bad strap design

Comments about Trend Lab Vintage Messenger Bag:
The bag is cute and good size however the strap design needs improvement! The straps get tangled, doesn't stay at the length you select, and the strap holders don't stay stationary. The bag has sturdy reinforced material (clear PVC overlay) however the straps are not reinforced. The straps need to be the same reinforced material as the bag. I am disappointed I made this purchase.

This bad looks cute on-line... but when I got it, I was shocked at how flimsy the bag was. It is not sturdy. The straps get tangled as well. I thought it would be a great bag, since it was [$]!! There are tons of other sturdy diaper bags you can get for much less. I have an Eddie Bauer diaper bag, and it was $20 bucks cheaper and sturdier. Don't waste your money on this book bag.

I love the pattern but the bag itself is flimsy, and the straps immediately got bunched up.[...]
