I read all of the reviews and was a little nervous on how it would fit in my husband's car. He has a BMW 328 XI and it fits perfect in the back seat both forward and rear facing. I have a full size SUV and had no problem. My mom also has an SUV (not as large as mine) and it fits great in her back seat too!

This is a beautiful car seat and I couldn't wait to get my baby girl in it so I switched car seats in the store parking lot. My daughter loved it so much she fell asleep! It's a little big but it looks like the bigger the safer it's going to be! The added cup holders and side head supports is what makes it look bigger. The extra padding needs to have more slits for the shoulder straps but any crafty mom can just cut slits into the padding. I would recommend this to anyone with a good size back seat!! Love it!!!

Just bought this seat for my daughter, after months of lusting after it! I am a Child Passenger Safety Tech and Paramedic and this seat is the best one on the market! It is big and bulky but, pretty much all convertable car seats are! Some are much bigger actually (e.g. Natalius)! It's easy to install (like all graco seats) and the safety features are amazing! REMEMBER: YOUR CHILD IS SAFEST REAR FACING!! Keep them rear facing for as long as you can! Forward facing is actually a down grade in safety! Cute colors and really soft comfortable materials!

I "LOVE" this car seat… My 10 month old baby girl was out growing her infant car seat & was starting to fuss every time we placed her in it to go bye byes. (They really don't make infant seats comfy or well padded.) Since purchasing Graco My Ride 65 car seat, she falls a sleep with in minutes & is quiet like a church mouse. I also love the fact we can keep her rear facing longer. The only complaint I have is the overall size of the actual car seat. It's a little too big, but it works like a charm & is a keeper for sure.

Our daughter really likes this car seat, especially for the cup holders. It holds her sippy cups. We only have one complaint...it is a very big car seat. You can't have anyone sit next to it and also the passenger seat in front has to be moved forward a little bit, otherwise our daughters knees are right up against the seat. We are glad we bought because it will keep her safe.

I purchased this car seat for my one year old and she loves it. It has a soft material and easy to wipe clean. I love the safety features on it. To my suprise it is not that heavy. It is a bulky seat but the safety is worth it.

I was in a car accident with my 2 little ones 6 months ago. Luckily, nothing huge except to my car! Anyway, my insurance company informed me to get new car seats and it would be covered. I didn't research as much as I wanted to since I had to get new ones and quick. So I went with the My Ride 65 by Graco. I have to say it is by far the BEST car seat I've invested in. The kids LOVE them. I have a 3 year old and an 18 month old and they have no problems in this seat.

It is very easy to install and take out if needed. I've taken it out and reinstalled it several times and have had no problems. The head rest can be removed easily, the belts are easy to adjust and you have MANY choices as to where you need to move the belts to fit the different sizes of kids (which is a luxury it seems with car seats!) The seat covering is easy to "take apart" and wash. Plus it washes very well. Can't say any negatives about this product and don't think I could ask for any better!

I bought this seat when my baby was 9 months old to use rear-facing in a minivan. The seat is bulky, but with a minivan, this wasn't an issue. I loved this seat as a rear facing because his head never tipped forward when he slept. We have since turned it around to forward facing, and he still seems just as comfortable as can be. Only possible drawback I've found is that, rear or forward facing, the sides are deep which makes it a little hard to get him in and out but not too much of an issue. I have not had any trouble with installation or strap adjustment.

So this is the 3rd carseat I've tried for my 9 month old.
Best so far, but one thing I don't like is that the extra padding is for newborns only, as it only fits the bottom 2 slots. My daughter seems to like it though, she fell asleep in a matter of minutes, and thats a record for her as she hated all of her previous carseats and screamed during car rides. I guess the extra padding didn't matter to her. I had no problem with the harness or tightening it enough, as I found that it gets caught on the bottom recliner and can be easily fixed. I am planning on extended rear facing my daughter until about 2 years old so this is a great seat for that.

Don't judge a book by its cover...yes this carseat looks nice, but it is not user friendly. We have a big SUV with 2nd row bucket seats which we put the carseat in and my 3.5 yr old daughter sat very high above the rest of us it felt a little strange. There is these plastic pieces that you fold in and out depending on an infant rear facing or a toddler front facing. Maybe for an infant it would be ok. I would not recommend for a toddler 2 years old and up. The straps were also very not user friendly.

I needed to get new car seats for all my kids. They have all went through a few of them from me buying them and the seats not lasting or me not being totlly satisfied with my purchases. I started looking at this car seat online and reading reviews. I thought at first it was a little pricey but thought i would give it a try. Since then I have purchased three of these seats and are very happy. I have a infant and two toddlers and the seat is great for both. They are worth your money. I have a van so I dont have any problem with getting them in my vechicle, but if you have a small car i will warn you they are pretty big and I have read of them not fitting in some certain cars so just make sure of that before you order so you are not dissapointed when you recieve it.

