I have to return the product because the brake is broke. My child rode it twice and the brake is broke. Not very happy.

I rode the bike once with my children and the petal came off. My husband thinks it was due to poor assembly. The petal was stripped so bike had to be returned and they had no replacements available. Bike also started a clicking noise that you could not correct by adjusting gears

We purchased two identical bikes and my young teens love them. We ordered online and one bike came with a severely bent rim and ruined seat. We returned that bike to the store and ordered a replacement, which arrived in good shape. The bikes are a great deal for their price. Just FYI, there are no front shocks, just plastic covers to look like shocks.
