My daughter is now 19 months and we have loved this chair! I am so, so glad I registered for this and so thankful that my coworkers went in together and got it for me! It has been the best thing and we love having our little girl sit at the dinner table with us! It is very easy to clean, and you can throw the cover in the washer. My sister has another type of high chair and the cover is dry clean only! Some food does get stuck in the screws though...but it's really no big deal.

We wanted a high chair that was not too bulky, and comfortable for our son. We love the looks of this chair, and how it blends with the rest of our furniture. With the addition of the seat covers, also sold by Svan, I think it provides a very comfortable seat for our son.

The only other chair we seriously considered was the Tripp Trapp. We ended up with this one because it came with an attached tray for use now, while our son is very young. We're looking forward, however, to the time when we take off the tray and pull him up to the table!

This is a great highchair. We live in a smaller home, and the highchair does not take up a lot of room; I like that it is wood and not plastic, so it looks more like furniture and less like all the other baby things we have around the house! I also like that fact that the chair will be useful for years to come as my Little Man keeps growing. He enjoys sitting in it, and it's great that it is at the exact height of our table, which I think makes him feels more included. It was not cheap, but I am glad this is the highchair we purchased.

I love the look of this chair. It is small and compact. Great for small spaces. The wood construction is very good. The only thing I would want different is a reclining seat.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this chair! It's slim and sturdy, and looks much more like a stylish piece of furniture than a highchair. And the best part about it is that it grows with your child. Unlike most options out there, this chair allows baby to have free range of motion while still being securely strapped in. And when they get older it serves as a great alternative to a booster seat. My favorite shower gift by far. I highly recommend it!

This is an awesome highchair, my son has been using it since he has been about 4 months old and loves it. Its not your normal highchair that is big and bulky and fits well with our dining room set. Its very sturdy and my son seems very comfortable in it.

I PURCHASED THE SVAN CHAIR AND THE CUSHION IN CHOCOLATE...MY LITTLE ONE IS NOW 7 MONTHS OLD AND HE LOVES SITTING IN IT TO EAT AND WATCH TV.......IT IS ALSO A PERFECT ADDITION TO THE KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM AS IT BLENDS IN WELL WITH THE EXISTING DECOR OF OAK CABINETRY IN THE KITCHEN. IT IS A CLASSY HIGH CHAIR THAT DOESN'T LOOK SO MUCH LIKE THE TRADITIONAL HIGH CHAIRS WITH HUGE WHEELS/BASE. ... WHAT I LIKE IS THAT THE INFANT HIGH CHAIR WITH PLASTIC TRAY CAN BE USED LIKE ANY OTHER HIGH CHAIR AND THAT THE PLASTIC TRAY COULD BE STORED AWAY ON THE BACKSIDE ALLOWING THE CHILD TO SIT AGAINST YOUR KITCHEN TABLE....FURTHER, I LOVE THE HEIGHT ADJUSTABILITY AND SEAT ADJUSTABILITY ON THE HIGH CHAIR.... My husband and I love this chair. Besides being very stylish and fitting in extremely well with our kitchen table, it is sturdy, very well made, easy to clean and will accommodate our daughter as she grows into a little girl. It changes from a high chair to a booster seat and regular seat. Gotta love that!

All four of our grandchildren (age 3 to 9) have Svan chairs and love them. The 9-year-old grand-daughter was sad when it was late arriving at their new home last year. The "curb appeal" of beautiful styling is just the first step, then there is the stability, completely adjustable comfort, the easy of laundering the padded covers (or changing to match decor), and most of all the fact that this is a lifetime investment. Most high chairs are discarded as fast as possible while this piece of furniture can eventually be used by teenagers at their computer.
