I purchased this item immediately before my son was born; it had a lot of space, matched my stroller perfectly, and seemed to have plenty of storage. After using this bag for over a year now I have realized it's defaults.
When you have the bag packed with everything you need (diapers, bottles, snacks, wipes, extra clothing, etc), it is difficult to get to all the compartments. The bag becomes very bulky when fully packed. If you carry light then the design is perfect but for longer trips with an infant, I needed everything and I would have to take everything out in order to get to things.
The other problem I have had is that it is coming apart at the seams. When paying this much for a diaper bag I thought I would get better quality. It is separating at numerous seams which began after a year of use. The straps have held up well even when a lot of weight has been applied to them.
Overall, for short trips to the park or a short drive, this diaper bag is perfect but for longer trips, I would recommend something with more storage.

I used the diaper bad mostly when running errands or whenever we left the house when my son wasn't in daycare. My husband and I both loved this diaper bag as it's neutral enough for both of us to use it. We also didn't know what we were having. Our son is now almost 9 months old and the bag has started to tear near the lining at the top. We are now looking for another bag that is a little bigger. We do love the changing pad and will use it still! I also liked the bottle pocket on the side as it really held the bottles in place. This bag has a lot of pockets!!! We just wish it hadn't started to tear!

I have carried this bag for a year and a half, loaded down and have been pretty hard on it. The shoulder strap just started coming apart, so this morning I called JJ Cole Collections customer service, and they are sending me a new bag (even giving me the newest System 180 that just released this week!)I just had to email them pics showing that it was manufacturer's defect not normal wear and tear and then after receiving confirmation that they would replace the bag, I had to send pics of the bag destroyed (cut through strap and front of bag) and now they are sending the new bag! Customer service for this company is top notch and the 2 year warranty made this bag tough to beat!

I liked this bag for all of its compartments and it lookes trendy. I used it for 5 months NOT as my main diaper bag but only a few times per week. I would use it if I had some short errands to do with the baby being the bag does not hold much. Within 5 months and not much use, the bag got a hole on the top seeming. It looks like it started shredding away from the seem. Then I went to close it one day and the top zipper was broke. I wish I would of listened to the other reviews (that were bad) because the problems with this bag are repetitive. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

I never had any issues as other have with busted zippers or seams. Places for EVERYTHING and then some! Very modern mom friendly. Good look. WORTH THE $! I would buy one again if were having anymore children!

This is really a great bag, but it fell apart a year later! It has tons and tons of room on the inside (including 4 pockets for various items to be stored and organized. The back pocket fits a travel-wipes bag and changing pad perfectly, while the front section opens up and allows you to put your necessary adult items (id, money, etc.).

The two side pockets are great for bottles, both a bit different in size to fit any bottle type snuggly.

The only issue is that 1 year after it was purchased, it completely fell apart. There was a small hole in the middle section and a minor one outside that I wasn't worried about. Then in one day both zipper dislodged from the teeth and one actually broke off! And then the magnet in the front section just stopped working. It seemed that there was a self-destruct button after a year of use!

Initially I LOVED this bag and still love the functionality of it. I just wish the zipper seam of the main compartment was sturdier. I used this diaper bag since my baby was born 7 months ago. When out and about with her (not too often since I work full-time and only used it really only on the weekends), I would use it as both the diaper bag and my purse (mainly just my cell phone and wallet) and I would clip my keys on the metal where the strap attaches to the bag. I am currently looking for a new diaper bag since this one began coming apart on the zipper seam right on the top in the middle. I really would continue to use this bag if the seam hadn't come apart and am very disappointed that I have to be looking to get a new one. I honestly would give this bag 4 stars for functionality (subtract one since the interior of the main compartment could be just a little bigger). But since it seems to have poor materials and/or workmanship in that it only lasted 6 months before it started coming apart I felt the need to give it 2 stars. It could be a great product if it were built to last longer! Oh and I must mention that I love the diaper changing attache and plan on using it with whichever new diaper bag I get!

Initially I was excited about the look of this bag and the functionality, like the stroller attachment, interior pockets, etc. We got the graphite/green color, which was great for my husband to carry since it doesn't scream "baby bag". And the changing pad is great - it's big enough for a squirming baby but folds up nicely and has a pocket for a pkg of wipes - very convenient in the car, on airplanes, in dirty public restrooms, anywhere without a normal clean changing table. BUT, the fabric is tearing away from the zipper to the main bag compartment, so we now need a new bag after only 4 months of use. I will admit we have stuffed this bag at times, but I need a diaper bag that will hold up under those conditions. Perhaps it's also a little small, since we did have to stuff it in order to fit three size 1-2 diapers, changing pad and wipes, change of clothes, and bottle.

I put this bag on my registry because I thought it was cute and stylish and it turned out to be a really great bag. It has lots of functional pockets and the folding changing table pad is awesome for travel. The only downside is that I find it just a little small for the amount of things we usually need to pack in there. Also, the top seam next to the zipper has started to pull apart after just three months, probably because I've overstuffed the smaller interior. Overall, though, I really like this bag and it is really cute. Also, the shoulder pad is really comfortable.

I also love that it's lightweight and has room for both my stuff and the baby's stuff. I like that it's not a huge big diaper bag too.n The stroller clips are great too.

I spent a long time researching bags and this is the only one I found that makes both me and my husband happy. The colors are great and it is super roomy. It's not too masculine or feminine. I love the pacifier pod and the tons of pockets. It's very well made and comfortable to wear. We both love it.

I loved this bag at first: beautiful design and great pockets for organization. However, after only a few weeks it began to come apart at the zipper. Now it's ripping at all of the seems. I paid [$] for a bag that is literally coming apart at the seems. It's definitely not worth the money! Buy something else.

Love this bag! I first used another bag that I had registered for and found it bulky and hard to find things. I tried this one since I got it from a friend and fell in love with it! All the pockets make it easy to find/keep things organized. Even my husband carries it without being embarrased!
