I was extremely disappointed with this bassinet. It was the one thing that I wanted to make sure that I got for my son, so my husband and I purchased it ourselves. It was easy to put together and it worked right away. However, once my son was born and we started using it, it stopped working. The mattress is very thin and it won't sway. I actually purchased another mattress to put in this bassinet because the other one was so thin. It does play music which my son loves. The mobile is very cute and my son does love that as well. It is spot clean so that was some what disappointing as well. I am just so upset that it doesn't sway. If I was living in the states and we weren't stationed overseas I would have sent it back. Since we are over here and my husband is in Iraq, there is no way I can get it shipped back. Truly disappointed!

this is the only Bassinet we found which will auto rock. it is a fairly good bassinet in general. the only flaw is that it only runs on batteries which is kind of stupid as this is not very mobile bassinet i.e. one cannot fold it and take it to places.

This bassinet was ok. It wouldn't swing unless you pushed it for awhile. Sometimes it wouldn't swing at all, even when I replaced the batteries. It would be tons better if it had an ac adapter.
