This is a wonderful product. Very comfortable. Nice adjustable velcro strap makes you feel secure. baby likes it... a lot. One of the best things I got for the baby.

I bought this brest friend after trying out the boppy with my newborn. The boppy wouldnt stay put, and my baby boy would slip into the crack in the front.
This pillow solves all the issues that the boppy had. You can adjust it to tighter or looser with the velcro and clicking closure.
My one and only complaint is the velcro can be a bit long depending on how you have it adjusted.
Better then the boppy by far

I bought the original my brest friend pillow a couple months ago. I decided I wanted one to travel with, so I was looking into getting just another original, but I came across the deluxe. I've read reviews elsewhere of people who don't want it because of the velcro, that it would be loud and wake a sleeping baby. Well, what's great about this pillow is that it's a lot more secure with the velcro; I have some issues with the other one bending down, and the velcro solves this problem. If my baby is sleeping, there is actually a clip that you can use instead. I also love the plush slip cover. We have changing pad covers in this material and they are so easy to clean, everything just wipes right off. These are great pillows! I wish I would've looked into it when I first had my baby instead of 3.5 months later. I had a real back problem from nursing about a month after the birth, I think this would've avoided that. Great for any nursing mom's, and actually it can be used for bottle babies too!

I haven't actually used this product with my baby yet (3 more weeks until her due date!) but I wanted to write what I have noticed so far.
The pillow says to wash the cover before using it with your baby, so I did (even though I was leary about getting the cover back *on* once I had it off--and I was right!) Be warned that the cover is not the easiest to put back on!!!
To finally get the cover back on, I had to start with the larger end, and work my way around to the skinny end. It took me awhile and was somewhat of a hassle, but I finally managed to wrestle the cover back onto the pillow, lol. It was frustrating, though.
In spite of that, I'm still looking forward to using this product when my baby gets here!
