Waste of money. My baby is almost 4 months, but she didn't like being in the swing at all. The tray doesn't allow much space, it hit her knees and she wasn't able to move her legs around. The weight limit is 30 lbs, but it wouldn't swing with my baby in it, and she's only 16 lbs. It would swing for a couple of minutes and come to a stop, as if my baby was weighing it down. And watching her in it made me dizzy.

I love the swing, it mathes the rest of the set I have, my ONLY complaint is the mobile is useless. It does not stay in place for the baby to look at and my son is now 11 months, and I had to take it down since it doesnt screw in (only clips), he has pulled it down more than once on top of himself.
The battery life is very good. I only change them about once every month and a half and he uses the swing EVERY day. The sound feature is also wonderful because we put it on the rain sound, and it puts him to sleep right away.
I would suggest the swing for someone who is not looking for an interactive experience with it but just the use of the swing and vibration.

I used this up until my youngest was 6 mo. and that was only because we moved and we had to put in storage. The only way you could judge how difficult something was to put together is whether or not you know what you are doing, I did it by myself and it took me less than an hour. It is NOT noisy unless you use the vibration or music, and even then the vibration is going to rattle the battery which is easily solved by gluing a piece of foam where the battery is hitting in the compartment. I put heavy on my cons only because it's not lightweight but why would you want something that was lightweight if it's going to move while your child would be in it. I'm not trying to slam on any of the other reviews, I wanted my opinion to be real and understood easily.

We got this as a gift at our shower from our daughter's god-parents... We ended up having a baby with SEVERE Reflux (Colic) and she spent the first 3 months of her life sleeping in the swing... IT WAS A GOD SEND! The vibration on the seat kept her comfortable and helped her sleep better! She will be a year old in 2 weeks and we still use the swing for snack time, naps, and just for when mommy needs a couple extra minutes to study!
Awesome swing Graco! (We also have the matching diaper bag, pack-n-play, and travel system and have NEVER had any problems with any of the items!)

I loved the style of the swing. I used it for my newborn to soothe him to sleep for naps. It was great at first. But the quality was poor. The swing only lasted a couple of months. First the vibration stoped working after a couple of weeks then the music stoped along with the swinging after a couple of months.

I bought this swing for my second son and set it up before he was born. When he was a couple weeks old I decided to try it out and it wouldn't swing at ALL. Ended up having to contact the company and they sent me postage to mail it back. Ended up just getting a refund. Still am sad I dont have a swing for my little guy.

I bought this in May and it worked great with all the different speeds and sounds. Brought my daughter home on Saturday the 17th and placed her in it a few days later and the lower speeds did not work. Graco said they would send a new motor but according to their website reviews a new motor doesn't help. I returned it to the store and got another swing

I had this swing for 1 week before it would stop swinging for no reason. It would start swinging then stop at times and other times it wouldn't swing at all. Then the seat broke in that same week. The seat wouldn't lock into place so my infant son would kick or lean back and the seat would fly backwards and scare him.
I did love the nature sounds though. My son can't fall asleep with music playing.

Received this as a gift. Horrible swing. Swings fine when nothing is in it but my 8lb baby shuts it down. Like everyone else, I took it apart, replaced the batteries. Nothing. I'm wondering if it's just a certain batch of them that don't work since some people love them.

I bought this swing because my 5 month old is kind of heavy and his travel swing would not longer swing. [...] I started to put it together and Graco's instructions were TERRIBLE for this swing-- it took me 2 hours total. But, the finished product was well worth it, as it swings my son perfectly!! He really loves the vibration and the nature sounds. I definitly would recomend this swing, even for newborns since it reclines to 3 different seat settings. I love it!!

I have 5 kids and I got this swing for my last one. This was the 3rd swing I used with all my kids and I LOVED it. Works great, baby LOVES it, base is smaller than most so does not take up too much space, high quality, EASY to set up and take down to store, swing works SOOO well. Can't say enough good things about it wished I had it for my first 4 babies. You will NOT be dissapointed with this purchase!!!

my baby used the swing for 2 weeks. the mechanism of the 3 steps adjustment buttons failed. so the seat slides to the lowest adjustment which makes the baby alomst standing up position. not only that, but the mechanism it self is not fixable coz its closed by fixes not screws.[...]graco do not have a replacement to this part. here goes my [$] to garbage

This was purchased for me as a gift. At first it worked great, but now my son is 3 months old, 17 lbs, and it barely wants to swing at all. I have to push it to get it to start swinging and then after a while it will quit. So I have to keep pushing it to keep it going. The vibration barely vibrates at all and wears out the batteries quickly. Definitely not worth the money.
Dont buy this one!!!!!

