I pumped breast milk and these bottles were so wonderful to use because the exposed liner made it incredibly easy to reheat the stored milk. Being able to vent the air before giving the bottle to my son was also nice because it reduced the amount of time we spent dealing with an uncomfortable, gassy baby. The two downsides to the Playtex Drop-Ins system: 1) compared to a regular slow-flow bottle, the drop-ins take FOREVER for the baby to drink (bonus for babies that tend to drink too quickly and spit it all back up.) 2) Buying the boxes of drop-ins becomes expensive really quickly. I can't imagine the costs for someone who is using expensive formula AND the drop-ins. Overall it's a good buy and I have not only recommended these to friends but have also bought some and given them away, but I won't be using these again except on road trips (for ease of heating!) just because of the expense.

When my boys were infants I used these bottles and they are fantastic! The liners do get costly but I don't mind because it's so much easier than fooling with a bottle brush :) even the original folding liners work with them. My husband and I are trying for our first, and these will definately line my cabinets!

I absolutely love these bottles. The pattern is cute and can go with either a boy or girl. Also I love that it comes with various flow nipples and go grow with the baby as he or she grow. I have tried every kind of bottle there is out there and these are the only ones he would take, not even the breastflow set which was almost just as expensive. The only thing is that the liners can get expensive, but the parent's choice liners fit these also and you get more for the same price. A 100 of parent's choice for the price of 50 of the playtex liners. Would highly recommend for any new mom or a mother who is transitioning from breast feeding to bottle feeding.

i started using these when my son was about 3mths old because we were going on a week long trip and they would be more convient. they work great. you just drop the bags in. there very durable. never had any problems with leaks or anything but i realized i was spending alot of money on liners. so i went back to plain old cheap bottles which work too. i would definatly recommend them for moms on the go and are great if you can afford the liners.
