My first daughter used this swing a lot when napping. Like other users have said, the batteries do run out quickly. After about 8 months of use, the motor went bad, but I got on Graco Website and ordered a new one for [$]. The new motor seems to be a lot louder than the original, but it works fine. I do plan on using it for my second daughter.

I love the pattern on the swing. I tried to buy the whole set without success. The pattern on the pack and play was discontinued before I was able to purchase it. The swing itself is great. My daughter loves it and naps in it every afternoon. The music and sounds offered are not something I would have selected myself. We do not use them because it is hard to hear it over the motor noise. My daughter does not seem to mind it though. We removed the mobile because she is only 2 months and does not pay enough attention to it. I have to agree the straps are extremely over done. And it does use batteries up quickly. I have not had any motor issues yet. The speeds only work after the 3rd setting.

I agree with previous posters that the straps are a bit much for a baby swing, the music is horrible, the motor is very loud and the mobile is junk. My biggest complaint is how often we have to change the batteries. My daughter does not use the swing more than two hours a day, some days she doesn't use it at all. We are changing batteries every 1 - 2 weeks. I have called Graco twice because I cannot believe this is normal. [...]

My almost 2 month year old loves this swing. There are different speed functions and the colors are just how they are on the pattern on the top of the screen. Baby especially loves the mobile. I wish there was a winding key to make the mobile turn, but my husband and I just spin it every once in a while. The swing clinks loudly, but I got used to the sound and don't hear it, like I heard the first time. The music sounds like church music, which is a bit weird, I wish they had more lullabies.

My daughter is almost 6 months old and she LOVES her swing!! The straps are a little complicated at first, but we got used to them after a while. She loves the music and the mobile. Now that she is starting to sit up in it more, she cannot see the mobile, but I just give her toys on the tray instead.

I would find a different swing. The colors are not as pretty as they seem in the picture--they are darker and not as feminine as they appear. I also felt like the seat is not reclined enough, which was fine when my baby was 4-6 months old...but she seemed too upright when she was younger. Also, the settings are a little confusing...I was never really sure if it was set to automatically go off at a certain time or if it would keep swinging until I turned it off.

We have the jungle print of this swing. I love the seat, very comfy for baby. I love the music as does my son. I love that it folds up for easy storage. The mobile was not an issue, although it is so high up he never sees it. My issue is with the motor burning out. He is only 6 wks old & it won't swing anymore.
Also, the straps are IMPOSSIBLE! Only someone who had never had a baby would invent straps this ridiculously complicated. We don't even use them b/c it's just a hassle. It's like Graco thought they were going on a rocket ship.

This is a great swing. My doughter really loves to be in it. I love it because you can adjust it to different possitions. This is a swing that I will keep recommending to my frinds who have babys or that are about to have some. If you are doughting in wheater you should buy this swing or not, I WOULD say "BUY IT" you wont regredit. Well good luck and hope ypu made the right decicion.

I love this swing! We got it as a gift and my baby loves it. She's been using it since her 2nd week of birth and it's the only way we can put her to sleep during her fussy hours. I highly recommend it. Besides, it is beautiful!

Much like the last review the mobile fell on my daughters face. Although she did not get hurt it really scared her as well as myself. Needless to say DO NOT USE THE MOBILE!!!!
