Lightweight Strollers

Baby strollers are one of the best vehicles for babies and toddlers. They carry not only your baby but your stuff also.A lightweight stroller is ideal to travel with. These kind of strollers are best for urban dwellings. It is very difficult to manage with the conventional ones due to its weight, while moving from one mode of mass transport to other. The light weight stroller is not that bulky or heavy to transport. So it can be managed with ease. The worse side of this stroller is his life. These strollers are not that durable and it is not built for all terrains and moving on the rough surface may prove to be difficult.

Comments about The First Years Ignite Stroller City Chic Black:
First I will say that for the price this is the way to go. The jet is cheaper but the seat is much larger in the ignite. The seat on the ignite is very high in the back and deep. Fits my 2 and 4 year old very comfortably (and they are tall!) The drink holder is great and if you leave the zipper part open you can put another drink in that compartment. Basket is hard to get to if the seat is reclined but that is not a big deal to me. The canopy is nice, not huge, but again this is an umbrella stroller. The recline does not go all the way back, but at least it does recline which most cheap umbrella strollers do not do. It is soooo easy to steer!!!!! I was shocked at that. Having multiple children one handed steering is a must. I have taken it to stores that sell similar strollers and this one out manuvers them. It is incredible for the price!!! i just cant say enough good things about this stroller. When it wears out- if it does- I will buy another in a heartbeat.

I have a Jeep stroller and its very nice but hard to get in and out of my trunk. My mother-in-law got this stroller for me and I love it. It is very easy to handle and fold up and open. My son is pretty big but is very comfortable in it. The basket is not very big but other than that no complaints so far. Perfect for my everyday outtings and errands. Like a umbrella stroller but a bit better.

No leg room!

Comments about The First Years Ignite Stroller City Chic Black:
After reading several reviews on this stroller and viewing the pictures I decided to order this online. My son is 14months old and I thought it was going to be perfect. I must say I love the style, size, weight, and weight limit for baby! It is very hard to find a stroller that will hold up to 50 lbs and still push with ease. This stroller glides excellent and has adjustable seat. The handles are taller and is nice for the taller parents. Over all it is a nice stroller for it's price. But several things can be changed for better usage. From the seat to the foot rest is very short. My sons feet hit the wheels. So the weight limit being 50 lbs is great but it better be an extremely short child! When his feet are on the rest his legs are all crunched up. He is only 20lbs now so I already know at 50 lbs or even in a few months he will be entirely to long. So I am disappointed because I like this stroller. In the pictures it looks like there is plenty of leg room but there's not. The only other problem is the basket underneath. It is very hard to even get the smallest things in and out.

Love the fact that it holds older kids ( my 2.5 year old is as tall as a 4 year old!) I have to remind him to keep his feet on the foot stap or his feet hit the wheels constantly. Very easy to use and fold up. Cool cup holder and zip up pocket for conveinence at the top. The handles are taller for the tall ppl ( I am 6'1'') and it is perfect position for me.

i loved it!!!

I usually never buy anything online, I read the reviews try to go to the store see it, touch it, move it around then buy. However this stroller was not available in store but the reviews were really good so I whent ahead and bought it. I love the stroller its all I expected!! my baby is 3months old and I was afraid he would be to small he fits just fine, it recines perfectly for him and he loves riding in it. the basket is a little hard to get to when the seat is reclined, but still a great stroller for the price. if your still looking around look no more this is the perfect stroller.

I have an 8 month old and I needed something travel friendly, her regular stoller "The Cadillac" is great but HUGE, takes up most of the back of our Jeep and weighs a ton! Because she is still so little, I wanted something better than the typical umbrella stroller but didn't want to spend $200 on another stroller. I ordered this stroller on Monday and it arrived today, earlier than they said and it was free shipping! I love that there is practically no assembly, only popping on the wheels and canopy. It looks great! I love the height of the handles! The basket is small but functional, the cup holder and compartments for keys, cell phone etc is awesome. The canopy is great, the seat reclines (not much, but it's something) and has a great harness system that is EASY to adjust. And it's light and compact, the best part! My friend paid twice as much for a Mclaren and it's no better. Very happy with this stroller!

