My baby loves the swing. it is quiet and there are lots of sound choices. Even though some of the sounds are strange, my baby really likes them. This swing is definitely worth the price. The 6 speed is a plus! It must be comfortable because she enjoys being in the swing and falls asleep. It has been a big help when she is fussy and tired.

We got this swing for our first child. For about 1yr it worked ok. I noticed that the battery needed changing quite a bit. I stored it until We had our second child in Sept and the swing was 2 yrs old at the time. IT WONT WORK! The batteries were changed, but it wont swing. Very disappointed...Lousy product
Great for older babies

This is a great swing for active little ones. We had a fisher price swing, which our little girl could easily grab the side bars or stop the swinging by shifting her 16 pounds! This Graco has no problems at all and keeps her happy and locked in safely!
Ok but not very useful

We used this swing since my son was very young and had GERD. He really liked it and would fall asleep in it. The mobile was hard to attach and so we never used it. One day it stopped working and so we'd have to swing it ourselves in order for him to get some relief. Batteries don't help there's just a flaw in the swing. Now we have to buy a new swing for our next child.
good swing

I put this swing on my registry and got it for a gift, I use it but don't really love it like I was hoping I would. It's low, so when baby's asleep it's hard to put her in without her waking up. It's LOUD! And I thought the teddy bear mobile was very hard to get on, so I don't use it. It seemed to swing behind where baby's head would be. I'm bummed because I looked at this swing all put together for about 2 months excited for my baby to swing in it and enjoy it and we don't use it very often. I'll keep it to use for the next, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Design flaw

I picked up a Graco Lovin Hug swing roadside that was in EXCELLENT condition a few months back. I was bewildered why someone would put it out there when it looked brand new. I used it for my third child and he LOVED it! He would nap in it for hours. Then out of nowhere one day it stopped swinging. Needless to say, he stopped napping (at least for long naps anyway) So i purchased another lovin hug swing from graco (which is the one I am rating). It stopped swinging the first day! I believe that this swing is excellent for newborns but once the babies get too big or start moving around or sitting up it stops working. My baby was only 16 lbs when I bought this swing and it would not swing him, it is supposed to be good for babies up to 30 lbs. Too bad it doesnt live up to its claim because my son really liked it.
Very Good Swing

I gave it 3 stars because the swing is a little loud when it swings and the songs sound kind of muffled. The price was good and its roomy and comfortable for my little one. And the biggest reason I got it holds babies up to 30 lbs. It even holds my 2 years who weighs 27lbs and he swings perfect in. I think he likes it more than my 3 month old....Overall it serves its purpose....

We purchased this swing 2 years ago, when my first son was born. He turned out to not enjoy the swing that much, so it never got much use with him. The following year, I was babysitting an infant, who enjoyed the swing, and it was used probably, an hour each week, for roughly 15 weeks. To give you an idea of how much the swing was used during this time, I didn't have to replace the batteries once. This year, we brought the swing out of storage again, to use for our second son. He loves the swing (knocks him right out!), but the most he's in it is 15 minutes at a time, 2 or 3 times a day. He's used the swing for the past couple weeks. I was very disappointed to discover that the swing would no longer swing this week. (And yes, I did try changing the batteries--twice actually, to make sure). I don't feel like it was used a ton, AT ALL. Perhaps if you're going to be using this swing for 1 baby it would be okay, but for those of you who are planning on having more than 1 baby use this product, I would look for something more reliable.
