Let me start by saying that this thing is built like a tank. It poses more of a threat to your furniture, flooring, etc than any amount of dropping does to the cup. You could probably run over it with your car and it still be fine. I've had mine for almost two years now and hardly a scratch on the body of the cup. The weakness is the rubber bite part of the cup. It is completely falling apart to the point that I am going to have to throw it away (and really, since I feared for my wooden flooring, it hasn't been used all that much). If this cup were half the price and you were looking for something insulated, then yes, this would be a reasonable cup to buy. I did have trouble with the cup leaking every once in a while. The main complaint is the bite thing the child sucks from. It just didn't last. I've bought much cheaper cups that leaked equally, bpa free, and lasted longer.

This product is wonderful!!!! I got rid of most of the other sippy cups after purchasing this one. It's very practical and keeps my grandson's milk, juice, etc cold.

This is a great sippy for keeping hot things hot and cold things cold. It's been dropped several times and incurred no damage. I have washed it several time on the top rack of the dishwasher and it cleans up great.
My only problem was one time the puppy dog got it and chewed up the sippy area and they don't sell replacement parts - but I liked it so much that I just bought a new one.

This is a great sippy for keeping hot things hot and cold things cold. It's been dropped several times and incurred no damage. I have washed it several time on the top rack of the dishwasher and it cleans up great.

Great sippy, but a bit heavy when full. My son loves chewing on it as well. Overall We love it, and the main thing is it does not leak, which was my main concern, since it has no lid. Having a lid would be nice tho!

I have several of these for my 1 year old. They keep the milk cool all day and rarely leak, the best I have tried so far. The only downside is that they are rather heavy and when they fall to the floor there is quite a bang but they have remained undamaged so far. Our little one likes them and has no problem with use other than getting the last few drops in the cup. Love that there is no bpa and the stainless is easily cleaned along with the valves.

I have to say it's just like any other cup...if u leave the threads wet and put the lid on it will leak, otherwise I have no problems whatsoever with leaking. The nipple on it is a soft rubbery material that my daughter loves to teeth on. It keeps the drink cold for hours at a time! I know it's a little more expensive than the other cups but its worth it!

This is the worst sippy cup I've ever used! I loved that I could keep milk cold in the cup; however, I couldn't keep the milk in the cup. This cup leaks like a faucet. I thought I was using the product wrong; however, after talking to other people who own the cup they all have the same problem. Don't waste your money. The Thermos Foogo straw bottle is great second option though.

Great product, easy to clean, keeps drinks cool. But my baby is still only 5 months old and can't quite hold onto the cup alone yet. The other thing is he doesn't quite know to 'suck' the liquid out of the cup (like he does from a bottle) so he doesn't get as much of the liquid as he wants. But I'm sure he will get used to it as he grows.
