I really love this carseat. After reading all of the other reviews on here, just know that the "rocking side to side" is from improper installation. You also have to pull the straps very tight after buckling the harness. You have to pull the belt tight! If you have any rocking, take your carseat to your local fire station so they can show you how to use it! We did not have ours in correctly until they showed us. Also, if you read the instructions, it is a belt positioning booster up to 100 pounds. You will not have to ever buy another seat for your child. I find it very easy to install, even by myself. The only thing I really hate about this seat is it is SO hard to take apart to clean. Very stylish. My 3 1/2 year old has been in it for 2 1/2 years. I am buying another one for my 1 year old. I have no experience using it rear-facing.

Easy to install (don't quite understand what people find so difficult). Straps are easy to adjust. My daughter does not have any difficulty falling asleep. I own multiple car seats from different manufacturers and this is definitely the best.

bought it for my daughter when she was 1 she loves it. very comfy for her she has no problem sleeping in it. i love the way it looks and that it reclines. i get complments on it all the time and people asking if its a good seat. all i can say is go buy it.

I bought this same seat two years ago and it has held up extremely well! Great for long trips in the car, very comfortable! The drink holder is extremely convenient too! Excellent investment

I bought this seat about three months ago. I have a little bit diffrent pattern. I have never been happier!!! My little girl is so comfortable in this seat. Very easy to install, very easy to buckle, lots of cusion for baby. I am impressed!!! I recomend this product!!!

This car seat is not safe at all. It's hard to install and once installed it doesn't stay in place. It's also hard to buckle and unbuckle my child in it.It's not really worth the money. Plus it's uncomfortable. Don't waste your money....

I've read the other reviews and agree with most of them. This is not a seat I would use rear facing with an infant. It's too tall to fit in most sedans that way, and there is not a way of making sure it's in the right position for a new infant who can't hold their head up - like the gauge on the side of the Graco SnugRide.

The strap between the legs is quite short compared to other seats. It's not a problem for my kids because their legs are as skinny as toothpicks. A child with chubby thighs would probably be uncomfortable in this seat.

With all that said, my four-year-old son has ridden in this seat for almost two years. I think it's just about the best seat around for an above-average height under-average weight toddler/preschooler. He has been quite happy with it, and I'm certain we will continue to use it until he outgrows it. I am looking to buy another one for my two-year-old daughter.

I had this car seat for 1 day and returned it. The Safety First, Alpha Omega, Eddie Bauer, Cosco car seats are all made by the same company and are all poorly made car seats. I really should have known better when i purchased this, but i thought i'd give it a shot.

The straps twist VERY easily. The crotch strap is WAY to short, which causes you to fight with the buckles everytime you buckle your child in. Not to mention you come close to pinching their legs. The arm rests are a watse. All they do is get in the way of the cup holder, your child can't even use them. Rear facing is a nightmare. There is no little ball to help level the car seat out, like other brands i've used. The directions are not clear on how to install rear facing.

This car seat goes up to 40 lbs foward facing, which may seem like alot, but they will outgrow this seat in height WAY before then. It is safer to have a child in a 5 point harness as long as possible and this car seat does not allow for an older toddler, over 4 to be harnessed.

All in all, i did not feel safe using this car seat. Save your money and buy a better seat.

Love the product! We actually have two - one for my 3 yr old son (black and gray) and we just purchased this one for our daughter who is now 6 mos old. She outgrew her infant carrier and we needed something we could rely on and would grow with her. It is also very safe! My son and I were in a car accident and they said if it weren't for the car seat, he would've been severely injured. Doesn't get any better than this!

I use one in my car and one in my moms car. I got one for my first daughter when she turned 6 months and when I had my second baby I got another one!! I love it. I make sure its in there tight if i take it out and re install it. Never had it tip or move or had my child feel unsafe. I LOVE this car seat.

I use this carseat for my 1 year old. I like how it is every car seat in one. It is easy to adjust and not that hard to install. However I tried to use it rear facing and it does not work well. I had to push the passenger front seat all the way up. No one could ride in the passenger seat and be comfortable. I would buy this carseat again. It works great and my daughter is tightly secured in it.

I took this carseat to our local police station to be installed because i know they are certified and i wanted it done right and im glad i did because they had to use some noodles under it to make it sit up right. my daughter loves to look out the window and she loves being able to sit up. She was 7 months when i bought the carsear because she was beginning to outgrow her infant carseat and she did NOT like riding in the car. It only took the officers about 15-20 minutes to install. It is bulky but i have an explorer and it fits fine.

I love this car seat. We got it when my daughter was a month old and she has been using it ever since (she is 20 months old now). I think it is easy to install and has great padding and is really comfortable for her. It is bulky, but it makes me feel safer. We like it so much that we are buying one for our second child. The only thing I do not like about it is that it is very hard to take apart to clean then put back together again. But other then that, I love it.

My experience w/ this product = IT SUCKS!

It is extremely bulky/heavy and it is WAY WAY WAY WAY TO HARD TO INSTALL! My daughter Rear faces and the slot where the seat belt goes through the car-seat is extremely small/tight. I scratch up my hands every time I install this car-seat. This is the only car-seat that I have for my daughter and I dread having to take this car-seat out when I visit my family members or need to ride in a separate car.

I am looking into returning this product and looking for something made w/ better quality. I would NOT recommend this car-seat at all!

If you are looking forward to breaking a sweat just to install a car seat, then go w/ this one!

My child was in this car seat when the car got hit head on. After the impact my son was found on the back seat floor. This car seat doesn't do what it's made for; PROTECT my child.
