We have used this swing/bouncer almost constantly since our son was born in early January. He loves both the swing and the bouncer, and often sleeps during the day in the seat without much protest. We love the 2-in-1 design since we have a small house and don't have a lot of room for bulky baby items. Overall it is a great product, however like another reviewer, the first motor worked on and off as soon as we started using it, so Graco sent us a replacement at no charge. The tray locking mechanism is also hard to unlatch without waking baby, but that should mean it will be more secure with an older baby. I would definitely recommend this product to others who are lacking space in their homes.

As a new mom i have not tried many other products but after putting together (easy assabley) the swing/bouncer the one thing that i could not get passed was how stiff and rough the fabric was.
it is not soft at all....... and i also dont like the tray dont allow enough leg room for the baby.
but it is a great space saver, swing works well bouncer is easy to take out and put in... has options of upright or laying down position..
have not descided if the pro is greater then the con... hope this helped

Our first swing was a hand-me-down cradle swing that our daughter loved, however the motor stopped working. We purchased this swing because our house was starting to get cluttered with swings, bouncers and everything else! I don't know what we would have done without this swing. It is a lifesaver! Our daughter can be extremely fussy at times, and when we put her in this swing and turn on the ocean sounds, she instantly calms down. In times when we are desperate for her to take a nap and she won't calm down in her crib, we put her in this swing and we have to wake her from the nap she sleeps so long. Now, we also use the bouncy seat for the transitional period of introducing solid foods without having to get out a highchair yet.
Things that aren't so great: the tray. Now, our daughter doesn't mind it, however when she was younger, it was too big and took up too much room. It would be nice if the tray could come off. This swing is so great, that I wish it was easier to transport. Also, the swing drains the batteries. If it could have an optional plug-in, I would give it 5 stars.

The swing does not work. It worked for about a week and stopped. So now i have to sit by it and rock it myself if i want my baby to fall asleep etc. And vibration for the bouncer is loud on high. On low its okay but almost too low of a vibration. I would not recommend this product. There has to be better ones out there

Our first swing was a graco that would swing on a pivot and my little guy was not fond of it at all. We got this swing as a gift (love you dad) and my son loves it. He is comfortable and entertained. I love the multifunction and size not to big not to small. We left the chunky tray off, thought it was hard to snap open and closed. Leaving it off also made it easier to put a blanket on him once he was asleep.

I bought this swing because it was recommended by another mother as a great way to soothe a fussy baby. The first time we put my newborn son in the swing, the motor stopped within a minute which made the swing slow and eventually stop swinging altogether. Apparently some of the motors are defective and this is a common problem. After contacting Graco, they immediately sent a replacement motor (at no additional cost). However, the new motor has also stopped working. Even on the highest level the swing barely moves. For what this swing cost, it has been a complete hassle. Save your money and buy a different swing.

I got this because I loved the functionality of it. It would do 2 things in the space of 1. At first we only used the swing and I like the various tilt options and how east it was to tilt. She likes looking at the mobile. It too tilts to various positions but you have to pull it towards you. At first I thought we'd break it but just pull the center of it and it moves fine. I like how the seat has a removable neck/body support making it so the comfort can grow with her. Then we entered the wonderful stage of colic. She only likes the swing some of the time or for short periods, so we started using the bouncer part. It is so easy to take on and off. She loves the up and down motion and we can lull her to sleep but I wish it could bounce itself. We get tired constantly bouncing it so she doesn't cry. The vibration part is nice as are the sounds. Sometimes the sound is all she needs to relax and quiet down. Battery life is great as we have used it many times a day for 2 months and haven't changed them yet and set up took about 30 min. We also have a 1 year old who visits and she sits in the swing so I am looking forward to many more months of use.
Love it. Found it for $50 less

This swing/bouncer is great! It saves so much space, as you do not need a separate bouncer. The varying speeds are nice, and I really appreciate the recline option. Also, the safety straps are easy to fasten without disturbing a sleeping baby. The "nature" sounds seem more like static or white noise, but my baby loves it anyway. My baby is still an infant, but so far the item has been one of my favorites.

We wanted a swing that was both a swing and bouncy seat to save space for our tiny house. This seemed perfect. The swing is nice and our baby loved it until about 4 months old then she had had enough swing. The recline feature of teh chair was a nice feature because we could lay her back while swinging.
The music features are great. We actually took down the swing/seat because our daughter outgrew/didn't need it any more but kept the sound machine/swing motor upstairs and I use that daily for naptime. The nature sounds are great, as our the lullabyes.
The part we had the most trouble with was the bouncy seat. It is very upright, which is great for playtime or just sitting. It was near impossible to bounce the baby to sleep in this chair because it is so upright. We actually bought another bouncy chair while still using the swing because our baby would not relax in the chair.

We purchased this product due to the 2 in 1 swing and bouncer. The music on the swing is nice. The bouncer in good, has a nice soothing feature, but there is no mobile for baby to look at/play with and it lays the baby almost flat (I prop it up on the couch arm rest)
The swing would be good if your baby like to go back and forth only. Mine does not, he is a side to side baby. I would but him in it and he would fuss within minutes. Also the mobile is too high for baby to even see, nevermind play with and it doesn't move like other swings do.
Luckily a friend of mine had a swing that does both side to side and back and forth and let us borrow it. My life has changed.... I can now put him in it for longer periods and get things down around the house.
I would defenitly purchase a swing that does both next time and purchase a seperate bouncer

We have a small house, so I love the fact that this is two products in one. My daughter loves the vibrating chair, we use it every day. I put her in it and can easily transport her from room to room with me. I also enjoy that the swing has a white noise feature, it calms her down instantly. The pattern is cute and gender neutral. The only problem we had was that the two Mix 'n Move toys were not included in the box. I called Graco and they were very helpful; they're sending us replacement toys.

i love the 2 in 1 feature that is why i am purchasing it! fabric matches the play yard i am also getting and i love it! i like that you can detach and reattach the bouncer to the swing! A swing and bouncer separate are both on the pricey side and the 2 in 1 is perfect for the price!!

We borrowed this from a friend that wasn't using it.We started my son in it right away to get use to it. My son does fine in the swing. It entertains him for a bit and eventually he can fall asleep in it. The bouncer is great for him to sit in while I need to do some house work or get ready for the day. We have a small apartment so every little space is important. I like that it's two things in one. However, The mirror and hanging animals on the arch above him doesn't really do anything. It is too far up and the seat doesn't lay back far enough for him to even notice them. The two toys that are on the tray can be taken off, but they are not that entertaining either.
The vibration on the seat is great, the speeds for the swing are great, the sounds are ok.