I bought this car seat cause it is cute and it looks safe enough for my daughter (22 months old now).We loved it until she learned how to undo the harness tie! I contacted graco and they replace it right away but problem is they send me the same harness tie and my daughter can still undo it.Need to contact them again today!

I read the comments prior to making the purchase and the chief complaints were the size and the straps. I was able to take the floor model out to my car to see if it fit. I have a 2004 Suzuki XL-7 which is a small SUV. When it was behind the passenger seat there wasn't enough room for my husband, but he's 6'3", so I put it behind the driver seat and it fits perfectly (I'm 5'3"). The straps need to be adjusted from the back so that you can properly tightened in the front.

I got the car seat for my granddaughter. It is big but I'm hoping that it will protect her all the better. She looks comfortable. I'm confident that she's safe. I like that she'll be able to sit rear facing for up to 40 pounds.
This will be the only seat I'll need for a long time. The color and fabric are adorable.

The seat is a little on the big side, we drive a dodge grand caravan and there is not much leg space, though at 18mon. old right now this isn't a huge deal. My daughter really likes the seat, very comfortable and the two built in cup holders are a huge plus. overall really like the seat. I had the straps adj. in a matter of minutes after getting it.

I loved it. We have a Buick Park Avenue and it fit great. It was a little hard to install as it is a 97 so we had to use the seat belt, My husband said he had no problem installing it but we will def take to fire station and have a professional look at it. My daughter loves it. It is rear-facing and she talks to the trees she sees them out the window! haha. She is 8 months old and loves it. She use to hateeeeee being in the infant sit. She use to screammm every time she went on it.She is definitely safe and I am happy. I also had no problems with the strap. So glad I bought it as I was worried about the reviews at first.

We bought 2 of these car seats today for our 4 year old. Nice padding and pretty prints. But it would not fit in either of our cars due to the incline of the car seat (which you cant adjust). I have a minivan and hubby has a Subaru. We have to return these and get something else now. I have heard alot of people having the same problem...so try it out in your car before you buy it if they will let you.

Got this because I wanted to keep my daughter rear facing as long as possible and this allows you do this. It's a NIGHTMARE to adjust. Seems like the straps always get caught at the back somewhere. I have to pull the straps tight at the back and then cinch down on the front strap. VERY DIFFICULT. I thought maybe it's because it's big and there's not enough room in our car, we drive a VW Passat.

I ordered this product over the phone after spending hours and hours researching car seat safety ratings, personal use ratings, etc. My baby is 5 months old and almost 20 lbs, so she needed something other than her infant carrier. I was so excited to get this seat! I immediately got it out of the box to check it out. I was surprised to find "feet" on the bottom of the seat that need to be locked under the seat when rear facing, I was not too wild on that but gave the seat a chance because I read great reviews. So I adjusted the straps and put my baby in and out several times to get them just right. Then I went to install it in my vehicle....(I have a '08 Ford Explorer and we also have another child in a front facing seat so they are on opposite sides). This seat is so huge, I could not get it to fit in my truck unless I had my passenger seat all the way forward. I then wanted to see how it would fit forward facing for future use because I really thought I would like this seat, again, too big. No leg room for a forward facer....or the person in the front passenger seat. So tomorrow I am taking it to my local store to exchange it. I was so disappointed :(

Bought this carseat yesterday for my 8 month old and I love it! I previously had the Safety 1st alpha omega elite and it was too big for my car, it would not recline all the way back unless my knees were in the dash (as I am 5'7 and drive a Mazda cx-7) and her head would hang down when she fell asleep but in this car seat she looks so comfortable she fell asleep almost immediately after getting in it yesterday and this morning! If anyone is looking to buy a convertible car seat I am definitely recommending this one for sure!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because it does seem a little big. Compared to my son's Graco Sport carseat sitting next to it - it's huge. But really, aren't most carseats classified as 'convertible' kinda on the bulky side? This was an awesome carseat to transition my 11 month old little girl into! She's 21 pounds and proud as can be to be in a 'big girl' seat. She's able to sleep without her head looking crazy cockeyed and the placement of the cup holders is the best! I installed it myself in our van in a matter of 10 minutes. We will be replacing my son's carseat with this one in the Bartlett pattern. I would confidently recommend this seat to any friend. Best of all - it wont cost you and arm and a leg!