This swing never worked right. My husband and i bought it two months before the baby was born and opened it about a month afterwards. The manufacturer wont back up thier product, and niether will the store. When it swings back and forth it scrapes on one side. If looking from the front it scrapes the huge bulky thing on the right. That slows the swing down. I have to push it to get it started and continue to push it to keep it going. It make an annoying scraping sound and so we dont use it. I do just want to say that i bought everthing in this collection of the Graco Deco Dots. Everything else is perfect and wonderful and exceeds our expectations. We have the bouncer, carseat, stroller, highchair, and pack and play. The pack and play even has a vibration thing on it! We love it. Just really regret buying the swing....

I bought my first swing when I purchased everything else that went with the group in Feb. of 09. That swing did not last 9 months until it quit swinging, I then had to buy another one and it lasted only about 2 months, I purchased the warranty plan on this one so I didn't have to pay full amount and the only reason I bought a third one was that it matches my play pen and seat. I am not happy with the service of it and I was not happy with the fact that I had to pay full amount for the 2nd one just because I didn't buy a warranty on it, I just thought that a product should hold up longer than 9 months considering my baby was not born until March 27th so 2 of those months it set with no use. I would not recommend these products to anyone.

My baby is 6 months old now and it stopped working a few months ago. I have to give it a push for it to start swinging. It was good for the first couple of months...my newborn would fall asleep in it. But its not worth the money for just a couple of months of use. My suggestion would be to get a swing that swings side to side as well and that has lights above...

I was so excited to get this swing. I had an old one that was ugly and wanted a new one. I gave the old one away. BIG MISTAKE! This swing started out fine. It is adorable and it did swing just fine. By the time my son was 3 months old, it wasn't swinging well. It won't swing at all now. The motor is horrible!! I got it as a gift and didn't get the receipt, so I couldn't take it back.

My daughter slept in this swing for the first three months. She absolutely loves it. I did not have any issues with the mobile falling off. The dial does need to be at 5 or 6 to really get the swing going. May be a little noisy, but not beyond what you would expect from a motorized swing.

this swing is terrible, it never really did what it was suppose to which is swing. its so loud, i understand there to be a little noise but this is just terrible. the mobile falls off all the time kept hitting him in the head so we took it down. i hate this swing and wish i could return it but b the time i found out it sucked it was to late. I recieved this swing as a shower gift and I just started using it last week when my son was 4 weeks old, he is now 5 weeks. The motor would stop swinging after about 4-5 minutes of leaving it be and I got sick and tired of it so I returned it to the store and I just purchased a new one. Hopefully this one will work, it's completely different!

This swing is great and my son loved to nap in it. In fact, he wouldn't sleep almost anywhere else for a long time! The vibrate and swing functions are great and he loved for both to be on full speed. I did not have the same problems that other moms had with the swing not being strong enough but I've learned that you have to buy the good, expensive batteries to operate baby equipment. My son still sits loves to swing in this swing and fits fine, even though he's 14 months and 23 pounds!

My son didn't really like the swing when he was a newborn. He is now 7 months old and a very big baby!! He is 24 pounds and the swing still works with him. You may have to push the swing to give it a go but once you do that it'll swing! Although i probably didn't use it as much as all the other moms but it still works for him! i would recommend it! Since he is such a big baby I am happy it goes up to 30lbs because a lot of the things i put him in are getting a bit small.

This swing did the job but I would not buy it if I had it to do over. I will probably sell it before we have another baby and get a different swing. We had to replace the batteries way too often and the swing would only move if we had it turned all the way up to high. If I were to choose a different swing I would go with the Fisher Price brand, I have had better luck with their products and they cost less.

I wanted this swing because it matches everything in my set. The motor completly burned out once our son reached 10lbs!! We have wasted too much money buying batteries(which they take alot of) for this awful product that doesn't work anyway!! I advise you NOT to buy this swing! Very frustrating!! We had to push the swing so it would work, but it stopped swinging after a few min's. The vibration only works on the highest level!! So basically for all the money you put into this swing, you'll get about one month out of it!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!! NOT HAPPY!!

I loved the swing cuz it matches all my other things in this set, but we've had nothing but problems in the first month of using it!!! The motor has stopped working and so did the music! It all stopped working once our son got to 10lbs except the vibration, but we have to put it on the highest level in order for it to work! This product is a waste of money and its def too expensive for the problems it gives you!!! You'll waste your money buying batteries for something that doesn't work anyway!! I advise u to pick a different one!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

When it works, my son loves this swing. Unfortunately, it has barely worked properly since we received it. The motor burned out so we contacted Graco. They were nice and sent a new motor however, even that one stopped working within two days. Called Graco again and are waiting for the THIRD motor to arrive. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time on this one. FYI, my son is only two months old and weighs 11 pounds. When it does work, it has to be on the highest setting in order to move him. Needless to say, we are looking into other swings.

