I got this as a shower gift and it is very beautiful for a little girl. Very easy to put together. Just attach the wheels and cupholders any then you are good to go. Car seat can be used without a base also. There are slots for seatbelt use. Havent gotten to use out of the house yet but it rolls very easy and folds up and down easily. The only thing I dont like is that you have to attach a bar into the stroller so that the car seat will attach to it. It wont sit in it without it. Then you have to take out the bar to fold the stroller up.
