumping noise. I called Gracobaby and told them about the situation and they promised I would receive a new motor by the beginning of the following week ( I spoke with a rep on a Thursday). By Friday the next week, I still hadn't received the replacement part so I called once again, the rep told me that the part hadn't even been sent out yet. So once again I was promised a new part by the beginning of the following week. By that time I was extremely frustrated and told the rep that I just want to return the swing, she basically told me I was stuck with it because I would have to pay out of my own pocket to return the swing since it's an online only product and I can't just take it back to a store and that waiting for the part would be faster than waiting for the return shipment label from them. I feel like my daughter is going to outgrow the swing before I'm able to get any sort of use out of it for her

I purchased this swing but in the Cherry Blossom decor, only because it matched the travel system and play yard I had. Big mistake! Yes I used this swing every day and it needed D battiers every other day. For about a month it worked just fine, but then the vibration stoped working and a few weeks after that it stoped swinging as well, even with new batteries installed. When it did work my daughter loved it. I did like the speed of the swinging too. Also not very entertaining for the baby other than the visual of cloth shaped flowers only moving when the swing was moving. Oh and the music and sounds it had were horrible, some even a little creepy sounding. Not a good buy for the cost.

My three week old baby loves it, she naps three times a day in it. I have not had it for that long but so far have had no problems with it(well other than a bit hard to assemble). Its great for keeping her asleep for a long time.
