Comments about Safety 1st Clemson High Chair Plus:
I've owned this high chair for about a year now and am back in the market for a new chair. This chair has not been completely terrible but I feel for the price it could be much much better. The basket underneath seemed like a good idea in theory. With a one year old though feeding himself, food would fall in there and it was hard to clean out and you could not store anything in it. We finally just cut it off since it's not removable for washing. I also feel it's too bulky and wide and takes up a lot of space. The chair as a whole is hard to keep clean and has a lot of nooks and crannies for things to get into. Also the plastic is cracking on the piece that adjusts and holds the chair height. Over all for the price you could get a much nicer, more compact longer lasting chair. I also want to say that I'm a Mom of 3 with a 4th on the way and not a snob when it comes to baby products. Something does not have to be a major brand name or super expensive to make me happy but this chair was the worst I've had in my years of being a Mom.

Comments about Safety 1st Clemson High Chair Plus:
It was a little annoying to assemble, but nothing difficult. The high chair has a lot of nice features, but the straps are very cumbersome. I literally had to wrap the chest straps around the back of the highchair in order to make them small enough for my 6 month old. The straps are connected with these clips that I find totally unnecessary, they are not fun to deal with and my son always tries to eat them because they are so close to his face. But otherwise, this has been a great chair. And I love the basket underneath; its very handy for bibs and towels. And the one hand release tray is very nice.
