So much better than the Boppy pillow! It's nice and firm and my baby doesn't fall through it like the boppy. Also, the other pillows out there don't seem to stay put like this one. I couldn't live with out it!

Don't buy the cheaper one, buy THIS ONE!! It has a buckle, it won't move, even if you have to get up. It's firm enough. It can be rotated for different feeding positions. It has a pouch if needed. One recommendation (learned the hard way): Don't dry the cover in the dryer! Mine shrunk and was trouble getting back on.

I only gave it a 4 because my baby hasn't arrived and I haven't used it yet! I think this pillow along with my gilder is going make nursing the baby a lot easier and more enjoyable for me.

I was using a regular pillow before I got this and was having problems keeping my son up. I kept having to slouch over and/or physically hold him up for the entire half hour he would nurse. I went to a breastfeeding support group and one of the ladies had this pillow. Since I had not thought to bring a pillow, she let me use it. The back support was awesome. I ordered it as soon as I got home. I do have to put a small pillow under the side he is nursing on to bring him up to the right height but it is so much better. The only thing I found annoying was that I had to order it. I wanted to just go buy it but couldnt find a store that sold it.

I didn't like this product. I didn't feel that it was comfortable or easy to use. I returned it and got a regular boppy pillow but I didn't like that much either. It was easier to use regular pillows, but then I usually used the football hold.

I had used one of these at a lactation consult and was sold. I had been using a Boppy and it was hard to keep my son latched on properly because of lack of support. This pillow solved that problem. The My Brest Friend gives firm support without slipping away. You can even position the pillow to your side to nurse in the football hold. Makes nursing at night when you are tired so much easier. This is a must have for any nursing mother.

This is by far the best nursing pillow you can find. I love the fact that my brest friend holds my baby up so I am not killing my back. I recommend this pillow for every nursing mom. I like that it is adjustable for smaller women or bigger women. This pillow is worth every penny that I paid for it and more. The only drawback in my opinion is the ease of changing out the cover on it. That is a little bit of a hassle but other than that I give this product a 5 star.

The My Brest Friend nursing pillow is waaaayyyyy better than the boppy! It is more sturdy, has the buckle to securly fasten it around your waist, and is just all around awesome! I highly recommend it to every nursing mother!

I got mine over 3 years ago, used it with two babies, and it still looks great. This makes nursing a baby so much easier. I had two c-sections and this really helped take some of the pressure off of my stomach. Although, I don't think I clipped it for the first few weeks. Great Buy!

I bought this pillow upon recommendation of my friend and I like it very much. The pattern is much better in person than online and the pillow has performed as well as I my friend said it would. I like how I can walk around while nursing, if necessary (like when my 2 year old needs something). It takes weight off of my shoulders and back as well. My only complaint is that it is a little akward to get out of. If my baby is asleep, I have to work to get out of the pillow smoothly because it holds its shape even when unbuckled. Overall, a very nice product!

My lactation consultant recommended this and I love it! The little pocket is so handy and the back support is a lifesaver! The only complaint I would have is that you are limited to certain nursing positions...no football hold...well, you can, but baby hangs over the 'ledge'. I would recommend still getting a boppy pillow...so handy for all KINDS of stuff for baby!

I had heard that the brest friend was much better than the boppy and other nursing pillows at my breastfeeding class, but experienced how great it was even before we left the hospital. My little guy was having trouble nursing, and the terrible slippery pillows at the hospital just made it all the more frustrating. But my husband went and picked up my ship to store order of this pillow, and it was so great! It is comfortable and convenient, stays in place, has the handy pouch for bra pads or washcloths, whatever. I only wish it was easier to get an extra cover.

The lactation specialist recommended this to me with my first baby after getting another kind and having a really hard time using it. It was great! so much easier to use and it lasted quite a few washings and frequent feedings in the nine months we used it. (but be sure to air dry it)

The only reason I purchased a new one for this baby is that I let a friend borrow ours and she's not done yet! (That and the first one was pink and this baby is a boy)

This is the only nursing pillow I will ever recommend - it's awesome! (and as usual a great value at Walmart compared to other stores).

i have used my "my breast friend" with two children both breast fed for at least months and in between my two children i loaned it out to a friend and she loved it too and the amazing thing is with over 2 yrs of use it still looks like new and i have tried other feeding pillows and i still like "my breast friend" the best LOVE IT
