I was looking for a cover for the George/Cuddle pillow and there really wasn't many to pick from. I picked this one since it was neutral, not because it was organic. I do not think it is anything special. I guess they charge the price they charge because it is organic. I do like the pillows this cover goes on though. I wish they would come out with more color choices.