I LOVE this car seat. I bought it when my 12 month old outgrew her infant seat & I am so happy that we chose to go with this one. It is super comfy & she sleeps easily in it. The "wings" on the sides come out far enough where her head doesn't flop to the side if she falls asleep. The seat is very cushy & comfy. I love the straps & the don't get tangled like on some cheaper seats. Yet this seat isn't super expensive which is a definite plus for us! In fact I just purchased another one in a different color for my 2yr old son. The absolute only downside I could see is if you have a small car it might be a bit bulky for it. We have a minivan & it fits nicely. Anyway, I highly recommend this seat & wouldn't chose another now that we've found this one!

This seat is great. It was easy to install and my 9 month old looks very comfortable in it. We transitioned her from an Graco infant carrier and I bought the Graco ComfortSport seat first and my daughter's head dangled while she slept so I returned it and bought this one. This seat has a natural incline so her head rests comfortably without dangling. It is tall so you will need a large mirror in order to see your child in this seat. I highly recommend it.

we use it rear facing and when my 7 month old daughter falls asleep her head doesn't fall forward and she is very long and has plenty of leg room. it was very easy to install by myself. i wish i had purchased this car seat from the beginning. i absolutely love it. i wish the extra padded insert had more slots for the shoulder straps but other than that it is the best carseat i have ever owned. i have bought many carseats as i am a mother of 3 and we have always had carseats in all vehicles including the grandparents.

After 3 weeks of researching car seats, [...] my husband and I decided on this one. Our daughter is now 7 months and has had the car seat for 2 months and loves it. She hated being in her old infant seat, in this one she only cries if she's pooped otherwise she's very happy in it. I love that she can seat rear-facing longer as well. I'm very happy that we decided to get this car seat and not the Safety First Air, she didn't like that one at all. I did noticed some people complaining about loosen the straps when it's in the car is difficult. However if they had bother to read the instructions it says you're not suppose to loosen them in the car, we have had no problems!!

I purchased this seat for my 9 month old who just outgrew his Graco Snugride carrier. He is on the thin & long side and he fits GREAT into this seat. I just went from the store to the fire station and had them install it and stuck him in - we were good to go! I have a Nissan Quest and they had to stick a noodle in for the proper fit, but it is nice and sturdy and he looks so comfortable and protected in this seat. I think it's a great buy! I, too, was going back and forth between this and the Britax marathon. My 5 year old has a Britax Regent that will keep him harnessed until 80lbs. I can't say enough good things about either of the seats I have. Love 'em both and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

I bought this carseat because my 17 month old was still fitting into the infant seat facing backwards. I have another baby on the way who will be here in a week or so. I bought this one because if I wanted I could face it backwards or forward. One reason I faced it backwards for so long is that if we were ever rear ended in an accident, the kids would have whiplash for forward facing. We set the seat up for facing back, and it was very simple. So I wanted to see how she did facing forward because the seat cradles her so well, and she wouldn't be sitting so upright. It fits great. She used it for the first time yesterday facing forward and loves it. It is a very pretty seat as well.

My husband and I saw this in the store and both loved it. Yes it was a little on the big side but it seemed to be worth it. It's super comfy, which is one of the main reasons we liked it, and fits your child until up to 65lbs which we though was awesome!

I was in love w/this car seat until we installed it. The straps we horrible to tighten. At first I thought it was just me but my husband also couldnt tighten it. It was like the straps kept getting stuck or caught on something. After a day of testing it out and having no luck w/ths straps getting any easier, we returned it. I'm very upset out that because I really did like the car seat! I just wish the straps would of been easier to adjust! :(

I really love this seat. My lil girls head never dangles while she's asleep. I also love the two cup holders. One things that is a problem is that I've only had this seat for 3 weeks and I'm having trouble with the seat belts, the right one will release but you have to work with the left one for it to release, it sticks bad. In result I am taking it back to Babiesrus for an exchange. Hopefully the next one won't have this problem.

Before I went and purchased this carseat I read all the reviews. I LOVE IT!!! My daughter actually fell asleep in it on the way home and her head didn't fall forward! It is deeper than most car seats which is a big reason I chose this particular one. This is her first car seat after the infant seat and I have had so much luck with Graco I decided to stick with the name and I am glad I did. I want to get my 2 1/2 year old one too! I have a Toyota Matrix which is a small car and it fits perfect! I highly recommend it! It is very reasonably priced as well! I am glad Graco came out with this one!

I love this carseat, my daughter is 8 months old and still fits in her infant seat but she weighs 16 pounds so she was getting a little heavy so i came across this seat, i seen that it extended rear faces up to 40 pounds which i LOVE! I thought it was very easy to install, i did it myself, its easy to adjust the straps, the cup holders are nice, her head dont fall wen she falls alseep, the only thing i dont like is now i can't see her, so i reccomend getting one of those mirrors if u dont already have one :) but overall i love it and so does she!!! o and its really cute too!!
