I use a Medela pump, and i use to store my milk in the medela bags, that happened to give you less quantity than this for 10 bucks more. I finally made the switch to Lansinoh and i'm very happy that i did. Because, you can store more ounces of milk in here, they lay flat in the freezer that will help save room, the 50 count is great, and i have not experienced any leaks or breaks in the bag. Another thing is, i pump directly in the bag by attaching two pieces of tape at the top of the bag to my pump, when your done just seal the two zip locks, its so easy!!

Versus the Medela bags, these are half the price and store flat. So they can be stacked in the freezer. The tabs are frosted, making it easy to write on the bags without risk of puncturing the bag.

I'm pumping to quit early and go through 3-6 bags a day, I have over a hundred bags in the freezer (and have donated a few hundred as well). They work great and are the cheapest out there that I've found. The lines on them are not accurate, I tend to fit between 6 and 7 oz per bag.

I have been using these bags for three months now and have had no problems. I freeze the bags flat in my freezer and then I put about a dozen into a ziploc freezer bag(The ones with the flat bottom work best.) to put in the deep freeze. Love these bags!

I read the reviews and despite the negativity I tried them. GREAT when freezing - compact, freezes flat. HORRIBLE when thawing. Tried to thaw 3 bags today. Each bag held 4 oz. Two out of three bags leaked. Luckily, because I read the reviews, I thought this may happen and thawed them in a sterilized measuring cup so I did not loose any milk. But, although I didn't loose any milk, what a pain to have to put in a measuring cup each time and worry about leaking every time (which is daily). DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have experienced leaking, but it's to be expected. I simply put the bag with frozen milk into an un-used bag and then thaw it. It works for me and it works for the mommy I donate breastmilk to.

I used the Lansinoh bags to store my milk- placing them in a deep freeze. The upsides were that they were cheaper and easy to use. However, when thawing most of the bags they would leak all over. I would lose at least 1 to 2 precious ounces each time I would thaw a bag. For all the work that nursing moms have to go through in order to put milk in storage this is horrific. I had much better luck thawing other brands, stay away from these if you want to actually use your milk!

I got this because of bonus buy from its pump. It is convenient. Just one caution, when you put it in the freezer, you'd better put it in a plastic tray of some sort. I put them directly in the freezer, and one of them was torn at the bottom, and the milk all leaked out when I thawed it.

It's best to use a permanent marker pen from sharpie... The ink doesn't wear off. The seal on top of the bag is very much like a zip lock baggie, when you turn it over it doesn't leak at all. Great product with a low price, I highly recommend this to nursing mommies!

I bought this product because they were the only breastmilk storage bags my local Wal-Mart carries...very disappointed! Nearly all of the bags leaked in the corners. As if being a working mom wasn't frustrating enough, losing the breastmilk I pump at work makes life even more fristrating! They also don't have the feature to attach them to the pump like the Medella ones do, so it's more work after you pump (wash bottles, pour milk into bags, etc), too time consuming when I'm on a break at work!

However, now that I am thawing bags I am having a big problem with the bags leaking, usually at the bottom. I have thawed bags on the counter at room temperature and I have tried soaking them in warm water. Either way I am having major leak issues. This is very upsetting considering how hard I worked to store my breastmilk and I have a finite supply. I hate that it's being wasted with leaks!!!
The bags I stored with Gerber bags had less problems with thawing.

I love the fact that you can get 50 of them fairly cheaply, and they hold 2x as much as the medela brand... But you get what you pay for! I have went through two boxes of them (100 total) and nearly all of them leak as they are thawing. Careful when you close the bags also- a couple of times I thought I had them closed, instead spilled completely full bags of milk all over the counter. Bottom line, spend the extra money on medela's milk bags, they are a much better product.

These breast bags are amazing! I had to go back to work when my son was 2 months old, I was weary of pumping at work, but turns out my boss was more than willing to accommodate. I pump at home and keep the milk in Snappies, then when I get home I put it in these bags, it freezes great! The zipper closure is awesome, not easy to tear or rip. My husband loves it, he stays home with the baby while I am at work and every night I take out a bag of milk from the freezer and put it in the fridge, he likes the cut out shape that allows for easy pouring. These bags make it look easy! And that's because it is!!

I used these storage bags with my first son for the year I nursed him. I was a full-time student and worked part-time (also while student-teaching), and these bags came in very handy. I pumped & stored the milk in the freezer, and I never had any problems with these bags leaking or tearing, etc. Had a great seal. I did have a few spills when filling them, but only because they are soft PLASTIC bags and will not always stand straight up on their own, especially when liquid is being poured into them. You have to hold the bag or make sure the bottom of the bag is fully expanded so it will stand up when filled. But that is common-sense stuff. They lay flat for easy stacking in the freezer, and thaw easily in a bowl/cup of warm water. I plan to use these bags again when I have my 2nd son in a few weeks. Highly recommended!

I tried this brand after using Medela bags for almost 8 months. I like the feel of the plastic much better. The freezing flat and compact storage is nice, which goes hand in hand with the faster thawing. They also hold 6 oz. as opposed to the 5 oz. w/ Medela.
Overall, I'm very please with these bags and will continue to use until I'm done nursing my son.

Th store was out of the Gerber bags, so I bought these. They were a good value for 50 bags. Howerver, they are not steady or durable. I have had more than one (not full) bag fall over and spill. They don't always seal properly and leak. I have had them spill on counters and in the freezer. I set them on the counter to empty the bottles. I didn't have problems with Gerber. Yesterday did it for me. I have a pack that has two slits for ice packs to store the milk while I am at work. When I got home yesterday, there was liquid on my car seat. When I got inside, the bag had not sealed properly and milk had leaked through the ice stroge bag and my pump bag. I lost about 6 ounces of milk. Overall, I have lost several ounces due to these bags.

Especially if you were like me and froze milk also, these bags thawed easily in warm water and did not leak. I am planning to use them again in August when my 2nd son is born. I would highly recommend these if you are breastfeeding and storing milk!!
