This chair did not work on ANY of our tables. I tried a thick table, and a very thin table. I tried different styles of tables also. I read the above comments, and have to say I am jealous that I was not as pleased as the others. When I took this chair out of the box, it did not look very high in quality to begin with. It looks like one that someone had returned. There were marks all over it, and it also looked like it was not made right. The bottom hooks that go under the table stick up higher than the flat arms that go on top of the table. There is no possible way that this chair will fit on any table due to the poor quality of how it was made. I am very disappointed, because I was very excited to get this chair and had hoped it would work well for our family. Now, I have to return it, and do not even want to take my chances on ordering a replacement. Thinking I'd be better off just getting a booster seat to put in one of our dining room chairs.

We use this chair for our Grandson in the Motorhome and he loves it. It hooks onto the end of the table with ease. We love the easy release for when we don't need it and the 5 point harness lets us know he is safe. This is a must have for those that travel, or if you don't have home to store a large high chair.

I thought this item would work for my dining table (also purchased at Walmart, incidentally), because some of the product pictures seem to indicate that it will fit on tables which have a facing underneath. My friend, who also purchased this chair, has a facing under her table, and had no problems, so I was eager to try it at my house as well. After our chair arrived (in a torn-open box, delivered by a plain-clothes carrier in a Budget Rental truck), I quickly assembled it, but it most definitely would not fit our table. The anchors that are supposed to go underneath the table will not possibly fit over the facing that is beneath our table top. I'm disappointed, but decided to keep the hook-on chair, since my husband is building us a longer dining table.

We bought this seat to use for our 14 month old son on an upcoming camping trip. I set it up at our breakfast bar to try it out, and plan on leaving it up. I will be putting his big, bulky high chair in storage, thanks to this seat! I love that he can be right where the action is. The material is very easy to clean and the seat itself is easy to take off/put on. I also love that it folds up and has a carrying case. I am very happy with this purchase!

We have the most flexible little guy on the planet. He only cries when extremely hungry, tired, or uncomfortable. It takes a lot to make him unhappy. We have tried this product three different times now and it does not work well for us. Funny a prompt for this review came today because I had just printed out the receipt to bring it back. We bought this over the $50 national brand one that I now am seriously considering because I don't like the thought of public high chairs.

I bought two of these for extra seating around the table in our baby class at church. They are perfect, very nice and sturdy. The very same seats at Buy Buy Baby and Babies R Us were about $60 each. These are less than $20 each. Even with the super fast shipping, I got two of these for the same cost as one without shipping at the other two stores.

This chair is so great. We pulled it out of the box and immediately used it on s picnic. We have since gotten rid of our high chair and use this all the time. It makes it so easy to clean my one year-old's mess off the floor. It was such a good deal and is very soft and looks comfortable. Wish they made them for adults. I love this chair!!

We have a wooden table that is about 1" thick with a 3.5" skirt about 2.5" from the edge. While you can't just slide and tighten the chair in place; it is relatively easy to set up. This is a two handed job, so don't think you will be able to hold your child and install it. It takes me a bit of maneuvering to get the arms past the skirt and some fine adjustment of the grips otherwise the chair installs pretty easily. If I had to put a time frame on it I would say it takes me between one and two minutes to make sure it is secure and the support grips are tight. Once in place it isn't going anywhere. The grips on the top of the table are riveted to the arm so they are not going to slip off if baby pushes their feet on the skirt. My grand-daughter is 15 months and seems to like it and enjoys swinging her legs back and forth. The five-point safety harness is probably overkill but for those active wigglers that are determined to get out of the seat it is probably a good idea. The product doesn't fit all the way in the bag but then the parts that stick out work like hanging hooks for me so storage is easy. If you want to go out to dinner, practice a couple of times at home first as you may fumble the first couple times setting up and taking it down.

This is sturdy and worth every penny. Only one caution and that is it will not attach to tables with a wide lip. My kitchen table top is about an inch and a half deep and it works well on it. Our grand daughter enjoyed eating at the table with us while they were here for a visit.

love this chair, takes up very little space and is ideal for my granddaughter that can not sit up by herself yet, it has a harness system and she like to play with her toys and be were the people are. i take it in the car for when we eat out. she doesn't like being in her car seat while we eat and can not sit in the high chairs yet. so it is perfect. i know there will be alot of other places we will use it also . i have it with me all the time just in case.

It's not something that will be used every day so I think it's construction vs. the time we'll use it are satisfactory. I can wash it as needed which is a plus and it holds its position well. i got this chair because our kitchen is very small. the chair its self i love, easy to clean too..but it was much harder to put on the table then i thought and my 4 month old cant sit in it yet. it is made for self sitters only !!

Love this product. I just got this as a gift for my baby on the way. One of my friends came over and used it for her son, and it really held well. He seemed comfortable and it hooks on basically any table. We have a table with a large lip on the side and the chair works great! It is easy to install and has quite a grip!Didn't ruin our wood either.

Since we daycare our granddaughters, all 5 of them, we need plenty of seating around our kitchen table. We're using 2 of these seats for our 9 month old & 13 month old grands and they are working out great! The seats are easy to clean up after a meal...wipe off any mess...and it's so much more convenient than having 2 highchairs taking up room in the kitchen. I was very happy to come across them at Walmart.com :)

I love using this chair when we take the kids camping. This very easily hooks onto a picnic table(and you can also put a place mat under the arms that will stay in place for as long as you are camping). If it rains while you are camping, just put a trash bag around it. That way you don't have to take it off and on.

Bought this last minute before our beach trip and was nervous about some of the reviews. I love this highchair. We were able to use it at every restaurant, and our son loved being in it!! It was a bit heavier and larger (when folded up) than I imagined, but it's great other than that.

