My six month old had yet to sleep through the night. We purchased this item along with the Kiddopotamus Swaddler and Fisher-Price Precious Planet Music and Motion Soother. It was a desperate day :) I swaddled him up. I placed him on his side in the positioner while he was wide awake and turned on the soother. He watched it for a few minutes and then fell right to sleep and slept through the nights. This has been our routine for three weeks so far and it has worked every night like a charm. I highly recommend the product. The velcro is very strong, which keeps him in the right position. However, you don't want to try to adjust it when he's sleeping or during the putting to bed process as it is very, very loud :)

Works great to keep baby positioned and to slightly elevate baby's head. However, when I washed it, the foam pad curled up inside. Since there is no way to get the cover off and uncurl the pad, I ended up having to cut the end so I could stick my hand in there and get the pad to lay flat again. This product could be greatly improved by making one end able to open.

I already had a sleep positioner; I bought another so that when I was cleaning one the other could be used. This one was inexpensive so I bought it; but it wasn't as nice as the first one I have which elevates the head and has a little more padding. Also it would be nice if it had a removable cover to wash.