Do not waste your money on a 20.00 umbrella stroller, spend the extra for this one! I'm 5'9 and the handles are the PERFECT length, I dont have to bend over when pushing it like with the cheap ones. The seat is comfortable for my son, nice and roomy. The wheels glide nice and smooth. Holds up to 50lbs and has 5 point harness! Another plus, its stylish and the color black will not show stains, ect. Oh, and super easy to assemble. Took me a minute! The list goes on and on. Worth the money! The stroller is best for TALLER people and your child will not grow out of it! BUY IT! :)

Love LOVE love this stroller. I've researched for months and this is the perfect lightweight stroller. Very easy set up(just connect the wheels), folds like an umbrella stroller, adjustable 5pt harness (includes 3 levels for growing children), parent tray meets our needs, storage basket is not that hard to access and perfect for smaller items. Turns with one hand, durable. Seat reclines plenty and is more padded than pricier strollers. I cannot wait to use this stroller for our upcoming trip!

Comments about The First Years Ignite Stroller City Chic Black:
We got this stroller for our first vacation (requiring an air plane trip) with our 2 yr 9 mo old daughter. She's almost 35 lbs and she fits nicely. It's easily foldable, holds a average weight backpack (over the handles without tipping), and has sturdy wheels (for going over the amusement parks cobbled sidewalks). The basket is a litle small and not as easy to access as I would like (because of the scissor-like folding design), but we made due. Handle height is wonderful.

It was so easy to put together! I love that it is SO tall! It is high enough that my back doesn't hurt after pushing it for several hours. The straps are super adjustable. I love the parent console on the top. I can fit my water bottle and everything else i need into it. I love how easy it glides across the ground!

It was exactly what i wanted.Goin on vacation soon so i was looking for something lightweight, comfortable for my two year old and easy to fold at the Airport checkpoints.Love the fact that it accomodates up to 50lbs.The set up,you couldn't ask for anything easier.Just pop the wheels on thats it.Folding it is very easy.My only conplaint is that the underneath basket is not that big and also it doesnt have the front tray for the kids snacks.Overall i definetly would recommed.

I purchased this stroller since I was tired of our other one taking up all the room in the trunk of my car. I am very happy with it! I got it for my 5 month old, and he was a little small for it at first, but he's growing into it. The only thing I dislike about it is the sunshade. It is a little small and doesn't block all of the sun so I purchased a larger one. Overall, this is a wonderful stroller.

Comments about The First Years Ignite Stroller City Chic Black:
This is the second lightweight stroller I have purchased. I learned a few things after I purchased my first....
- A harness strap is a must .... 3 pt lap belts are just not safe in my opinion. Too easy for little riders to lean over the side and grab things.
- The higher the weight rating the better - 50lb on this model.
- It is easy to clean. I just spray it down with the garden hose.
This model has the features I was looking for plus it is easy to open and close. I have received many compliments in the last few months. Great stroller for under $100!

Comments about The First Years Ignite Stroller City Chic Black:
I have own this stroller for a few months now, and it is awesome! I have recieved many compliments on it. Very well made and stylish, with great features. I was looking for a light weight option to keep in the back of the car, and wanted some storage space, a recline feature, five point restraint, a good brake system, comfortable padding, a decent size canopy, easy to set up and fold up, a smooth effortless ride, and a parent cup holder(must have!). Plus I have long legs and needed a taller stroller so I wouldn't kick the wheels. I tried every stroller on the market and nothing came close for the price. The higher end Mclaren(The Quest for example.) strollers had a smoother ride and a little more padding, but were lacking the necessary cup holder and were $200 more. The Chicco Capri is around the same price range and looks similar but is lacking some features, and is NOT well made! I could go on and on but the bottom line is this was just what I was looking for! The only things I can say negatively are the red latch that holds the stroller together when its folded can be hard to latch and unlatch, but I'm getting better at it. The plus though is it is VERY sturdy and will never accidentally come undone. I also wish it would stand on it's own, and had a carry strap. But now I'm just being nitpicky. Overall this is a fantastic stroller and I love it!

Comments about The First Years Ignite Stroller City Chic Black:
I have a preschooler (age 4) who can get tired out while we're out and about; so I do have a larger City Mini Stroller from Baby Jogger, which is really light and easy to use. However, I wanted something smaller and even lighter that folded up like an umbrella stroller. However, I didn't want to spend a lot since the City Mini was over $200. We're going to Europe, and they have smaller cars there. Also, getting to the gates at the airports with a toddler are also easier with a stroller.