The swing worked great when we first brought baby home. She would fall asleep as the chair vibrated. For a while at bedtime I would put Annie in the swing and then wait for her to fall asleep, usually less then 10 min, then I would move her to the crib. She is now 10 months old and she still fits in it!

Overall I am very happy with this swing. We chose this one because we don't have a lot of space and this seemed more compact than most. I also liked the added vibration although when we turn it on the high setting it's very noisy. I am also not a fan of the clicking noise it makes when it swings, but our baby doesnt' seem to mind. While she hated it for the first few weeks she is now 7 weeks and loves to watch the bears. When she is crying we can put her in the swing and she immediately stops and falls asleep. I also like it has the infant headrest for added support.

This is a terrible swing. The motor is very loud, the vibrations are even louder and way too strong and the worst part, the swing does not even swing!! I thought the first one we purchased was just defective but when we returned it and got another one, it had all the same problems. Awful, awful swing. Don't waste your time or money on this product. Terrible, terrible product.

Let me start by saying my son has always been in the 95 % for both height and weight, and this swing just kept on chugging until he was 1 year old. My son loved loved this swing, he would nap twice a day in this for 2 hours at a time. The mobile is alright, although he loved trying to reach for them and pull on them. My husband even rigged it to work as a plug in, it was draining batteries like crazy as he got heavier. Lets just say he was born almost weighing 10 lbs and this swing just kept swinging. Not to mention beautiful. I use to feed him in this as well, he would be entertained with the toys on the lap bar.
I loveit and so does little one!

I love this swing. My daughter will go to sleep in it still and she's almost six months old. I've never had a problem with the motor stopping or the mobile falling off. We don't use the vibration because the swinging movement itself is comforting to the baby. I've always just put it on a low setting and it still has good movement, my baby is currently 15 pounds.

The actual swing is fine. Nice pattern, etc... However, the functioning of the swing leaves MUCH to be desired. The vibrating function is extremely loud when it's actually working, but 95% of the time it doesn't work. We've replaced the batteries several times and it still won't work. You have to smack it several times to get it to start vibrating and then when it actually starts it only lasts for about 10 seconds and then slows down and stops. It's a PAIN. The swing also randomly stops swinging for no obvious reason. I really think there must be better swings out there...

Our baby loves this swing and will fall asleep in it in a heartbeat, which makes it all the more frustrating that the motor has already died. We've had the swing for less than a month, gone through 20 batteries and now have to replace the swing. It's annoying to have invested so much and it already needs replaced. For the price it really should last longer than a month.

This swing was very easy to assemble, clean and move into different locations. Easy to get baby in and out of. My daughter loved the bear mobile and the soothing songs. I never used the vibrating seat because I forgot it came equipped with one and I had a separate seat for that. Battery life was excellent! I used this swing daily for over 12 months(My daughter was and still is a peanut) and I really have nothing negative to add about this swing! Excellent product!

I think everyone needs to realize that every baby is different and it is about finding what your baby likes. I have this swing and another swing and love them both. My baby loves the vibrations and the music features and it swings a lot faster than our other swing, which my baby loves. I have not had any problems with this swing and would recommend it to anyone. It was easy to put together.

This swing LOOKS great, BUT I put the baby in the swing and a few hours later it was completely stopped... The motor did NOT work after the first time the baby was put in it... he is only 7lbs so there is no reason it shouldn't work... just exchanged for another GRACO swing (Lovin Hug plug-in) and having the same problem... next stop, try a different brand!

Aside from the review I submitted below, I realized this product is genuine junk. I since tried the so called "Soothing Vibrations" feature and the whole battery compartment it is attached to vibrates with the motor. It kind of simulates a jack hammer when I turn it on . My baby actually cried when I turned it on . Then I tried the so called nature sounds . Sounds like AM radio static to me . I reccomend for parents to buy a basic swing with no added features for half the price. Then If you want soothing sounds then get a real nature sounds disc or some native american flute and play it through a real radio with speakers that make the sound authentic.I really cant beleive this thing lists for what it lists for .aCTUALLY TOO BAD we cant actually see these swings functioning while they are on display. I wish I did . I wouldnt even buy this at a tag sale .

Manufacturers these days are aiming to make products as cheap as they can get away with. As I set this swing up I could see the flimsy construction . For the price it should be equipped with a speaker that sounds at least a notch above an 80 year old transistor radio . Also the music sounds like a rookey music student with a toy keyboard .Loud swing mechanism . should sell at 50 percent of the sugg. retail.I guess it looks cool though .Disposable junk.

This swing has worked great for me! My baby is now 20lbs and it still works and I have yet to change the batteries! I am not sure what all the bad reviews are about. We are going on our 6th straight month of use. my only complaint is the fact that the vibration feature IS loud and the mobile does not stay in the desired position. I actually hate that. I am constantly readjusting the position of the mobile arm. I say the cute design outweighs the negatives of this swing.