I bought this for my granddaughter because her apartment is small and there's really not room for a full-sized high chair. Unfortunately, her dining table had the dreaded "lip" which means the portable chair won't hook on. I knew it'd fit my table, but I never noticed hers because the tablecloth hides it. I really think the manufacturer could add something to allow the chair to hook on beyond or around the lip. For now, I suppose they can take the chair with them to restaurants and to my house--when they remember to load it in the car. Also, the "would you recommend this" question on this form should have a third choice, instead of just "yes" or "no." I'd recommend it, but with conditions.

I don't have much space in my apartment and needed to get ride of my Eddie Bauer high chair. Hate to see it go, but so glad to have the space back. I love it and you can't beat the price. There are other hook on chairs but they are kind of pricey, I think, when you look at this one it is just like the others, only less money. One of my favorite parts is that there is a little pocket in the back so I can store my daughters bibs, and clean up is easy. I just wipe off the table. It is a great buy!!

My 1 year old nephew came to live with us for a while and I bought(got site to store delivery) this because I really don't want another oiece of furniture hanging out in my dining room. It needs a thin table(probably not more than an incha dn a half or maybe 2 at best) and a pretty deep area on the table and make sure your table is heavy and stable..and you're set. It has a removeable liner incase you need to clean it(so far this kid is a neat eater..so no worries) It has safty straps if you want to use them..we are sitting there feeding him the whole time, so we don't really use them.

I asked for this for Christmas for my daughter who was just getting to the solid stage of eating. My sister in law has a similar hook on chair that I really wanted, but when I saw the price of $50, I was taken back and went hunting for something cheaper.
I really love this chair! It is a good price, not cheap. Just because something doesn't cost an arm and a leg, doens't mean that it isn't worth having. Like I said before, my sister in law has a similar chair. She actually wants to get this one instead! It's all removable, so you can throw it in the wash and be done with it! The materal has yet to fade or tear(like hers has) and it travels very nicely! The one thing that I liked about the other chair was that the 'arms' that attach to the table are just a push button away from moving and with this one, you have to screw them into position. So that's probably my only downside to this chair. But to the fact that it stays on our kitchen table most of the time, I really can't complain about that too much!
My daughter loves the chair and loves that she's sitting with her big brothers at the table. In fact, I'm planning on getting another for our baby to be born in Oct, since we don't have the room for a traditional high chair. We have used this chair on 3 different tables & it has worked with each one. We love it!! It is portable & great for our family get togethers or to have an extra one around the house for our young visitors. We have had many compliments on it & all my mommy friends want one of their own!! Black is the perfect color for it also & it has a little pocket in the back which we haven't used yet, but probably will end up storing some bibs in. Would definitely recommend to any parent that has a high chair user.
The only bad thing is it doesn't come with a tray & my son likes feeding himself, so we have to give him & plate. Which I don't like doing.
Overall it was a great price & would definitely buy again!! Love it!!

Overall this product is good. It is a great price and since we already have a high chair and just needed one for traveling it was a great purchase. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't fit on all tables because of how far the bars go underneath the table and some tables have a "lip" so it is not able to install. Other than that it is working out great. I also love the pocket on the back of the chair for small stuff while my daughter is eating.

My baby is above average in size at 5 months and can sit pretty well, but she still sits very low in this....as a result I had to make a pillow insert for it so she sits higher. Works great but I have to carry both items with me.......in time I'm sure I can eliminate the insert. But, for the money and size when folded this is a great purchase.....she can now sit next to me at the booth while my toddler sits next to my husband....they seem to like that and they can now interract with each other instead of putting the baby at the end of the table.

This is a good high chair to have if you go to smaller restaurants where there is no guarantee of a high chair, it's portable, easy to put up, and easy to take down. It's also easy to clean and my daughter loves to sit right at the table.

I just got this last week after having problems during mealtimes since my 11month old baby doesn't want his high chair anymore,that i have to hold him during family mealtimes and we're unable to eat as a family all together. Bought this chair after our other clip on chair broke after 3 yrs of use with 2 kids. This one sits the child much lower and seems much less comfortable than the previous one we owned. The seat is soft yet my daughter seems to be almost falling out of it instead of sitting back in it. Overall I am not pleased but I suppose it will do until she's big enough to eat without a booster.

This chair is lightweight, soft, easy to clean, and very portable. I can't believe the price compared to other portable chairs out there. Definitely worth the purchase. My husband and I never had to buy a highchair. We just attached the Regalo to our breakfast counter or our dining room table. This portable chair fits most tables, but if you have a table top that is two inches thick, the chair might not fit.

We love this high chair! It fits wonderfully in our very small house and does not occupy floor space. It folds up and is very easily put away when needed.

I bought this as a spare to keep in the car & use when out. So far works great. Just don't buy one if you plan on trying to hook it to a glass table....not safe to do that.

I was very excited to see this back in stock and bought it right away. I have friends who love this product when traveling or going to friend's homes with their children. It's much better than using a booster seat. I have not used it yet as my baby is due in November, but it was very easy to set up and seems very sturdy. I also like that it comes with a carrying bag.

I purchased this product to use in a travel trailer and it proved to be very useful. It was used every day for 5 days and was sent home with her for future use when an extra high chair is needed. It was used by my 20 month old granddaughter who weighs approx. 23 lbs. Although we used it over a bench seat (Not Recommended), she was very secure and in spite of all her wiggling and bouncing it stayed secure. I was very pleased with the product and would recommend it.

I love my new high chair! If your looking for a chair that does not take up that much room this is the chair to buy. My daughter is 6 months and although she drowns in the chair a little she really likes being up at the table with the grown ups.
